New Delhi, EV chargers maker Exicom Tele-Systems Ltd on Thursday said it has fixed a price band of Rs 135-142 per share for its Rs 429 crore <keyword id="19913114" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="initial-public-offering" source="keywords">Initial Public Offering</keyword> (<keyword id="19898327" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="ipo" source="keywords">IPO</keyword>). The initial share sale will be open for public subscription during February 27-29 and the bidding for anchor investors will open for a day on February 26, the company said. The maiden public issue comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 329 crore and an Offer For Sale (OFS) component of up to 70.42 lakh equity shares worth Rs 100 crore, at the upper end of the price band, by promoter <keyword id="20670993" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="nextwave-communications" source="keywords">NextWave Communications</keyword>. At present, NextWave Communications holds a 76.55 per cent stake in the company and HFCL, part of the promoter group, owns 7.74 per cent shareholding. Overall, promoters hold 93.28 per cent stake in Exicom Tele-Systems. Proceeds of the fresh issue will be used towards setting up production lines at the manufacturing facility in Telangana, investment in R&amp;D as well as product development, and payment of debt to support working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes. At the upper end of the price band, the IPO is expected to fetch Rs 429 crore. Investors can bid for a minimum of 100 equity shares and in multiples of 100 equity shares thereafter. New Delhi, Nov 18 () Mobility start-up Bounce on Monday said it has tied-up with Exicom Tele-systems to foray into electric segment.
 Bounce is currently piloting with a few thousand scooters in Bengaluru and is looking to ramp up supply in the next 12 months.
 The company provides last mile connectivity via dockless scooters where users are allowed to pick up and drop a scooter at their place of convenience.
 "India is at the cusp of an electric mobility revolution and we at Bounce believe that we are in a position to accelerate these changes. We believe that electric mobility will take off first with shared mobility," Bounce CEO Vivekananda Hallekere said in a statement.
 Exicom Managing Director Anant Nahata said the company is delighted to support Bounce on this electrification journey by providing most advanced lithium-ion battery and efficient charging solutions.
 "This is the largest deployment of electric two-wheeler vehicles in shared mobility space in India and hope this is first of many steps in our goal of achieving emission free and clean mobility," he added.
 Within 10 months of launching services in Bengaluru, Bounce has completed over 5 million rides, covering 30 million km.
 Exicom has been present in power electronics and energy systems market for over two decades and now enjoys a leading position in EV ecosystem solutions as well. MSS

The issue is a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale. The company intends to use proceeds from the fresh issue to invest in its subsidiary BDJ Oxides, loan payments and to set up an R&amp;D centre. It also intends to use the proceeds to fund long-term working capital requirements of the parent company as well as the subsidiary; in addition to general corporate purposes. Apart from a large domestic market, J G Chemicals serves 50 global customers across 10 countries. It offers 80 grades of products and can serve a diverse set of industries like rubber, ceramics, paints, pharmaceuticals, animal feed and more. The company currently operates on a total capacity of 77,040 million tonnes per annum including recent capacity expansions at the Naidupeta facility of 36,960 MTPA. The facilities have an average utilisation of 65%. It also intends to establish a greenfield manufacturing facility in Gujarat to cater to the ceramics industry. “Currently, 90.5% of revenue comes from the tyre and rubber industry with 76% of total revenue coming from top 10 customers. The stock closed at ₹360, which is ₹41 below its issue price of ₹401. Its market capitalization is at ₹4,486 crore, as per the Bombay Stock Exchange. Gopal Snacks makes a wide variety of savoury snacks under the Gopal brand. Its portfolio has 84 products across 276 stock-keeping units. Low expectations and bad timing Analysts had been worried that the company’s listing would be affected by the small-cap stocks crash. Yesterday, the stock of J G Chemicals slipped 16% below the issue price on its debut, in line with a crash in the broader stock markets. “While considering subdued secondary market scenario and continued selling pressure seen in mid &amp; small caps spaces, Gopal may be the victim and listing can be on a flat to muted note,” said <keyword id="20226500" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="prashanth-tapse" source="keywords">Prashanth Tapse</keyword>, senior VP of research at Mehta Equities. Yet it has seen good subscription levels, and interest before the small stocks’ crash. A long-term prospect? The popular ghatia maker’s ₹650 crore initial public offer was subscribed nine times the shares on offer with good interest from institutional investors. It also raised ₹194 crore from anchor investors like DSP Mutual Fund, Quant Mutual Fund, IIFL Wealth &amp; Asset Management and more; ahead of the offer. “We believe this listing gives an opportunity to investors to accumulate the growth story for the long term. Bad timing? Gopal Snacks slips 10% below  issue price on debut day

New Delhi, Nov 29 () MG Motor India on Friday said it has partnered with battery life-cycle management firm Umicore for recycling end-of-life batteries of its upcoming electric SUV ZS EV.
 The partnership will allow end-of-life ZS EV batteries to be recycled, thus ensuring greater peace of mind to MG customers about their ecological footprint, the company said in a statement.
 "Our partnership with Umicore focuses on end-of-life applications for used EV battery packs and ensures that exhausted battery packs of MG ZS EV are recycled in keeping with the global best standards, to ensure environment-friendly battery disposal," MG Motor India Chief Commercial Officer Gaurav Gupta said.
 Over the past few months, the company has worked towards creating the right ecosystem for its customers ahead of the launch of the ZS EV, including charging infrastructure, he added.
 Umicore India Country General Manager and spokesperson Kedar Rele said MG is addressing concerns about the disposal of end-of-life EV batteries for recycling.
 The company will offer its 'closed loop' sustainable recycling solution that ensures minimal waste and impact on the environment.
 "This is vital to the commitment of facilitating EV adoption and catalysing India's nascent EV revolution," Kele added.
