In a candid conversation with host <keyword id="3778" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="karan-johar" source="Orion">Karan Johar</keyword>, the two opened up about their personal and professional lives. Surprisingly, Karan also claimed that at one point, <keyword id="19438997" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="sara-and-anaya" source="Orion">Sara and Anaya</keyword> dated the same actor, <keyword id="2104801" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="kartik-aaryan" source="Orion">Kartik Aaryan</keyword>. Karan initiated the topic of Kartik by asking whether it's easier for them to be cordial with each other considering they once dated the same guy. Instead of mentioning names, Sara talked about dating and breakups in general. "I don't want to say that ya, it's all easy because then it comes across as a little more frivolous than it is. It isn't always easy. When you are involved with anybody, whether it's friends, professionally, romantically, espically if I am, I get involved and invested. It is not like, 'Oh yeah, it doesn't really matter, whatever its today, whatever its tomorrow'. It's not like that. It does affect you. But ultimately you have to rise beyond that," Sara said. She added, "I have realised, without sounding semi negative, there are actually no predicaments in this business. In my limited experience, there is no point making permanent best friendships, pinky promises saying I'll never talk to you again. All these nevers and always nahi hota (doesn't happen)." Karan then told Sara and Ananya about his past rifts with his closest friends Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kajol. Karan revealed, "Twice in my life, I had differences with close friends of mine. One was with Kareena way back in 2003, we didn't speak for a year and half. It was over a film, it was over Kal Ho Na Ho and it was only when my father was diagnosed with cancer that actually she called me, she was silent, I was silent. She was like I don't know what to say, I said, don't say anything, I know you are there. When he passed away, she was in Bangkok, we still had not mended, the point she landed from her shoot, she came home. We spent all night just chatting. We went back to where we were. When we fought, I said I am never going to speak with her again." Talking about his rift with Kajol, he said, "It happened years later, with Kajol, which was also like such an emotional bond. We felt we would never be together, both landed up. I remember messaging Kajol when my babies were born and we haven't spoken in two years. I just sent her images of Yash and Roohi. I said you don't need to reply but these are what my children look like - Yash and Roohi. She messaged back and she said, I am just full of love right now. Now, he is taking his matchmaking skills to the general public. In the Netflix show, ‘What the love’ he turned cupid for a reality show that promises to ‘help’ people find love. But what it actually does is gloss over the many problems they have in 30 minute episodes. While the show is entertaining, it is not fulfilling. “I am a nosy aunty,” he claimed a bunch of singles as the show kickstarts to a party. Flanked by a stylist and fashion designer, Johar critiques them for their dressing sense - even as he himself wore floral and velvet jackets. Girls remain in the closet - but gay sons are accepted What he did achieve was to catch the underlying problem behind the single status of many people. While his lust story as a part of Big Four directors on Netflix took off to a good start, his ghost story was thrashed by the social media. And, this time too, few people seem to have liked the show - though it makes for a nice watch on a lonely Valentine’s day.

Since the past few days, rumours are rife that <keyword id="3778" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Karan-Johar">Karan Johar</keyword> will launch two more star kids in the upcoming sequel to his 2012 hit Student of the Year, which marked the debut of two star kids, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan, along with a relatively unknown <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/We-tell-you-what-Katrina-Kaif-is-doing-with-Sidharth-Malhotra/articleshow/51210361.cms">Sidharth Malhotra</a>.

Mohit Suri’s Malang earns over ₹15 crore and bad reviews in two days

The 69th Hyundai Filmfare Awards 2024 with Gujarat Tourism was held in GIFT City, Gujarat. The festival concluded on Sunday with an awards ceremony that was hosted by Karan Johar, Ayushmann Khurrana and Maneish Paul. The movie starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif will be released on March 24, while the official trailer was released yesterday (March 2). Akshay Kumar, the lead in the trailer is seen as <keyword id="8193880" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="veer-sooryavanshi">Veer Sooryavanshi</keyword>, who is protecting Mumbai from the attacks – the main plot of the movie. Ajay Devgn in his narration calls Veer Sooryavanshi, a ‘yodha’, who is a part of Mumbai’s Anti-Terrorism Squad and has been assigned a job to stop the attackers from terrorising Mumbai. Kumar is shown as a super cop – tackling rogues around the city while also managing to spend time with his family. Kaif is seen playing as the wife of the super cop in the short trailer. Sooryavanshi is the fourth movie in the ‘cop’ series from action director Rohit Shetty. In 2018, Ranveer Singh played the role of a police officer in Simmba, which also starred Sara Ali Khan. In 2011, Devgn played the cop role in <keyword id="2230269" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Singham-Returns">Singham Returns</keyword> which made whooping ₹216 crore at the Box Office.
