It's possible that the trades were made by someone other than Donalds, as is <a target="_blank" class="" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/mtg-disney-stock-marjorie-taylor-greene-congress-infowars-alex-jones-2022-4">sometimes the case</a> with other lawmakers, though he is still legally responsible for disclosing those trades.
