The 47-year-old reportedly complained of uneasiness and collapsed at his residence on Thursday. "He was brought to the hospital late last evening and an angioplasty was performed last night. He is fine. He is in the ICU," the official told PTI. A family member said the actor was recovering well and urged the media to maintain privacy. "He is doing well. He is doing much better. Jammu, May 15 () The Jammu and Kashmir administration on Friday approved the appointment of senior vice president of HDFC Bank Zubair Iqbal as the new managing director of Jammu and Kashmir Bank. R K Chibber will continue as the bank's chairman for the next three years. Iqbal will have a three-year tenure. An order to this effect was issued by the additional secretary to the finance department Friday night. "Consequent to the above (decision of appointment), the board of J&amp;K bank may appoint him (Iqbal) as managing director of J&amp;K bank," the order said. In another order, Chibber, who is currently MD and Chairman of J&amp;K bank, has been reappointed as the chairman for the period of three years. Both of them were appointed as director and nominee of the government in the J&amp;K Bank Board. The RBI had extended the tenure of Chibber as MD of the bank for a period of three months in April. On June 10 last year, the Reserve Bank had approved the appointment of Chibber as interim CMD of Jammu and Kashmir Bank for three months following the removal of Parvez Ahmed from the post by the then state government. He received a month's extension in September 2019 to continue as the bank's interim CMD, followed by a six-month extension in October last year.  The crisis-ridden bank's annual report for 2018-19 nowhere mentions exposure to any real estate firm and it only talks of MSME lending and NPAs at 3.76%. An eight-month investigation of over 36,000 files has revealed some shocking details. 
 
One of the largest data leaks in the history revealed how the world leaders hide their cash and the names of more than 500 Indians, who are linked to off-shore companies, also surfaced. 
 
The investigation by <a href="http://indianexpress.com/article/india/india-news-india/panama-papers-list-amitabh-bachchan-kp-singh-aishwarya-rai-iqbal-mirchi-adani-brother/">The Indian Express</a> revealed that there were 234 Indian passports (handed over by clients as part of the incorporation process). 
 These records reveal a list of individuals who have paid the firm — and bought the benefits of the secretive, lax regulatory system in which it operates — to set up offshore entities in <keyword id="112952" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Tax-havens">tax havens</keyword> around the world. 
 
The documents were leaked from the law firm Mossack Fonseca and connect to 140 politicians in more than 50 countries.

Panama Papers List: Here are the names of powerful Indians who have hidden assets

Azhar Iqbal, a suspected ISIS operative, who was arrested for allegedly conspiring to carry out terror strikes in India, was today remanded to NIA custody by a Delhi court. He would remain in custody till February 19. 
 
Iqbal was arrested from Madhya Pradesh by the National Investigation Agency (NIA), and was produced before District Judge Amar Nath during in-camera proceedings. According to sources, NIA sought his custodial interrogation for 15 days. 
 
The sources said that NIA told the court that Iqbal was required to be interrogated so that his associates could be identified, and their funding pattern could be associated. He is also required to be taken to various places in the country so that an investigation could be carried out. 
Iqbal, who belongs to Barkheda Raisen, MP, was arrested by the NIA when the agency cracked down on sympathisers of the West Asian terror group ISIS. 
 On January 25, 12 <keyword id="3217247" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="ISIS-suspects">ISIS suspects</keyword> were arrested from across the country after information that they were allegedly planning to carry out attacks before Republic Day. Reportedly, these suspects were in regular touch with active members of IS in Syria through internet chat and social networking applications.

Suspected ISIS operative sent to 15 days NIA custody

<keyword id="14666" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="BJP">BJP</keyword> has expelled 12 party leaders and served show cause notices to two others for allegedly attacking its MP <keyword id="6364207" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Keshav-Prasad-Maurya">Keshav Prasad Maurya</keyword>. "Show cause notices have been served to former MLA <keyword id="3202713" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Ram-Iqbal-Singh">Ram Iqbal Singh</keyword> and <keyword id="3202968" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Babban-Singh-Raghuvanshi">Babban Singh Raghuvanshi</keyword> while 12 leaders have been expelled from the party by state president Laxmikant Bajpai," a senior party leader said here. The action was taken for anti-party activities after the leaders allegedly attacked party MP Maurya on January 4 when he was here for <keyword id="1194839" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="organisational-elections">organisational elections</keyword>, he said. 

	Those expelled included two district vice presidents, a district secretary besides others. 
 

	On January 4, when the MP visited the district BJP office for organisational elections, these party men allegedly attacked him and also damaged his vehicle. 
 

	The MP did not file an FIR in this connection but had said that he would raise the matter before party leadership and had written a letter to state BJP president for disciplinary action against those involved in the act.

BJP expels 12 party leaders for 'attacking' MP Keshav Prasad Maurya

Actor <keyword id="333" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Saif-Ali-Khan">Saif Ali Khan</keyword> would have never thought that a brawl with a commoner at a posh restaurant in Delhi might cost him the coveted civic honour he was facilitated a few years back. 
 
If reports are to be believed, the Union Home Ministry has asked the Mumbai Police to fasten up the process of sending a report on the alleged brawl involving the actor and a South African businessman Iqbal Sharma. 
 
An RTI activist, Subhash Agrawal, had demanded that Khan be stripped off the honour since he has been framed of serious charges in the case. 
 
"As regard to Saif Ali Khan, no response to this Ministry's letter No 1/3112014-Public dated August 20, 2014 has been received from Mumbai Police. Mumbai Police has been reminded to expedite the matter...," the Ministry said in the RTI response. 
 
Agrawal has demanded that such civic honours should be taken back from everyone who is facing controversial charges. 
 
There have been controversies about the award ever since the actor was honoured in 2010. The reasons range from his contribution to the cinema to the pending court cases against him for killing two black bucks. While the actor had first said that he felt undeserving on being awarded the honour, he later said that a look at the past couple of winners tells that you don’t need to have invented a nuclear bomb to get the award. 
 Whatever his reaction to the award was, the fact that he got into a brawl with a businessman barely two years after the honour did not go too well with some people. Moreover, people also said he received the honour because his mother and former actress <keyword id="1888" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Sharmila-Tagore">Sharmila Tagore</keyword> was serving as the chairperson of the Central Board of Film Certification when he was awarded the honour.

Saad Nasim and Nasir Jamshed also brought their butter fingers into view. Had these opportunities were taken, the result could have been different. 
 
However, the man who actually made the difference for KKR was Narine whose second spell that saw him take back-to-back wickets restricted Lions to a modest total. Left-arm chinaman Kuldeep Yadav also impressed on debut foxing the opposition batsmen throughout his spell (4-0-21-1). 
 
Lions got off to a good start, thanks largely to <a href="http://www.gocricket.com/player/ahmed-shehzad/7001/7070">Ahmed Shehzad </a>who added 50 runs with Jamshed for the opening wicket. Shehzad was benefited by poor wicketkeeping from Bisla who missed two easy stumping chances when the batsman was on 19 and 32 respectively. Narine also dropped Shehzad on 37 at short fine leg off the bowling of left-arm chinaman Kuldeep Yadav. Shehzad went on to score 59. 
 
The opening stand was broken by a brilliant throw from Russell who ran in from deep midwicket to throw the stumps down at the non-striker's end to send back Jamshed for 10. Captain Mohammad Hafeez and Shehzad departed in quick succession leaving the Pakistanis at 91 for 3 and Gambhir brought back Narine who put the batsmen under a spell straight away. He sent back Nasim (0) first and then in his next over accounted for Umar Siddiq (2) and Raza (1). 
 
Things could have been disastrous for Hafeez's men if it weren't for <a href="http://www.gocricket.com/player/umar-akmal/7001/7074">Umar Akmal</a> who got some big shots towards the end, making 40 off 24 balls that included two fours and six off Piyush Chawla in an over. Akmal got out off the last ball of the innings.

Mohibul Haque-directed <keyword id="582722" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="action-thriller">action thriller</keyword> <keyword id="2343872" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="18-11-A-code-of-secrecy">18.11… A code of secrecy</keyword>; <keyword id="1403873" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Prakash-Saini">Prakash Saini</keyword>’s <keyword id="2249858" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Chal-Bhaag">Chal Bhaag</keyword>, a crime comedy; <keyword id="934838" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Debaloy-Dey">Debaloy Dey</keyword>’s <keyword id="30679" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="horror-flick">horror flick</keyword> <keyword id="1092690" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Machhli-Jal-Ki-Rani-Hai">Machhli Jal Ki Rani Hai</keyword> and finally, <keyword id="824801" type="ENTERTAINMENT" weightage="100" keywordseo="unforgettable">Unforgettable</keyword>, a romantic flick directed by <keyword id="1050162" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Arshad-Yusuf-Pathan">Arshad Yusuf Pathan</keyword>. Although the plots and the genres widely vary, there is one thing in common – all these four movies have turned out to be <keyword id="25892" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="box-office">box office</keyword> disasters. 
 
Fugly hit 1,100-plus screens in India and managed to collect Rs 2.95 crore on the opening day in spite of mixed reviews. <keyword id="303" type="POSITION" weightage="100" keywordseo="Director">Director</keyword> Kabir Sadanand was happy, though. “Good 1st day for @FuglyTheFilm, domestic box office collection of 2.95 cr. So guys go out there and watch the film, fight against the Ugly,” Sadanand tweeted on Saturday. The movie netted around Rs 9.5 crore after the first three days (Rs 7.23 crore as per trade figure). Although it had a big release, the movie’s budget is quite low (around Rs 16 crore) and Fugly just might avoid ending up in the red. 
 
But even then, Sadanand’s third outing as a director takes him nowhere near his earlier release <keyword id="30111" type="ENTERTAINMENT" weightage="80" keywordseo="Tum-Milo-Toh-Sahi">Tum Milo Toh Sahi</keyword> (2010). Fugly is all about four close <keyword id="343" type="ENTERTAINMENT" weightage="80" keywordseo="Friends">friends</keyword> – <keyword id="330" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Dev">Dev</keyword> (<keyword id="1466941" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Mohit-Marwah">Mohit Marwah</keyword>), <keyword id="6815" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Devi">Devi</keyword> (<keyword id="1788525" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Kiara-Advani">Kiara Advani</keyword>), <keyword id="1438" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Gaurav">Gaurav</keyword> (<keyword id="132330" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="boxer-Vijender-Singh">boxer Vijender Singh</keyword>) and <keyword id="967" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Aditya">Aditya</keyword> (<keyword id="1664323" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Arfi-Lamba">Arfi Lamba</keyword>) – living a fast-track life in and around <keyword id="66" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Delhi">Delhi</keyword>. But when the corrupt cop <keyword id="2343896" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="R-S-Chautala">R.S. Chautala</keyword> (<keyword id="4666" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Jimmy-Shergill">Jimmy Shergill</keyword>) takes control of their life, the foursome gets entangled in social issues and tries to find solutions, Bollywood ishtyle. The outcome is a wobbly plot that fails to delve into the myriad layers of reality or string together a robust, coherent human drama. At the end, the movie with a mission and a message (it is bound to remind you of <keyword id="3735" type="ENTERTAINMENT" weightage="80" keywordseo="Rang-de-basanti">Rang de Basanti</keyword>) simply ends up in a meaningless mess. 
 
The other four flicks look like box office bombs although 18.11… A code of secrecy endeavours to decode terrorism. And this time, a <keyword id="49316" type="POSITION" weightage="100" keywordseo="Software-engineer">software engineer</keyword> (<keyword id="2343901" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Rehal-Khan">Rehal Khan</keyword>) comes to the rescue with a hi-tech alert system and fights off all the baddies. The opening day collection of 18.11 stood at an approx. Rs 15 lakh, but the weekend numbers are not in yet. 
 
 
 
Prakash Saini’s Chal Bhaag tells the tale of three crooks – <keyword id="2333769" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Munna-Supari">Munna Supari</keyword> (<keyword id="109372" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Deepak-Dobriyal">Deepak Dobriyal</keyword>), <keyword id="320578" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Daler-Singh">Daler Singh</keyword> (<keyword id="2249438" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Varun-Mehra">Varun Mehra</keyword>) and <keyword id="6412911" type="ENTERTAINMENT" weightage="100" keywordseo="bunty">Bunty</keyword> (<keyword id="947916" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Tarun-Bajaj">Tarun Bajaj</keyword>). A deadly game of hide and seek with the police begins after they are charged with a political murder and in the process, you get a chilling glimpse of fake encounters and other atrocities. But the movie fails to retain the momentum or the irreverent, light-hearted tone that would have made it a well-rounded <keyword id="530399" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Black-Comedy">black comedy</keyword>. Official numbers are not in yet, but according to industry insiders, nett collection of the first three days has fallen well below Rs 1 crore. 
 
And the same holds true for the other two movies – Machhli Jal Ki Rani Hai and Unforgettable. Both are box office washouts although Machhli may hook the horror movie fans. As expected, the plot is a cliché where <keyword id="173" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Ayesha">Ayesha</keyword> and Uday (<keyword id="437076" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Swara-Bhaskar">Swara Bhaskar</keyword> and <keyword id="344170" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Bhanu-Uday">Bhanu Uday</keyword>), a happy couple, fall prey to <keyword id="589050" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Paranormal-Activities">paranormal activities</keyword>. It has all the usual trappings to get you <keyword id="843642" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="spooked">spooked</keyword>, including an act of exorcism for a climax. On the other hand, Unforgettable features the eternal love triangle, with <keyword id="23365" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Iqbal-Khan">Iqbal Khan</keyword>, <keyword id="551555" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Alka-Verma">Alka Verma</keyword> and <keyword id="276456" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Hazel-Crowney">Hazel Crowney</keyword> in the lead roles. This is another <keyword id="2076872" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Box-office-bomb">box office bomb</keyword> that could not garner more than Rs 20 lakh on Day I and then sank into oblivion. As it is a high-budget movie and shot at the UAE, it is quite likely that Unforgettable would not be able to cover the costs.

"I have expressed my wish to contest elections to the Chief Minister and the central leadership. I am a sportsperson, and an Olympic medallist, and I have contested elections from <keyword id="19894848" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="BJP" source="keywords" meta.keywordsubtype="org" meta.entityname="BJP" meta.hostid="261" meta.entityid="BJP">BJP</keyword> earlier also, so I want to get a chance", said Dutt while speaking to Journalists. He further added that he wants to contest from the Gohana assembly constituency and he has told the same to the leadership. Yogeshwar Dutt, who won an Olympic Medal in the 2012 Olympics was defeated by Congress nominee Indu Raj Narwal in a bypoll for the Assembly seat of Baroda in 2020. Dutt also lost the seat in 2019 to the Congress's three-time winner Krishan Hooda. The BJP Central Election Committee (CEC) held a crucial meeting on Thursday to discuss the upcoming <keyword id="20390792" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="haryana-assembly" source="keywords">Haryana Assembly</keyword> elections. During the meeting, which was chaired by <keyword id="19898052" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Prime-Minister-Narendra-Modi" source="keywords">Prime Minister Narendra Modi</keyword>, discussions were held on all 90 assembly seats in the state. Out of these, candidates for 55 seats have been finalised. The final decision on the remaining 35 seats will be made in a follow-up meeting today between the Haryana core committee and the BJP President. The party has decided to roll out the candidate names in phases as the election preparations intensify. The meeting, which took place at the BJP headquarters, was attended by key leaders including BJP National President JP Nadda, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Satya Narayan Jatia, Iqbal Singh Lalpura, K. Laxman, Nayab Singh Saini, Sudha Yadav, Vanathi Srinivasan, Anil Vij, Bhupender Yadav, Biplab Deb, Satish Poonia, Surendra Nagar, and Dharmendra Pradhan. In a big move, market watchdog <keyword id="19901201" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="SEBI" source="keywords">SEBI</keyword> has banned <keyword id="19902194" type="General" weightage="100" keywordseo="Anil-Ambani" source="keywords">Anil Ambani</keyword> from participating in the securities markets for 5 years, for diverting funds from <keyword id="20367971" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Reliance-Home-Finance" source="keywords" meta.keywordsubtype="org" meta.entityname="Reliance Home Finance" meta.hostid="261" meta.entityid="Reliance Home Finance">Reliance Home Finance</keyword> (RHF). This means that the debt-ridden Ambani scion will not be able to serve as key managerial personnel, or director in any listed company for the next 5 years. Additionally, he will also have to pay Rs 25 crore as a penalty. Along with Ambani, 24 others, which include former employees of RHF, have also been banned from trading in the securities market for a five year period. RHF itself has been barred from the securities market for 6 months, and has also been penalized Rs 6 lakh. <h2>Not the first time</h2>In its order, SEBI found Ambani guilty of fraud and channeling away RHF funds under the guise of loans by lending them to entities connected to him. This was despite the company's board of directors repeatedly advising to stop such practices. Ambani continued to orchestrate the fraud, thanks to his key position as the chairman of ADA Group, and also because of his shareholding in RHFL's holding company. In July this year, SEBI had barred the infamous fugitive Vijay Mallya from trading in Indian markets for three years, when it was found that Mallya illegally routed funds via foreign banks and companies to spruce up the share value of his own companies and profiting from the same, aka stock rigging. While all his assets in India are frozen, he also cannot serve as the director of any Indian listed company for this duration. But this is not the first time SEBI has debarred people from the markets. Last year, SEBI had barred Mohammad Nasiruddin Ansari, popularly known as <keyword id="22893256" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Baap-of-Charts" source="keywords" meta.keywordsubtype="org" meta.entityname="Baap of Charts" meta.hostid="261" meta.entityid="Baap of Charts">Baap of Charts</keyword>, after he was f0und doling out misleading stock-related advise, while pretending to run educative courses. SEBI also asked Ansari to refund Rs 17.2 crore he had collected under the guise of fees. Another popular fin-fluencer, PR Sundar, was barred from options trading for an entire year, when it was found that he was running full fledged investment advisory services i.e. recommending buying and selling stocks, without obtaining the necessary licenses Bollywood actor <keyword id="20003289" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="arshad-warsi" source="keywords">Arshad Warsi</keyword>, along with his wife Maria Goretti, were also banned by SEBI last year after he was found uploading videos that lured investors to buy shares of two specific companies, namely Sadhna Broadcast and Sharpline Broadcast, and thus, profiting about Rs 29.43 lakh and Rs 37.56 lakh, respectively. They were not allowed to trade until they deposited all profits made in this manner in an escrow account. However, the duo, along with Warsi's brother Iqbal Warsi later received relief from SAT (Securities Appellate Tribunal), which set aside SEBI's order.
