Indian actress <keyword id="30508" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Asin">Asin</keyword> Thottumkal, who is making a comeback after a brief period of absence from the silver screen, is going to tie the knot soon. The Ghajini actress, who was last seen with Akshay Kumar in Khiladi 786, is going to exchange vows with Micromax co-founder Rahul Sharma, one of India's most successful bachelors. 
 
The multilingual actress is rumored to be in a relationship with Sharma for quite some time now, and plans to leave acting or at least take a long break from it post marriage. 
 
Apparently, Asin and Rahul were introduced to each other by actor Akshay Kumar, who was Asin's co-actor in Housefull 2 and Khiladi 786, while being the brand ambassador of Micromax for some time, along with his wife Twinkle Khanna. 
 
This move has added Asin to the elite club of actresses who got married to businessmen. The other members of this club are:

Netflix cannot really chill as TV queen Ekta Kapoor now enters OTT sector with ALTBalaji

Will <keyword id="6357753" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="shahrukh-khan">Shahrukh Khan</keyword> come out as guilty as the probe is almost complete? He is being probed on a specific charge of irregularities in the sale of shares of Knight Riders Sports Pvt Ltd (KRSPL), a franchise owned by his company Red Chillies Entertainment, to a Mauritius-based company. Sources told PTI, after this questioning, is expected to issue a final show-cause notice by December or early next year under FEMA in the probe involving <keyword id="6354925" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Kolkata">Kolkata</keyword> Knight Riders (<keyword id="6354544" type="CITY" weightage="100" keywordseo="KKR">KKR</keyword>) and related entities. 
 The sources said the recent questioning happened when the actor reached the agency's office in Ballard Estate here on the evening of November 10 and spent over three hours with the investigators probing the case under provisions of the <keyword id="6368276" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Foreign-exchange">Foreign Exchange</keyword> Management Act (FEMA). 
 The case, dating back to 2008-09, pertains to the share sale of KRSPL, co-owned by Khan and his co-actor and friend <keyword id="6371319" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Juhi-Chawla">Juhi Chawla</keyword> and her husband Jay Mehta, to a Mauritius-based company owned by Mehta. 
 The central agency is probing allegations that shares sold to the Mehta-owned Sea Island <keyword id="6362476" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="investments">Investments</keyword> were allegedly undervalued by eight to nine times by Khan's business end. 
 
Under this case, at the time of incorporation in 2008, Red Chillies had 9,900 shares of KRSPL. 
 
The valuation report, made by an external agency on commission from ED last year, said when the equity shares of KRSPL were issued to Sea Island Investments, the fair value per equity share of KRSPL should have been between Rs 70-86. However, the shares were issued at a value of Rs 10 each. 
 According to the FEMA rules, the price of shares issued to persons residing outside India should not be lower than the price worked out under the guidelines set by stock <keyword id="6378893" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="market-regulator">market regulator</keyword> <keyword id="35210" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="sebi">SEBI</keyword> in case of a listed company, or on the basis of fair valuation of shares by a chartered accountant as per guidelines of the erstwhile Controller of Capital Issues (CCI).

Moreover, a sequel of Ragini MMS (directed by <keyword id="820957" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Bhushan-Patel">Bhushan Patel</keyword> this time) will be hitting the theatres next month and we were wondering if the ‘mall horror’ can give it a run for its money. But going by the <keyword id="25892" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="box-office">box office</keyword> response, Darr @ the Mall has plenty to worry about and offers very little to scare competitions. 
 Released on February 21, along with <keyword id="2075818" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Randeep-Hooda-Alia-Bhatt-starrer">Randeep Hooda-Alia Bhatt starrer</keyword> <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/entertainment/movies/Highway-ExploresShadow-Zones-But-Fails-To-Impress-At-Box-Office/articleshow/31008054.cms">Highway</a>, Bollywood drama Dee Saturday Night and a documentary called <keyword id="6391288" type="ENTERTAINMENT" weightage="100" keywordseo="Gulabi-Gang">Gulabi Gang</keyword> (not to be confused with the Madhuri Dixit-Juhi Chawla-starrer, to be released soon), Darr @ the Mall has its task cut out. But the <keyword id="2076867" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Horror-thriller">horror-thriller</keyword>, which tells the story of a mall that unleashes its evil side on the people trapped in it, has been a <keyword id="2076872" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Box-office-bomb">box office bomb</keyword> from the start. Although it has hit more than 1,100 screens, the occupancy rate was really low – around 20% in the first three days and just 15% on the crucial Day 4. According to Box office India, the horror-thriller has netted around Rs 3-3.25 crore in the domestic market after the opening weekend. Day 4 (Monday, February 24) collections were a dismal Rs 25 lakh, as per some insiders, and that sets the tone for the rest of the week. 
 The story is a kind of hotchpotch and that might have been its undoing. Here, we have three distinct fragments that should form the thrilling whole but these are not tightly interwoven and seem to be falling apart at times. First, we have <keyword id="6747" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Manchanda">Manchanda</keyword>, the mall owner, and his board of directors spending the night at the haunted mall (as part of a publicity stunt) before the gala opening; next, we find his daughter <keyword id="510679" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Ahana">Ahana</keyword> (<keyword id="647029" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="nushrat-bharucha">Nushrat Bharucha</keyword>) and her junky friends partying inside; and finally, there is <keyword id="4666" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Jimmy-Shergill">Jimmy Shergill</keyword> or the 24-year-old <keyword id="274961" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Vishnu-Sharma">Vishnu Sharma</keyword>, the chief of security at the mall, who flashes around his flashlight to track the evil spirits. The pieces of the puzzle lie in unravelling the past that comes alive in the spine-chilling night. But if you ask us, the fear factors are pretty predictable and won’t get you too many goosebumps. 
 
Dee Saturday Night: Repetitive without the grace The other release of the week is directed by <keyword id="513190" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Jay-Prakash">Jay Prakash</keyword> and features the story of Mumbai gone bad as the city’s Richie Riches fervently indulge in drug, sex and crime (in case you can’t guess, Dee stands for <keyword id="2076881" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Dirty-English-Entertainment">Dirty English Entertainment</keyword>, the culture of rich Mumbaikars). Well, if the theme reminds you of Madhur Bhandarkar’s Page 3, let’s tell you about the eye candies and moral candies thrown in generous measures to keep you engaged. 
 To cut a long story short, here you will find too many skimpily clad <keyword id="624" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="Women">women</keyword> engaged in all things immoral while a determined <keyword id="1119548" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="ACP-Dhoble">ACP Dhoble</keyword> (<keyword id="177770" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Arif-Zakaria">Arif Zakaria</keyword>) raids the vicious rave parties, catches the miscreants and subjects them to inspiring lectures and moral lessons. Then there is the quintessential small town girl (<keyword id="2054328" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="mahi-khanduri">Mahi Khanduri</keyword>) who is trying to hold on to her traditional values. The movie promotes good causes and teaches you some sound principles at the cost of the art called cinema. And the outcome? It’s a complete washout at the box office, not even touching Rs 10 lakh, as per Box office India. 
 
 
 
Gulabi Gang (documentary) This one has negligible <keyword id="1839596" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="box-office-collections">box office collections</keyword> but the award-winning docu film, co-written and directed by <keyword id="1488228" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Nishtha-Jain">Nishtha Jain</keyword>, is based on the real-life <keyword id="2076888" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Gulabi-Gang-of-Bundelkhand">Gulabi Gang of Bundelkhand</keyword> (Uttar Pradesh). The group of lathi-wielding women vigilantes and activists was set up by <keyword id="1408081" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Sampat-Pal-Devi">Sampat Pal Devi</keyword> in a bid to fight against domestic abuse and violence against women. Unlike other drab documentaries, Jain has managed to create an insightful human document that pits personal practice against ideology and exposes the shortcoming inherent in us. 
 Mohar Basu of KoiMoi sums it up beautifully when she writes: Jain carries me with her daunting <keyword id="6374782" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="journey">journey</keyword> that I will hold on to for many years probably. The instances were revolting, the tall talks about women’s morality a sham and despite the distressing situations, Gulabi Gang is a ray of hope, brimming with optimism to change the stringent attitudes with galvanising ferociousness.

Days after Shah Rukh Khan and his wife <keyword id="6368871" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Gauri-Khan">Gauri Khan</keyword> announced several initiatives to help the central and state government in their fight against the coronavirus pandemic, the superstar has now opened his office for treating Covid-19 patients.The local municipal body, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), took to social media on Saturday to thank Shah Rukh and Gauri for the help. "We thank @iamsrk &amp; @gaurikhan for offering their 4-storey personal office space to help expand our Quarantine capacity equipped with essentials for quarantined children, women &amp; elderly. Indeed a thoughtful &amp; timely gesture," BMC's official Twitter handle post read. The 54-year-old superstar on Thursday announced various initiatives to help the country during the crisis. The actor has taken the help of his companies -- Kolkata Knight Riders, Red Chillies Entertainment, Meer Foundation and Red Chillies VFX -- to provide support to the central and state governments. SRK along with Gauri and business partners -- Juhi Chawla and Jay Mehta -- will be contributing to the PM-CARES Fund through IPL franchise Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and will also make a donation to the Maharashtra CM's Relief Fund through his film banner Red Chillies Entertainment. Apart from this, the actor's NGO Meer Foundation will work with the Maharashtra and West Bengal governments for the supply of 50,000 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the healthcare professionals and has also tied up with Ek Saath - The Earth to provide daily food requirements to over 5500 families for at least a month in Mumbai. The NGO, in association with Roti Foundation, will provide 3 lakh meal kits to 10,000 to underprivileged people and daily wage labourers for at least a month in Mumbai and will support 100 acid attack victims in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal and Uttarakhand. Bollywood superstar <keyword id="1671" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Shah-Rukh-Khan">Shah Rukh Khan</keyword> is now also the proud owner of <keyword id="2892607" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Trinidad-Tobago-franchise">Trinidad &amp; Tobago franchise</keyword> in the <keyword id="1559325" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="Caribbean-Premier-League">Caribbean Premier League</keyword> (CPL). 
 
His company Red Chillies Entertainment Pvt Ltd -along with Kolkata Knight Riders co-owners Juhi Chawla and her husband Jay Mehta -has invested in the franchise and CPL’s next edition is scheduled to start from June 20 to July 26. 
 
With T&amp;T, Khan has become the first owner of an Indian Premier League team to own an overseas cricket franchise. 
 
“This is in line with our vision to expand globally. We are thrilled to become part of the cricketing tradition of Trinidad &amp; Tobago. The passion for franchise cricket in the Caribbean is evident with the success of CPL and we hope to bring all the best practices of KKR to the T&amp;T franchise," Khan told Times of India. 
 
KKR, which won IPL in 2012 and 2014, have been ranked the most valuable team with a brand value of $86 million (over Rs 500 crore). 
 
Meanwhile, KKR's chief executive Venky Mysore told TOI, "KKR has been fortunate to be recognised as one of the most professionally managed franchises in IPL. 
 
That experience has encouraged us to expand globally .The idea is to replicate our success in the CPL, keeping the growing interest in this (T20) format in mind." 
TOI reported Trinidad &amp; Tobago has a population of about 1.3 million, with people of Indian origin comprising almost 38%, making them the single largest ethnic group. 
 
“If Khan's attempt to tap the Indian expat audience turns out to be successful, the game will move entirely to a new level," added Mysore. 
Dwayne Bravo, Darren Bravo, Samuel Badree and Kevon Cooper are a part of T&amp;T, including Kamran Akmal and Johan Botha.
