<keyword id="6358064" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="isro">ISRO</keyword> is scheduled to launch its Venus mission in 2025 and France will participate in it, French space agency CNES said on Wednesday. The VIRAL (Venus Infrared Atmospheric Gases Linker) instrument co-developed with the Russian federal space agency Roscosmos and the LATMOS atmospheres, environments and space observations laboratory attached to the French national scientific research centre CNRS has been selected by the ISRO after a request for proposals, it said in a statement. ISRO chairman K Sivan and CNES president Jean-Yves Le Gall held talks and reviewed the areas driving cooperation between France and India in space. "In the domain of space exploration, France will be taking part in ISRO's mission to Venus, scheduled to launch in 2025. CNES will coordinate and prepare the French contribution, the first time a French payload will be flown on an Indian exploration mission," CNES said in a statement. However, there was no comment from ISRO. After the Mars Orbiter Mission (<keyword id="1506013" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="mangalyaan">Mangalyaan</keyword>) and Moon missions Chandrayaan-1 and 2, ISRO has set its eyes on Venus for carrying out its inter-planetary mission. France and India share a robust collaboration in arena of the space. It is one of the three nations with whom India collaborates in the strategic sectors of nuclear, space and defence -- the other two being the US and Russia. In March 2018, the two countries also issued a 'Joint Vision for Space Cooperation'. India and France are also working on ISRO's human space mission <keyword id="6797456" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Gaganyaan">Gaganyaan</keyword> project, which aims to send three Indians to space by 2022. Since September 2018, CNES and ISRO have set up a working group focused on cooperation in the field of human spaceflight, the French agency said. "The two nations are pooling their expertise, notably in the domains of space medicine, astronaut health monitoring and life support. Initial exchanges have concentrated on training for India's flight physicians and technical teams and the supply of CNES flight systems," it added. The IPO price band was set at ₹1,229-1,230. The stock listed at ₹1,518 with an upside of 23%. Within minutes after listing, the shares of CAMS lost nearly 5% of their value and were trading at ₹1457 apiece at 10:22 am. <div type="image" title="CAMS" msid="78420631" hostid="261"></div> The company’s total market cap rose to ₹7,073.35 crore at 10:25 am. A total traded quantity of 88.67 lakh shares changed hands on BSE, amounting to a turnover of ₹1320.40 crore. What excited the investors? CAMS IPO did witness strong demand. The issue was subscribed 47 times on the final day of bidding, receiving bids for 60.27 crore equity shares against the IPO size of over 1.28 crore equity shares, as per the subscription data from the stock-exchanges. According to the Nirmal Bang report, dated September 21, “over the past 5 years, CAMS has further strengthened its market share from 61% in March 2015 to 70% in July 2020, based on AAUM services. With the MF RTA industry estimated to grow at a CAGR of 15% over FY20-25E, we believe CAMS can also deliver similar growth going forward.” Ahead of the IPO, the company was also able to raise ₹667 crore from several anchor investors. including SmallCap World Fund, HSBC, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, among others. Strong listing for CAMS — stock debuts 23% higher than IPO issue price

The bumper listing was already on the cards! The IPO garnered a stellar response from investors and was oversubscribed nearly 149 times. It received bids for 976 million equity shares against the IPO size of over 6.5 million equity shares, as per the subscription data from the stock-exchanges. The company raised over ₹95.4 crore from several anchor investors, including IDBI Emerging Business Fund, ICICI Prudential Child Care Plan, IIFL Special Opportunities, HSBC Global Investment, Mirae Asset Health Care, Kuber India, Ashmore India, India Acorn, and Tata Multi-Asset Fund among others. The grey market premium had indicated listing gains of nearly 111% over the issue price band. And, there have been a lot of other reasons driving the bumper listing for this Vadodara-based company.
