"That's what I miss. I miss women. I miss the days of Shania, the days of Martina and Faith."</p><p>Decker was referring to Shania Twain, Martina McBride, and Faith Hill — three powerhouse artists who dominated country music charts in the '90s and '00s. </p><h2>Country music has been called out for its lack of diversity in the past</h2><div type="image" title="Shania Twain" height="1548" width="2065" msid="89531323" hostid="261"></div><p>While discussing her upcoming music, Insider asked Decker about criticism that's been leveled against country music for not embracing diversity and what she thinks can change or should be done to change that from an artist's point of view.</p><p>"Well, I just think for me, country music has always felt completely different — where I've always felt like they were extremely accepting of all kinds of music," she said. "So I don't know that I've ever totally understood that, but I think what I would like to see is more women on the radio," going on to invoke the names of music icons like Shania Twain. </p><p>"I'm really hoping to see a shift there because that's why I fell in love with country music — those incredible women inspiring me to make a record," Decker said. She has also teamed up with Alyssa Bonagura, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CZBKqMht8Oc/">who she calls her songbird soul mate</a>, for an upcoming project. "We are going to actually head to the studio in March and we are so excited," she said.</p><p>As far as how Decker chooses any partnership, whether collaborations or partnerships, she says she's very "selective." </p><p>"I think for me as we're getting older and we're growing into our business, I've just become so much more selective about what I want do and who I wanna work with and what brands," she told Insider. <ul class="summary-list"><li>Country singer Jessie James Decker posted a photo showing her three kids on vacation last week. </li><li>Some commenters suggested that Decker used an "app" to edit abs onto the image. </li></ul><p>A country singer and online personality has responded to accusations that she photoshopped abs onto a photo showing her three children on vacation. </p><p>On November 26, Jessie James Decker, who has 4.2 million <a href="https://www.instagram.com/jessiejamesdecker/">Instagram</a> followers and who is married to NFL star Eric Decker, posted a <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/Clb7iIFJres/">photo</a> of her three children Vivianne, Eric Jr, and Forrest — who are eight, seven, and four, respectively — wearing swimwear while the family was on a trip to Mexico.</p><p>The post received 181,000 likes, and while many online comments were positive and complimentary towards Decker's children, some said the image set unrealistic body expectations because of how muscular they looked. Others suggested Decker used an "app" to alter the image and make her children look more muscular than they do in other pictures on her timeline. </p><p>On November 28, Decker posted a <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/ClhVR5wDy0W/">video</a> montage of her three children from the vacation, with a caption denying the accusations. Decker said her children had accumulated muscle from doing sports and exercise like gymnastics and dancing, and that they were "flexing" those muscles in the image. </p><p>"When I posted the pix of our vacation and included the kids being silly flexing on the beach on our Thanksgiving trip I had NO clue it would get the reaction it did. But Being accused of photoshopping abs on my kids (I can't help but laugh) or … the polar opposite over 'overtraining' our kids makes me realize how bizarre our world has gotten regarding the body and what's normal and what's not," she said. </p><p>Decker went on to criticize people who made negative remarks on her children's appearance, saying, "We preach about body positivity and acceptance but my kids having a mass amount of genetic and built muscle from athletics is 'weird?' I want to raise my kids to feel proud of their bodies and hard work." </p><p>Comments under Decker's follow-up post were overwhelmingly supportive. "You're a great mom! Just keep loving on your babies &amp; ignore the trolls," said one top comment with 57 likes. </p><p>Decker rose to fame in the early 2000s following the release of her debut country-pop album in 2009. The two announced they had filed for divorce after three years of marriage in <a href="https://apnews.com/a8974a1f092366423465c88f6237855b">a joint statement</a> to the Associated Press. </p><p>"We've made this painful decision together — a healthy decision that comes after a very long period of trying the best we can. It simply just didn't work," the pair said, adding that they "will remain true friends for the rest of our lives."</p><p>Musgraves has won six Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year for her 2018 release "Golden Hour." <p><div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table float_right"><div><div class="image on-image"><p class="source"><span>LinkedIn</span></p><p class="caption">Tyler Tysdal, the CEO of TitleCard Capital.</p></div><p></p></div></div>A new private equity fund hopes that talk-show host Jimmy Kimmel, former NBA player Kenny "The Jet" Smith, and New York Rangers goalie Henrik Lundqvist can boost the returns on its investments. </p><p>Denver-based <a href="http://www.titlecardcapital.com/">TitleCard Capital</a> was set up last summer by <a href="http://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/private/person.asp?personId=29479224&amp;privcapId=222933019">private equity veteran</a> Tyler Tysdal following a conversation with Smith.</p><p>The two knew each other from a previous business relationship and started discussing a new type of private equity fund that would benefit both the investors and athletes and artists.</p><p>The strategy works like this: the fund invests in a<span>lready profitable companies in </span><span><span>technology, consumer products and services, specialty finance, health and wellness, media and entertainment and hospitality.</span></span></p><p>Then, celebrities perform marketing services for the consumer-facing companies. This would include things like posting videos, <span>social media marketing, </span>or making appearances and endorsements. Those marketing efforts are then rewarded with equity in the companies they are helping advertise. </p><p>"[There's a] menu to choose from to earn their stake in the firm," Tysdal told Business Insider. <span style="background-color: #ffff00;"></span></p><p>Right now, the fund features six celebrity influencers: Jimmy Kimmel, singer/songwriter Adam Levine, former NFL player Eric Decker, country-music star Jessie James Decker, NHL star <span>Henrik Lundqvist,</span> and Kenny Smith. ">is featured prominently</a> on TitleCard's homepage, was a natural fit because he's someone who has "great ideas," according to Tysdal.</p><p>Tysdal first met Kimmel at his house thanks to an introduction from an attorney friend of his.</p><p>"I'm sitting there. [Jimmy Kimmel] goes around the corner and I'm thinking: 'Oh boy. Here comes a prank video from Jimmy Kimmel. I'm on <em>Jimmy Kimmel Live!</em>' And he comes out and starts bringing out one product at a time. He says: 'I love this company and this company and this company. I give them away to celebrities on my show in the greenroom in a swag bag ....
