These are the stocks to watch out for during the trading session on Monday: Reliance Industries and Future Enterprises Mukesh Ambani owned Reliance Industries on Saturday announced that it had acquired the retail, wholesale, logistics and warehousing business of Kishore Biyani’s Future Group for a lump sum aggregate consideration of ₹24,713 crore. The news may move other Future Group subsidiaries — Future Retail, Future Lifestyle Fashions and Future Consumer— shares as well. The shares of Future Enterprises ended 5% higher on Friday, whereas RIL was trading almost flat. HCL Technologies According to <a href="https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/tech/ites/hcls-us-arm-faces-patent-infringement-claim-related-to-one-of-its-software-products/articleshow/77837559.cms">news reports</a>, HCL Technologies American arm HCL America is facing a patent infringement claim related to one of its software products. The reports suggest that HCL America is due to respond to the lawsuit filed by a<a href="https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/tech/ites/hcls-us-arm-faces-patent-infringement-claim-related-to-one-of-its-software-products/articleshow/77837559.cms"> Texas-based company, Coretek Licensing, by September 28.</a> The shares of HCL Technologies ended nearly a percent lower on Friday. ITC FMCG major ITC on Friday informed stock-exchanges that it is considering merging three of its wholly-owned subsidiaries —- Sunrise Foods, Hobbits International Foods and Sunrise Sheetgrah — with the parent company. The company said its board would meet on September 4 to consider the proposal. The shares of ITC ended nearly a percent higher on Friday. Indiabulls Ventures Indiabulls Ventures on Friday told stock-exchanges that it would raise nearly ₹588 crore via share sale to a clutch of investors. In the filing, the company said it would issue 33.6 million shares, representing about 5.5% shareholding, to six investors. The shares of Indiabulls Ventures ended nearly 8% higher on Friday. RBL Bank RBL Bank in a BSE filing told investors that the Bank MD and CEO Vishwavir Ahuja sold nearly 18,92,900 shares on August 27-28 for ₹38.52 crore. The Bank said Ahuja sold his shares to service personal debt obligation and to meet some family commitments. The shares of RBL Bank ended nearly 5% higher on Friday. Inox Wind Inox Wind on Friday reported a net loss of ₹73 crore for the quarter ended June 30. The company’s revenue from operations fell to ₹97 crore from ₹260 crore in the same quarter last year. The board of Inox Wind approved raising ₹200 crore via issue of securities. The shares of Inox Wind ended nearly 4% lower on Friday. The surge came after RIL acquired the retail, wholesale, logistics and warehousing business of Future Group for ₹24,713 crore. This also bought a rally in other Future subsidiaries. <ul><li>Foreign institutional investors have pulled out nearly $7 billion from the Indian markets this year.</li><li>FIIs have been net buyers in only one month this financial year – September.</li><li>Nearly $13 billion worth of shares have been sold by FIIs so far, as opposed to inflows worth over $13 billion in the period last year.</li></ul>Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have offloaded nearly $7 billion worth of shares in the last two months and since the beginning of the financial year, FIIs have sold nearly $13 billion worth of shares. During the financial year, only September has witnessed net buying from FIIs, that too only to the extent of $62 million. This comes at a time when the Nifty 50 index has gained nearly 20% since April. “Part of the reason FIIs are selling is because valuations are not cheap and the inflation risk is real in India while the Reserve Bank of India, which historically was one of the more vigilant central banks, right now seems to be more on the dovish side," said Arvind Sanger, managing partner, Geosphere Capital The India-Russia chess duel for the Online Olympiad gold came to a dramatic finish on Sunday with the global chess body announcing them as joint winners. The decision to declare India and Russia as joint winners was taken by <keyword id="9600548" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="FIDE-President-Arkady-Dvorkovich">FIDE President Arkady Dvorkovich</keyword> after an appeal made by India saying three of its players were disconnected from the server. "We just told <keyword id="93857" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="FIDE">FIDE</keyword> that three of our players - K. Humpy, Nihal Sarin and Divya Deshmukh were logged out due to server crash during the second match of the final," non-playing Captain <keyword id="4353983" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="srinath-narayanan">Srinath Narayanan</keyword> told IANS. "We had asked for a fair solution - a replay of three games," he added. Announcing his decision Dvorkovich in a statement said: "The Online <keyword id="421028" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="chess-Olympiad">Chess Olympiad</keyword> has been impacted by a global internet outage, that severely affected several countries, including India. "Two of the Indian players have been affected and lost connection, when the outcome of the match was still unclear. "The Appeals Committee has examined all the evidence provided by Chess.com, as well as information gathered from other sources about this internet outage. After being informed of their considerations and in absence of an unanimous decision, and taken into account these unprecedented circumstances, as FIDE President I made the decision to award Gold Medals to both teams," he said. Srinath said the appeal was made stating it was due to a server crash of Cloudflare used by www.chess.com. The FIDE President's decision was welcomed by the Indian chess fraternity. Meanwhile, the finals between India and Russia began in the evening. The first match ended with a score of 3-3 with all the six games ending in a draw. The battle of two world champions in the fast chess format - women's world rapid champion from India K. Humpy and women's world blitz champion Kateryna Lagno was an absorbing game. Humpy, after securing an exchange advantage, sacrificed her queen for two bishops to have rooks against the Russian's queen. However, the clock was ticking against Humpy and on the 41st move, she missed out a winning line. Soon the game ended in a draw with perpetual checks by the Russian. All other games - Vidit Santosh Gujrathi vs Ian Nepomniachtchi, P. Harikrishna vs Vladislav Artemiev, D. Harika vs Alexandra Kosteniuk, R. Praggnannandha vs Alexey Sarana and Divya Deshmukh vs Polina Shuvalova - ended in a draw. In the second match, India brought in V. Anand and Sarin in the place of Harikrishna and Praggnanandha. The Russian team made three changes, bringing in <keyword id="4977457" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="daniil-dubov">Daniil Dubov</keyword>, Andrey Esipenko and Aleksandra Goryachkina and rested Sarana, Artemiev and Lagno. The first result in the second match was a draw between Gujarthi and Dubov. Soon Harika and Anand followed suit, drawing against Nepomniachtchi and Kosteniuk respectively. Then the net connectivity issued cropped up in Sarin vs Esipenko, Deshmukh vs Shuvalova and Humpy vs Goryachkina cropped. As regards Humpy vs Goryachkina, FIDE awarded the point to the Russian.
