The survey received over 39,000 responses. About 42 per cent urban Indians believe availability of public toilets in their city/district has improved but 52 per cent of respondents indicated that there has been "no improvement" in the state of public toilets. The survey said 37 per cent of the respondents found public toilets were "average/ functional"; 25 per cent described them as "below average/ barely functional", 16 per cent found them "terrible" and 12 per cent found the public toilets "so bad, went but came out without using". "However, even in cities like Mumbai, Delhi or Bengaluru, going to public toilets, unless managed by organisations like <keyword id="6438890" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="sulabh-international" source="Orion">Sulabh International</keyword> or having a system of pay to use, or a highly efficient civic body managing them, is generally a nightmare," the survey results showed. The big issue that a large number of people have reported on LocalCircles in the last three years has been lack of <keyword id="6387522" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="hygiene" source="Orion">hygiene</keyword>, <keyword id="6364130" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="cleanliness" source="Orion">cleanliness</keyword> and maintenance of public toilets in their area, district or city. The survey said 68 per cent respondents surveyed said they would rather visit a commercial establishment and use the toilet there instead of visiting a public toilet. When the survey delved into the reason for such a preference, it found that only 10 per cent surveyed rated public toilets in their city/district as well maintained while the majority 53 per cent confirmed that they are in poor or unusable state. About 37 per cent of those surveyed said they are just in functional state but not well maintained. In the survey, 69 per cent respondents were men while 31 per cent respondents were women. About 47 per cent respondents were from tier one, 31 per cent from tier two and 22 per cent respondents were from tier three and four districts.

Even popular TikTok creators like <a target="_blank" class="editor-rtfLink" href="https://www.tiktok.com/@alexisnikole/video/7056981513790950702?q=snow%20cream&amp;t=1705844045554">Alexis Nikole </a>— <a target="_blank" class="editor-rtfLink" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/expert-tips-how-to-identify-safe-eats-when-foraging-food-2022-10">known as the "Black Forager"</a> — shared a video of her making a snow cream recipe in January 2022 with 2.1 million views. Some users in Witherspoon's TikTok comments defended her and admitted they've also used snow for a wintery treat."My mom makes snow ice cream every year when it snows. I thought everyone did this?" one person wrote.Another reminisced about their childhood, writing, "So nobody grew up eating snow cream? Man y'all missing out."<h2>But is eating snow safe?</h2>As Witherspoon's video and subsequent responses spread across the internet, users still questioned whether eating snow is risky.Mayo Clinic Health System family medicine physician Jennifer Johnson <a target="_blank" class="editor-rtfLink" href="https://www.accuweather.com/en/weather-news/is-eating-snow-dangerous-2/434134">told AccuWeather</a> that although snow is essentially water, people should be careful with consumption since it could be contaminated."Any snow has the risk of containing pollution, dirt and microbes. You don't want to introduce bacteria from the anus into the vagina as it may cause a UTI. Don't put a toy like a butt plug that was in the butt into the vagina for the same reason.You may also want to be careful to avoid slipping into the vagina during anal sex, if the penis slips out of the butt and into the vagina on the next thrust.To prevent this and maintain control, Harris-Jackson says one partner can use one of their hands to help guide the penis and keep things on track.
