We've already seen two previews of the upcoming Operating System (OS) version and we now have a decent idea of what Android 12 could be like. Google has released new APIs for camera, haptics and more. Folks at <a href="https://www.xda-developers.com/android-12-dp3-features/">XDA-developers</a> have dug out all the user-friendly features on the recent build and there are quite a few of them. These features have been spotted on the previous build of the Android 12, which makes it quite likely that these features could make it to the final version too. The launch is slated for the Google I/O event in mid-May. However, while we wait for the event to take place, let's take a look at all the significant details leaked about the Android 12. A more one-handed friendly settings UI With ever-increasing display size on phones, this feature is the need of the hour. Don't confuse it with the one-handed mode, this update brings the UI elements closer to the bottom of the display instead of shrinking the whole screen. <div type="image" title="Android 12 (1)." msid="82195436" hostid="261" caption="&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;Android 12 DP3 shows a one-hand friendly UI.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;"></div> Overscroll animation Google has been testing the new overscroll animation that appears when you scroll to the extreme top or bottom of a page. The animation looks like a wobbly stretch that plays when you go past the bounds of any list. The animation isn't enabled by default, you need to manually locate and enable it on the DP3. Updated Markup image editor Android allows you to edit screenshots right after you capture it using the Markup tool. On the current Android version, you get an option to write text on top of the image, but it didn't let you choose a font. On DP3 it's been noticed that the company is working on new improved settings for notification access, that will let you fine-tune the level of access a Notification Listener service has on your notifications as of now. An automated splash screen for all apps Another UI-based feature in the Android 12 DP3 is automatically generated splash screens. A splash screen appears in between the animation when an app is tapped on. It shows the app icon and a transition to the app itself. Developers will have an option to customise the splash screen for their apps' background colour, transition speed, animation before opening the app and exit animations. Corners are now more rounded The whole UI now has even more rounded corners over Android 11. OnePlus Nord price – hitting the sweet spot The OnePlus Nord marks the return of OnePlus phones in the mid-range. It starts at a price of ₹24,999, something which should excite OnePlus fans and those who want a reliable, fast experience without worrying about the compromises. The phone will be available for purchase starting on August 4 from Amazon.in, OnePlus online and offline stores across the country. OnePlus Nord design – simple elegance OnePlus is known for keeping its designs simple for the most part. The only standout candidate is the OnePlus 7T with its massive circular camera module. Other OnePlus smartphones have been conservative when it comes to the designs, and that remains the case with the OnePlus Nord as well. It also supports 90Hz refresh rate, which translates to a smooth experience. In the first two days of testing, I found the scrolling to be smooth, with no noticeable jank. The OnePlus Nord also sports a big battery, with a 4,115mAh capacity. However, two days is too soon to say how long the phone lasts. You get a 30-watt Warp Charger bundled in the box, along with the classic OnePlus red cable. Fashion weeks have passed their limitations from the lounges of elite houses. Surpassing the wardrobes, fashion weeks have got more meaningful than just exhibiting the latest oeuvre of trends. 
 
Lakme Fashion Week Summer/ Resort, which has created a niche for itself in revolutionizing the fashion space is no exception this season. The 2017 season just witnessed a ‘#NotWhatIWear’ movement launched by Ajio.com, a curated online fashion and style destination. 
 
Of late we have come across college diktats asking women students not to wear this and that. With ‘NotWhatIWear’ campaign, Ajio.com has added its voice to thousands of conversations of this nature taking place across the nation. The campaign aims to sensitize and encourage ‘inclusivity’ towards one another as well as choices, including the sartorial ones. 
 
Show must go on 
The show opened with a powerful thematic audio-visual presentation that set the context, featuring women sporting cardboard boxes, which had on them statements such as ‘I’m wearing skinny jeans. Should I be banned from college?’ 
 
What followed was a spectacular sequence that had four models strutting down the ramp in card board boxes highlighted with thought provoking messages. The show picked up tempo when four female and two male models showcased stylish monochrome creations, leading to the four female models dramatically ripping off the boxes to reveal an attractive collection of black minis, off- shoulder numbers and funky cropped tops. 
 
Then came the Work Wear sequence headlined as ‘They told me not to wear this to work’ made interesting by Ajio.com coming out with a fashionable dateline ranging from Fun Filled Mondays to Monochrome Tuesdays, Ethnic Wednesdays, Sporty Thursdays, and Feminine Fridays. 
 
Later, the show had a fun and sporty collection for campus clothing spunkily themed ‘They told me not to wear this to college’, which featured edgy denim shorts, colourful Tees, slinky maxis, and skinny jeans. 
 
Marriage of ethnic and western 
 
It was party time when a mix of western and ethnic wear took to the ramp with creatively draped saris teamed with tube tops, will-power dresses, and chic western styles with fusion elements. 
The finale had models clad in identical fabrics with thematic graffiti that urged women to express their style freely and fearlessly. The models moved in formation and dramatically turned when the lights went out to reveal a glow in the dark neon sign “#NotWhatIWear” on their clothes. 
 
Show stopper 
But the high point of the show was yet to come when the ramp was dazzled by celebrities, RJ Malishka, Mallika Dua and Varun Thakur as they whole-heartedly endorsed the relevant #NotWhatIWear movement initiated by Ajio.com.
