Users can now add special effects such as SloMo, Echo and Duo after creating Boomerangs. Instagram also added a much-awaited feature – trimming. This allows users to decide where the animation loop starts and stops. Snapchat has had some of these effects from a long time and TikTok, which has become popular in the last two years also offers various effects in its app. How do the new effects work The three new effects <a href="https://twitter.com/instagram/status/1215696803338735617">announced</a> by Instagram can be found while creating a Boomerang. <ul><li>SloMo: This effect will reduce the Boomerangs to half-speed to capture more detail.</li><li>Echo: This adds a motion blur effect so that a trail appears behind anything that is moving, creating a double vision effect.</li><li>Duo: This effect speeds up and slows down the Boomerang at the same time, adding a textured effect.</li></ul>How to use the new effects in Boomerang To use the new effects, make a Boomerang as usual.
