Zeta’s founder Bhavin Turakhia, Gainsight’s founder Sreedhar Peddineni, Freshworks’ Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) Suman Gopalan and serial entrepreneur Ankur Warikoo also participated in the round. With this, the company has raised $16 million to date, and it counts Y Combinator, Freshworks’ Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Girish Mathrubootham, Lenskart’s Peyush Bansal and innov8’s Ritesh Malik as investors. Founded in 2016 by Tanmaya Jain and Varun Puri, inFeedo is an all-in-one employee experience platform with people analytics that help predict attrition, burnout and disengagement in top talent. The company’s proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) bot Amber has conversations with the employees to find hidden gaps in their culture, managers and wellbeing in real time. The company plans to triple their product line up, quadruple revenue, double their team and accelerate growth in Southeast Asia, India and the US, in the next couple of years. The company is currently hiring for over 140 remote roles across all functions, especially marketing, product, engineering and sales in these regions to fulfill its targets. inFeedo currently serves 175 enterprise customers in more than 60 countries. Its clientele includes Xiaomi, Lenovo, Godrej, the Bharti Group, and Unacademy. The company claims that Amber has had 1.3 million conversations in the last one year alone. New Delhi, A Twitter user shared an interesting experience she had interviewing a candidate for the position of intern, in which she stated that the <keyword id="159493" type="General" weightage="100" keywordseo="gen-z" source="Orion">Gen Z</keyword> aspirant asked for a Rs 50,000 stipend and five hours of work to maintain a work-life balance. Sameera Khan, the Director of People Success at Infeedo, recently tweeted her experience interviewing a Gen Z youth, saying: "I was interviewing a GenZ intern today and he says he is looking for work-life balance with not more than 5 hours of work". He intern also stated that he dislikes MNC culture and would prefer to work at a startup. "Doesn't like the MNC culture so wants to work at a start-up. Also, wants 40-50k stipend. God bless the future of work," Khan added. The post has sparked a debate on Twitter about Gen Z's desire for work-life balance among social media users. "Wow, a GenZ intern already mastering the art of demanding the impossible? Impressive. Good luck finding a start-up that pays you 40-50k for 5 hours of work. Let me know if you find a unicorn while you're at it," a user wrote. "So true! Just met a young cousin who rejected a '9-5' because it interrupted his 'prime gaming hours'. The future is fascinating," another user said. However, there was also a group of people who agreed with Gen Z's concept of work. A user commented, "Interesting take! I love the fact that they are setting up their priorities and value their time and work-life balance which is non-existent for most Indian employees. He will learn a couple of things with time. Nothing to laugh about here". Another user wrote, "Embracing new perspectives! It's inspiring to see GenZ prioritising work-life balance and seeking a fulfilling environment. Doesn't like the MNC [multinational corporation] culture so wants to work at a start up. Also, wants 40-50k stipend. God bless the future of work."The post, which has more than 700,000 views, sparked a social-media debate about Gen Z behavior at work."I hire genz every quarter and they can't take pressure at all but do expect a huge amount of money. They are creative but they are taking jobs for granted," one user <a href="https://twitter.com/vineet_gaur/status/1681784292035428352" target="_blank" rel="noopener">commented </a>on the post. Mumbai, Mar 11 () With the introduction of artificial intelligence in banks, the average tenure of the employee has doubled from the industry average of 1.5 years to 3.02 years, says a survey. According to a survey by HR-tech startup, inFeedo, that studied more than 80,000 personnel from banking majors, artificial intelligence (AI) has helped double the average employee tenure. The report titled 'The BFSI Engagement Index 2020' noted that, across organisations, the human resource (HR) team's query response rate had doubled from 33 per cent through annual surveys to 60 per cent when engaging with AI. The response rate touched 85 per cent for top performing HR teams in financial institutions, while even the lowest performing HR teams experienced a response rate of 58 per cent when AI came into the picture, it said. AI also improved the human resource business partners' productivity by 40 per cent. This included reduction in time spent on manually collecting, collating, and analysing employee feedback. The report further noted that with AI, HR business partners are able to predict, strategise, measure, and track initiatives around preventing possible attrition. This, in turn, has led to the HR business partners and employee ratio to reduce from 1:336 to 1:30, helping HR business partners focus on employees with turnover intent. The report further noted that with a lowered ratio and an average of 32 days taken to resolve employee turnover cases, these HR teams have been able to save 57 per cent of employees with a possible turnover intent (average) across the BFSI sector. "Through this report, our aim is to highlight how the introduction of AI in HR, such as Amber, can bring about significant changes within the workforce and help provide insights on what's working for different enterprises and employees," said Tanmaya Jain, Founder and Global CEO, inFeedo. The report was created based on findings from inFeedo's AI-enabled engagement bot Amber which analysed more than 1,85,000 chats across more than 80,000 employees. DRR ANSANS
