Sarmoli organizes their annual summer ritual in April every spring. Initially, it was thought that the interest in sharing their stories may die down soon. Shivya and Malika are now aiming to crowdsource smartphones with good quality cameras, so more locals can get on board the channel.

A dozen of high-profile angel investors are gradually setting up a base at Ramgarh. Being an offbeat location, you will hardly find many hotels. Malla Ramgarh, the upper part of the village, has only one prominent place to stay – V Resorts. Standing in the balcony that overlooks the mountains, this place seems to be the end of the world. In the late of the night, when crickets stop their chorus, you can only hear your breathing. And when 4-5 friends break into humming a song, it echoes till faraway. 
 
The scenic view of mountains with criss-crossing roads, a brook flowing below and variety of birds are some panoramic treat for your eyes. 
 
While there is not much activity to do except for indulging in literature and relaxing, fishing at the river below can be fun. Reaching Gholu River is a task as it requires one to literally beat the bush, follow the sound of the waterfall and trek down for three kilometres. Cutting sharply through the lush green jungle surrounded by mountains, voila! you can see a gushing stream running over a series of boulders. As it reaches near the bridge, which leads to nowhere, the surface of water is deep blue and often a shoal of fish would pop out and shine in the sun. Sit on any big boulder and patiently wait for the call with the fishing rod. Even if it’s your first time, you can surely find four to five fishes in an hour’s time. 
 And it’s not just the nature that impresses you. If you insist, the chefs at V Resorts would churn out authentic Kumoun dishes like Kumoani Aloo, Pahadi Dal, Ramgarh Mirch Murg, etc that are popular in that part of the <keyword id="52569" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="himalayas">Himalayas</keyword>.
