Mumbai, "<keyword id="1835032" type="General" weightage="100" keywordseo="drishyam" source="Orion">Drishyam</keyword> 2", headlined by <keyword id="6354714" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="ajay-devgn" source="Orion">Ajay Devgn</keyword>, has minted more than Rs 100 crore at the domestic box office, the makers said on Friday. In a press note, production banner Panorama Studios shared the latest box office figures of the film, which opened to positive reviews upon its release on November 18. "The film has shattered many records since its release. The second highest grosser and opener of the year has entered the Rs 100 crore club in its first week," the statement read. The movie is a sequel to Devgn's 2015 crime thriller "Drishyam", which was the Hindi remake of the Mohanlal-starrer Malayalam movie of the same name. The sequel to the Malayalam film released in February 2021. "Drishyam 2" also stars Shriya Saran, Tabu, Rajat Kapoor, and Ishita Dutta and Akshaye Khanna. 'Drishyam 2' crosses ₹100 crore mark at box office

Mumbai, Production house <keyword id="20175078" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="panorama" source="keywords">Panorama</keyword> Studios on Thursday said it has teamed up with Gulfstream Pictures and JOAT Films for the Hollywood remake of the "<keyword id="19904028" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="drishyam" source="keywords">Drishyam</keyword>" franchise. Panorama Studios has acquired the international remake rights to the Malayalam movies "Drishyam 1 &amp; 2" from the original producers Aashirvad Cinemas. The film series is also being developed in South Korea as well as a development deal is being finalised for a Spanish language version, the banner said in a release. Kumar Mangat Pathak, Chairman and Managing Director, Panorama Studios, said he is excited to celebrate the story of "Drishyam" with audiences worldwide. "We are very happy to collaborate with Gulfstream Pictures and JOAT Films to create this story in English for Hollywood. After Korea and Hollywood, our mission is to produce 'Drishyam' in 10 countries in the next three to five years," he said in a statement. Ajay Devgn's Drishyam 2 crosses Rs 150 crore mark

Mumbai, Mar 16 () Actor Ajay Devgn on Tuesday announced that his upcoming production "<keyword id="7148126" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="the-big-bull">The Big Bull</keyword>", featuring <keyword id="499" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="abhishek-bachchan">Abhishek Bachchan</keyword>, is set to release on Disney+ Hotstar VIP on April 8. The film, directed by Kookie Gulati, is part of the Disney+ Hotstar Multiplex slate, which was announced last year. Devgn took to Twitter and shared the teaser of the film, which reportedly chronicles the story of stockbroker Harshad Mehta, to be played by Bachchan. "Introducing 'The Big Bull'.
