That's why she always is so grounded." </p><p>He said when he "first started seeing Megan," the actress was "fine going a week without looking at her phone." He initially did not believe she was detached from her phone for "a long time" until he saw it for himself.</p><p>"You would be like 'oh can you do this' and she would be like 'my phone's at the house,'" Kelly said. "But I think people will follow Paddy to a much longer degree."</p><p>He said this is because Pimblett will not "fall off in the same way Conor did" who ended up finding himself "in handcuffs."</p>

But the news gained national attention, as <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/jerry-falwell-jr-resigns-liberty-university-after-personal-scandals-2020-8">Falwell was heading the ultra-conservative and evangelical Liberty University</a> at the time. Students there are <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/jerry-falwell-jr-denies-having-sexual-relationship-ex-pool-boy-2020-8">forbidden from having extramarital sex</a> and same-sex relationships, Insider previously reported.</p><p>According to researcher and sex therapist <a href="https://www.davidleyphd.com/">David Ley</a>, cuckolding is a common sexual fantasy for old-fashioned types.</p><h2>Why men are drawn to cuckolding</h2><p>Ley spent a year researching cuckolding for his book <a href="https://amzn.to/3cozknz">"Insatiable Wives,"</a> because he could only find one study on the <keyword id="684315" type="ENTERTAINMENT" weightage="60" keywordseo="Kink">kink</keyword> and wanted to learn more. In interviewing various heterosexual couples about their experiences with cuckolding, Ley learned those who were married and in their 40s were most likely to partake.</p><p>Ley, who discussed his findings on sex researcher <a href="https://www.lehmiller.com/podcast/2020/9/25/episode-10-the-psychology-of-cuckolding">Justin Lehmiller's podcast Sex &amp; Psychology</a>, said men typically initiate cuckolding in their relationships, and they tend to do so for two reasons.</p><p>First, some men find the personal aspect of cuckolding more erotic than porn. According to Ley, some men think: "I'd rather watch my wife have sex with other people than watch some stranger in pornography," because it's more real.</p><p>Cuckolding might also appeal to someone who wants to experience "vicarious bisexuality," as Ley calls it.</p><p>"There are men who really would like to engage in sexual activity with other men but they have a lot or moral or social prohibitions against it, and they can use their wife's body, basically as a vehicle to have sex with other men," Ley said.</p><h2>Research suggests politically conservative men have more cuckolding fantasies than liberal men</h2><p>Lehmiller, who conducted his own sexual-fantasy research for his book "Tell Me What You Want," found politically conservative men cite cuckolding as a sexual fantasy more often than their liberal counterparts, despite the fact men often use <a href="https://www.chicagotribune.com/nation-world/ct-alt-right-code-words-20161116-story.html">"cuck" as a derogatory term</a> for a weak man or sellout.</p><p>According to Ley, conservative men might be drawn to cuckolding due to cognitive dissonance.</p><p>"The more taboo something is, the more condemned it is, for some people, the more sexually charged and exciting it becomes," Ley told Lehmiller.</p><p>Ley gave the example of a man who identified as a white Nazi and wrote a letter to him. A running shoe (like the Ultraboost) for one consumer might be a sneaker for another consumer who purely likes to wear it for lifestyle and fashion purposes. Nonetheless, at an absolute level, the sneakers category has seen extremely strong growth for us and we have witnessed a ~3X increase in premium and hype sneaker sales over the last 3 years.” <br /><br />Sharing the reason behind this uptick, Sapra said, “We believe the growth of the category has been gradual over the last 5 years, but it’s really started to go mainstream in the last 2 years or so. A large part of this growth has been due to social media and the awareness &amp; influence of global sneaker and streetwear trends driven by brands, artists, athletes, festivals and most importantly consumers. The same holds true for India – industry leading brands such as adidas are driving online &amp; offline experiences for sneaker loving consumers thereby giving a platform for consumers to build a dialogue around sneakers. With this, we have taken the lead to develop the sneaker culture in India.” <br /><br />Sneakerheads in India are aware of the global trends, upcoming launches and collaborations. They look up to global stars. So, adidas is trying to bring global trends in India for them. <br /><br />Sapra said, “In the past few years, we at adidas have made sure we get the most of our global collaborations with Kanye West - Yeezy, Pharrell Williams, Beyoncé, Sean Wotherspoon, Yohji Yamamoto, etc. available to our fans and consumers, that too on the same dates as per global launches. This means that a consumer in India has access to these hyped products on the same day as a consumer in New York, London or Paris.” <br /><br />It is becoming increasingly popular in urban areas and a part of ethnic wear as well. <br /><br />“Sneakers these days are a must-have. The love for sneakers has grown multi-folds and it’s great to see how people in India are styling them not just with denims and joggers as one would expect, but also experimenting with ethnic/traditional and formal wear. One of the most important highlights has been consumers’ love for white sneakers. 5 years back who would have thought white sneakers would be such a rage in India. Now it’s a staple in everyone’s wardrobes. Many also commission artists to customise pairs for them after the pair has been purchased from a brand. Adidas has also joined this bandwagon of personalisation. <br /><br />Sapra shared, “From time to time, at adidas, we host exclusive brand experiences to celebrate the community and a key highlight of these experiences are the personalization zones. Recently, to celebrate 50 years of the adidas Superstar, the most iconic shoe in the world, we used the shoes as a canvas to express the change that one wishes to see in the world. We commissioned an artist to bring alive the story. The campaign was hugely successful on social media and we had multiple requests from consumers to mass produce some of the designs.” <br /><br /><strong>Lockdown on sneakers? </strong><br /><br />While adidas India also saw its sales declining during the initial period of lockdown, all its limited edition of sneakers were an instant sell-out. <br /><br />Elaborating on the impact of lockdown, Sapra said, “This year has obviously been unusual, and for a select few summer months during the lockdown as people were spending more time at home, we saw a steep increase in the demand for open footwear (slippers and slides). However even during this period, so many of our Hype sneaker drops through collaborations with Yeezy, Pharrell Williams and Sean Wotherspoon were an instant sell-out. These premium and limited-edition sneakers ensured the momentum was never lost and that we stayed connected with our consumers. Now with the relaxation in lockdown measures as people start to step out, we are again seeing a surge in demand for sneakers.” <br /><br />With the on-going festive season and early signs of recovery, Sapra is highly optimistic about seeing a solid growth. <br /><br />Sapra said, “With every passing day we are seeing our business return to our original ambitions. We are extremely confident in the festive period providing a strong and solid boost to the already growing numbers. The college was named for John C. Calhoun, a 19th-century alumnus and a fervent supporter of slavery.</p><p>Coming on the heels of protests over racial tensions,&#xa0;the decision brings&#xa0;months of deliberation on the issue to a close, and&#xa0;many students remain frustrated and angry with Salovey and the administration. And&#xa0;<span>a</span><span>s Salovey faced a barrage of questions and reactions from students at the town hall, The YDN reported the president was&#xa0;"ashen-faced."</span></p><p>"We spent the entire year discussing this with you, and you turned around and did nothing," Yonas Takele '17, a student in Calhoun said at the meeting, according to the YDN. "You had an opportunity to stand and do the right thing. It's on you, and I want you to know that. She was also the first African-American to graduate from Yale with a doctor of juridical science degree. The decision was met positively from students.</p><p>The other college is to be named after innovator and drafter of the Declaration of Independence, Benjamin Franklin. This decision spurred students to call Salovey a "sell-out" and throw fake $1 million dollar bills and raise up Monopoly boards, according to the YDN.</p><p>The assertion that Salovey sold out relates to a comment in Wednesday's press release that the school decided on the name to " honor ...&#xa0;the generosity of Charles B. "I will fight always against this idea that somehow students of today are unappreciative or whiny or being coddled."</p><p><span>Salovey told Business Insider in a statement that he was pleased students came and spoke at the town hall.&#xa0;"There were convictions and disagreements about the naming decisions expressed with great passion," he wrote. </span></p><p><span>"There was also continued discussion about what we all need to do to make Yale more inclusive, including making the faculty more diverse and augmenting our scholarship on issues of race and culture," he continued.
