New Delhi, May 30 () YES Bank on Saturday said there will be reclassification of shareholding as the Madhu Kapur group has consented to be categorised as public stake holders. This is to inform that the Bank has received a letter dated May 28, 2020 (received on May 29, 2020) from Madhu Ashok Kapur; Shagun Kapur Gogia; Gaurav Ashok Kapur; and Mags Finvest Private Limited (collectively referred to as Madhu Kapur Group) consenting to reclassify their shareholding in the Bank as 'non-promoter shareholders' (i.e. public shareholders), YES Bank said in a regulatory filing. "The Bank would take further necessary action to give effect to this," it added. YES Bank was co-founded by Rana Kapoor along with Madhu Kapur's late husband Ashok Kapur as a new age private sector bank in 2004. The Kapoor's and Kapur's are related family wise as Rana and Ashok's wives are sisters. Following ouster of Rana Kapoor, who is in police custody on alleged charges of corruptions and financial mismanagement among others, YES Bank is now led by State Bank of India alongside several private sector lenders. As on March 31, 2020, Madhu Kapur held 1.12 per cent in YES Bank, while Mags Finvest had 0.30 per cent, according to data on the BSE. KPM BAL BAL

Mumbai, Jun 9 () Private lender Yes Bank on Tuesday said that Madhu Kapur, wife of the bank's late co-founder Ashok Kapur, and her family have withdrawn a case filed against it in 2013. The case was filed by Kapur when the family was locked in a pitched battle with the bank, then headed by Rana Kapoor who was subsequently dismissed by RBI in 2018. After Ashok Kapur, the founding chairman of the bank, died in the November 2008 Mumbai terror attack, the relations between his family and Rana Kapoor, who are related, soured. Madhu Kapur in her suit had sought various reliefs including recognition of the family's right to participate in the management of the bank. The suit also sought to restrain individual directors from acting as such or holding themselves out as directors of the bank, and restrain the bank from making or continuing with any application to any regulator/authorities for reclassifying the Kapur familys shareholding into a non- promoter shareholding. In a regulatory filing on Tuesday, the bank said the Kapur family had agreed to reclassify its shareholding as "non-promoter" as per an intimation on May 30. The suit was withdrawn following reclassification of the familys holding and the Bombay High Court allowed the withdrawal, the bank said. The Kapur family now owns about 1.50 per cent in the bank and are classified as public shareholders. Yes Bank had to be bailed out earlier this year by a consortium of lenders led by SBI as part of a process driven by the Government and the RBI. The Rs 15,000-crore bailout was necessitated due to Rana Kapoor's alleged mishandling of affairs while at the helm. Kapoor was arrested by law enforcement agencies after the bailout. AA KRK KRK

Following the entire stake sale in FCC Rico Limited, a joint venture between <keyword id="67917" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Rico-Auto">Rico Auto</keyword> and Japanese firm <keyword id="2653838" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="FCC-Co-Ltd">FCC Co Ltd</keyword>, <keyword id="624036" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Arvind-Kapur">Arvind Kapur</keyword>, chairman of Rico Auto, has now resigned from the Board of the company. Rico Auto had sold its entire 50% to FCC in September this year for Rs 495 crore. 
	 
	“…Pursuant to the divesture, the nominee directors of Rico Auto Industries Limited appointed to the board of FCC Rico Limited including Arvind Kapur have also resigned from the board of directors of FCC Limited with effect from today,” the company informed National Stock Exchange in a letter dated December 23, 2014. 
	 
	It should be noted that the board of Rico Rico Auto had approved the divestment of stake in its joint venture on September 25, 2014. The joint venture was established in 1997 and was exclusively into manufacturing and supplying of automobile clutch assemblies to OEMs of two wheelers and four wheelers. Some of its primary clients include Honda group companies, Suzuki, Yamaha, TVS, Piaggio and Bajaj. 
	 
	Rico Auto, in its quarter ended 30 June, has declared that auto component maker has carried out an assessment to determine if there is a permanent diminution in the value of investments in two of its subsidiaries Rasa Autocom Ltd and Rico Jinfei Wheels Limited.

Rico Auto Chairman Arvind Kapur Resigns From Subsidiary Firm FCC Rico Limited Board

New Delhi, Mar 19 () Shares of Yes Bank on Thursday halted its four-session rally and plunged over 29 per cent after the company said its single largest promoter Madhu Kapur has pledged an additional 25 lakh share of her family's shareholding in the bank. The scrip plummeted 25.74 per cent to Rs 45.15 at the BSE. On the NSE, it cracked 29.19 per cent to Rs 42.80. In the last four trading days, the company's scrip had risen a whopping 142 per cent after Moody's upgraded the company's ratings and on announcement of a restructuring plan. Yes Bank, which came out of the RBI moratorium on Wednesday evening, said its single largest promoter Madhu Kapur, the widow of its founder chairman Ashok Kapur, has pledged an additional 0.098 per cent or 25 lakh share of her family's shareholding of 6.87 per cent in the bank. In an exchange filing last evening, the bank said Kapur has only 0.117 per cent or 3 lakh shares which are not pledged now. SUM DRRDRR

New Delhi, Mar 9 () Several people linked to Kapoor and Kapur families, the erstwhile promoters of Yes Bank, are said to have traded with unpublished inside information in shares of the now-under-moratorium lender and are under probe along with those who supplied the inside news of a government-sponsored rescue plan, sources said.Those under scanner of Sebi and other agencies include members of now disgraced Rana Kapoor family as well as those linked to the family of late Ashok Kapur, the sources said.The two erstwhile founders of one of the most famous new age banks in India's history, which used to proudly call itself the country's fourth biggest bank till about a year ago but has now become the latest example of the ever expanding financial sector distress. The bank was started in 2004.Markets regulator Sebi has been asked by other probe agencies to look deeply into the trades done on March 5, the day when the bank was placed under moratorium late in the night.Shares of Yes Bank had zoomed 27 per cent last Thursday amid reports that the government has given the go-ahead to State Bank of India and other financial institutions to take over the capital-starved company.Hours later, the RBI placed Yes Bank under moratorium, but that announcement was closely followed by another announcement from the government that SBI was asked to rescue the bank and also rope in some other investors.According to the sources, these investors are likely to include some marquee public and private sector financial institutions.They, however, said that the share deadlines of some have come under the scanner for trades conducted last Thursday and before that, presumably with inside information about the rescue plan and also about the moratorium.The suspects include those associated with the Kapoor and Kapur familes, the sources added.On Monday, Yes Bank administrator Prashant Kumar said he is hopeful of the moratorium being lifted by Saturday.Yes Bank has been put under a moratorium by the Reserve Bank till April 3, and customers are not allowed to withdraw more than Rs 50,000 from their accounts. The aspects of our daily life that can contribute to primary chronic insomnia include:<ul><li>An uncomfortable bed</li><li>Not getting enough physical activity</li><li>Lots of stress</li><li>Light exposure in the evening</li><li>Caffeine consumption</li><li>Alcohol consumption</li></ul>These factors can contribute to how alert you are at bedtime. <a href="https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5878366/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Stress</a> and <a href="https://www.ahajournals.org/doi/full/10.1161/01.cir.0000046228.97025.3a" target="_blank" rel="noopener">caffeine</a>, for example, stimulate your body's sympathetic nervous system, while <a href="https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5878366/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">alcohol</a> suppresses the calming effects of the parasympathetic nervous system.<h3>Medical conditions</h3>Medical conditions and medications can both contribute to secondary chronic insomnia, says Kapur, and include:<ul><li><a href="https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/obstructive-sleep-apnea/symptoms-causes/syc-20352090" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Obstructive Sleep Apnea</a>, which blocks breathing and makes it hard to sleep</li><li><a href="https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/gerd/symptoms-causes/syc-20361940" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease</a>, which wakes people with acid reflux</li><li>Depression, which makes it <a href="https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2755175/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">harder to fall asleep and makes sleep less restful</a></li><li><a href="https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/insomnia/symptoms-causes/syc-20355167" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Prostate problems</a>, which interrupt sleep with the need to urinate throughout the night</li></ul>Medications known to play a part in causing chronic insomnia include: <ul><li>Amphetamines, such as <a href="https://medlineplus.gov/druginfo/meds/a601234.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Adderall</a>, and stimulants, such as <a href="https://medlineplus.gov/druginfo/meds/a682188.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ritalin</a>, which are both usually usually taken for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)</li><li>Steroids, such as <a href="https://medlineplus.gov/druginfo/meds/a601102.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">prednisone</a></li><li>Some antidepressants, such as <a href="https://medlineplus.gov/druginfo/meds/a695033.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Wellbutrin</a> </li></ul><h2>Treatment</h2>Chronic insomnia is treatable, though it's highly individualized. What method works for you may not work for another, says Kapur. In general, chronic insomnia is best treated with cognitive behavioral therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), says Kapur. <a href="https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/insomnia/in-depth/insomnia-treatment/art-20046677" target="_blank" rel="noopener">CBT-I</a> is a program of roughly one to two months of weekly visits with a sleep therapist who learns about when, how, and for how long you sleep — often by having you keep a sleep diary — and then gives you exercises that help reset how you sleep. For example, your therapist may ask you to deprive yourself of enough sleep so that when you do go to bed, you fall asleep right away. After enough nights of this, your body and brain will associate bedtime with quickly falling asleep, and you can increase how much you sleep each night until you are getting enough rest.Medications can also play a role in treatment, according to Kapur, and include:<ul><li><a href="https://medlineplus.gov/druginfo/meds/a693025.html">Zolpidem</a>, a sedative sold under the brand name Ambien.</li><li><a href="https://medlineplus.gov/druginfo/meds/a614046.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Suvorexant</a>, which blocks neurons <a href="https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3989084/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">that promote wakefulness</a>.</li><li><a href="https://medlineplus.gov/druginfo/meds/a617017.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Doxepin</a>, which "works by slowing activity in the brain to allow sleep," according to the NLM.</li><li><a href="https://medlineplus.gov/druginfo/meds/a605038.html#brand-name-1" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ramelteon</a>, which targets melatonin receptors to help you fall asleep more quickly.</li></ul>Not everyone needs therapy and medication to improve their sleep. According to the Mayo Clinic, <a href="https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/adult-health/in-depth/art-20048379?pg=1" target="_blank" rel="noopener">basic changes</a> that can improve your sleep include reducing the amount of light you're exposed to before bed — including from phones and television — as well as avoiding alcohol and caffeine in the hours before.Others may have lifelong difficulties even with treatment, Kapur says, and alternate between times of better and worse rest. For example, a <a href="https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2442421/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">2008 study</a> from Sweden's Örebro University found that 44% of people with insomnia still had the disorder one year later. On the other hand, 56% of people with insomnia had recovered.<h2>The bottom line </h2>If you've struggled to get quality sleep for several months, chronic insomnia — on its own or as the result of another medical condition — may be the reason. Fortunately, insomnia doesn't have to last forever.
