The comment section was filled with praise, with many fans asking him how he managed to shed all that weight so quickly. But the truth is, Tanmay’s journey has been far from quick. As January rolls in, people rush to the gym in hordes to sign up for the annual memberships. By around March, they realise that maybe the gym isn’t for them since they haven’t been going regularly/are barely noticing any changes in their body.<br /><br />Tanmay was no exception and experienced the same thing when he restarted his <keyword id="20239882" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="fitness-journey" source="keywords">fitness journey</keyword> back in 2022, he revealed during his appearance on <keyword id="22912153" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="kumar-varun" source="keywords">Kumar Varun</keyword>’s <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-SRF0zClvM">Random Musings</a> late in 2023. So, how did he overcome this slump?<br /><h2>What did Tanmay do differently?<br /></h2>Fat loss can often seem daunting, especially when juggling a busy schedule, high stress, and social pressures. Like many of us, Tanmay tried various diet trends, tried eating healthy and even joined the gym. But around three months into it, the YouTuber decided that he simply did not like lifting weights. Instead, he would do some sort of physical activity that he could actually enjoy while ensuring that it kept him moving.<br /><br />Using Playo, he booked a badminton court for every evening and began to <em>consistently </em>play for an hour. He found that he was enjoying himself and this gave him the motivation to do more.<br /><h2>The art of habit-stacking</h2>Once Tanmay had mastered playing an hour of the sport he liked, he leaned into something called “habit stacking”, a term author James Clear coined in his bestselling book <em><keyword id="20250903" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="atomic-habits" source="keywords">Atomic Habits</keyword></em>. This technique involves attaching a new habit to one you already engage with on the regular, essentially taking advantage of the parts of your lives that are already reliable. <br /><br />What Tanmay did was that he set aside another hour to lift weights either before or after badminton — stacking this new habit over his already existing one. So how did Tanmay circumvent this?<br /><br />Speaking to Kumar Varun, the 37-year-old YouTuber said that he started prioritising his health over everything else. Now, Tanmay devotes the time between 5 PM-7:30 PM to his workouts every day and refuses to attend to anything else in that time frame. He suggested that if you want to go for a jog every morning, then keep your running shoes right under your bed — so it’s the first thing you see every morning.<br /><br />Most notably, he stressed that the decision to be healthy is hourly. You must make conscious choices that support your goal at least every hour of the day, say no to temptation and yes to what’s good for you. This may sound like it’s easier said than done, Tanmay asserts that it is the way to master your mind.<br /><br />Today, Tanmay Bhat has already lost around 50 kilograms and is showing no signs of slowing down. While it is certainly inspiring, we can benefit from the example Tanmay sets. His fitness journey also serves to show the difference small, consistent habits that accumulate over time can make. Through this acquisition, Snapdeal aims to reach $2 billion GMV in the fashion category this year.<br />
	 <br /> “Snapdeal has always operated ahead of the curve in the e-commerce space, especially when it comes to category leadership. We have witnessed a surge in the demand from consumers across the country for premium and luxury products, however, given that access to luxury brands is severely limited in our country, we have brought Exclusively into our family to provide our over 40 million users the access to widest range of aspirational, high end products and services,” said <keyword id="219793" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Kunal-Bahl">Kunal Bahl</keyword>, co-founder and CEO, Snapdeal.com.<br />

	As per the agreement, Exclusively will be responsible for offering a consolidated line of luxury products in the fashion category, which would be in sync with Snapdeal’s existing ecosystem. The company plans to make it India’s first online luxury mall.<br />

	“Luxury and premium fashion brands from across the world can now open stores in Exclusively’s online luxury mall. Exclusively will continue to function as an independent site and all aspects of Exclusively’s online shopping experience will remain intact, with new collection and service augmentations in the pipeline,” added Bahl.<br />

	While Exclusively will provide luxury offerings, Snapdeal will be responsible for scaling up the target company’s business by providing a technology support and consumer insights.<br />

	It should be noted that the luxury products and services market in India is pegged at $14 billion and is growing at 30% year-on-year.<br />

A lot of water has flown under the bridge. As India prepare for the first Test starting July 9, England skipper Alastair Cook is under immense scrutiny after his side's 0-1 loss to Sri Lanka. Ishant has shown his mettle in the past – two six-wicket hauls in New Zealand will have boosted his confidence amply. Bhuvneshwar has impressed everyone with his swing and ability to hit the right length. Shami has had a fairly good run in Test cricket and will relish bowling in England. Varun Aaron is the fastest of the Indian pacers and can bring a cutting edge to the attack.<br />

Pandey, from Rewa in Madhya Pradesh, is a promising fast-medium bowler and can carry the burden of the Indian attack. He has been rewarded for claiming 78 wickets in Ranji Trophy over the last two seasons. Similarly, Pankaj Singh has been picked since he had a very good first class season behind him.<br />

Former India captain and former Chairman of selectors, Dilip Vengsarkar highlighted his concern about this attack before the series. "It will be tough for India. We need to have bowlers who can get them out twice but unfortunately I don't see any bowler," Vengsarkar said. The bowlers on tour will have to prove that they were chosen on merit and the belief that they can raise their game.<br />
