subscribing to the IPO The company’s business comprises two segments – engineering business and solar EPC business. Its engineering business manufactures bearing cages in brass, steel and polyamide materials; complex and specialised precision stamped components; welded assemblies and brass castings, among others. “Harsha Engineers International with its dominant position is well placed to capture the growing bearing cage demand across industries. The BSE Sensex climbed 214.40 points, or 0.27 per cent, to 79,457.58 in the opening trade, while the NSE Nifty 50 opened up 41.40 points, or 0.17 per cent, at 24,085.90. The wider indices began trading in a mixed bag. The Bank Nifty index opens at 52,874.95, up barely 63.65 points, or 0.12 per cent, from its opening position. "Indian benchmark indices, Sensex and Nifty 50, are poised to open higher on Friday driven by positive global market cues. The Gift Nifty is indicating an initial premium, trading at approximately 24,200, up by about 105 points from the previous close of Nifty futures," said Varun Aggarwal, MD, Profit Idea. Among the sectoral indices on NSE, Nifty Bank, Financial services, FMCG, IT, Media, Metal, Pharma, Realty, Healthcare, Oil and gas, and consumer durables started in the green territory. According to provisional data available on the NSE, on June 27, 2024, domestic institutional investors (DII) sold shares worth Rs 3.605.93 crore, while foreign institutional investors (FII) purchased shares worth Rs 7,658.77 crore. In Thursday's trading session, both indices achieved new closing highs, with the Sensex climbing 568.93 points to 79,243.18, a gain of 0.72 per cent. Similarly, the Nifty 50 surged 175.70 points to settle at 24,044.50, marking a 0.74 per cent increase. Notably, Nifty 50 displayed a bullish pattern with four consecutive sessions of long bull candles, including a 'three advancing soldiers' pattern earlier in the week, indicating robust upward momentum. "The market sentiment remains positive, bolstered by the impending inclusion of India in the J.P. Morgan GBI-EM Global Series of indices starting June 28. This move is expected to attract substantial foreign inflows estimated between USD 25-30 billion over the next 10 months, gradually increasing India's weightage in the index," Aggarwal added. Internationally, WTI crude prices are trading at USD 82.00, reflecting a modest increase of 0.23%, while Brent crude prices are marginally down at USD 85.45, a decrease of 1.03 per cent. Meanwhile, the US Dollar Index (DXY), which measures the dollar against a basket of foreign currencies, is slightly lower at 105.89, down by 0.15%. In the US, market indices closed mixed on Thursday amid cautious trading ahead of fresh inflation data. The Nasdaq Composite gained 0.30%, closing at 17,858.68, while the S&amp;P 500 and Dow Jones Industrial Average posted modest gains of 0.09% each, closing at 5,482.87 and 39,164.06, respectively. Overall, the Indian markets are positioned optimistically for the near term, contingent upon sustained global economic conditions and investor sentiment. The companies Intel has collaborated with include Bhagwati Products Ltd, Dixon Technologies India Ltd, Kaynes Technology India Ltd, Optiemus Electronics Ltd, Panache Digilife Ltd, Smile Electronics Ltd, Syrma SGS Technology Ltd, and VVDN Technologies Private Ltd. This initiative underscores Intel's dedication to accelerate technology-led growth in alignment with the <keyword id="6354869" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="make-in-india" source="Orion">Make in India</keyword> initiative. "I am very pleased that global organisations like Intel are partnering with India, helping to build and catalyse the electronics manufacturing ecosystem for laptops and compute," Rajeev Chandrasekhar, Union Minister of State for Electronics and IT, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, said in a statement. Intel partners with eight domestic manufacturers for 'Make in India' laptops

Speaking on the occasion, Sawant said the tourist footfall in the state will increase, once visitors are assured of their safety, and the introduction of the taxi app is a major step towards it. The app will also help bring down the travelling cost for tourists, who have been complaining about exorbitant taxi fares in the coastal state, he said. It is to be noted that popular cab hailing applications such as Uber and Ola do not operate in Goa. "Tourists were complaining that travelling to Goa from Mumbai by flight is cheaper than travelling to a hotel in the coastal state in a taxi," the chief minister said. Khaunte said "Goa Taxi App" has been operational at the Manohar International Airport (MIA), Mopa since the last six months after its soft launch. More than 500 tourist taxi operators have already joined the app and are satisfied with its performance, he said. Operators affiliated with the app will get the benefits of various schemes, financial help for marriage and scholarships for their children. Goa govt launches taxi service app to facilitate easy travel for tourists

San Francisco, If you own a <keyword id="6521534" type="General" weightage="80" keywordseo="pixel-watch" source="Orion">Pixel Watch</keyword> and accidentally breaks its screen, then getting it officially repaired by <keyword id="6355629" type="General" weightage="100" keywordseo="google" source="Orion">Google</keyword> isn't in the cards. On Reddit and Google support forums, a number of Pixel Watch owners have taken out their frustrations about the inability to replace cracked screens, reports The Verge. In it, a support representative stated that Google "doesn't have any repair centres or service centres" for the device. "At this moment, we don't have any repair option for the Google Pixel Watch. If your watch is damaged, you can contact the Google Pixel Watch Customer Support Team to check your replacement options," Google spokesperson Bridget Starkey was quoted as saying. Starkey also pointed to Google's hardware warranty policy, which states, "this Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by -- (1) normal wear and tear; (2) accidents; (3) misuse (including failure to follow product documentation); (4) neglect; (5) disassembly; (6) alterations; (7) servicing other than by Google-authorised technicians; and (8) external causes such as, but not limited to: liquid damage, exposure to sharp objects, exposure to excessive force, anomalies in the electrical current supplied to the Google product, and extreme thermal or environmental conditions." According to the report, this kind of warranty means leaving owners on their own to deal with damage caused by drops or accidental strikes, and as per Google's Store, there is no option for an extended warranty to go with a Pixel Watch. If users' Pixel Watch is accidentally damaged, then they are on their own. Meanwhile, California passed a right-to-repair law requiring companies to offer replacement parts for electronics priced $50 and higher for three years, and for $100 and higher for seven years. Proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilised towards strategic investments, acquisitions, and inorganic growth, customer acquisition and retention, technology, and other organic growth initiatives and general corporate purposes. The company claims to be India’s largest corporate travel services provider in terms of number of corporate clients. It is the third largest online travel company in India among key online travel agency (OTA) players in terms of gross booking revenue and operating revenue for FY23. The company’s revenues have been growing steadily for the last three years and has turned profitable in FY23, after cutting its losses progressively over two years. At the upper price band, the company is valued at a market-cap to sales ratio of 5.8 times as per its FY23 earnings. Its peer EaseMyTrip is valued at 15.7 times, as per Anand Rathi Securities. “We believe that for Yatra there is a scope of business improvement on the back of industry tailwinds, brand recall and business scalability, resulting in expansion of the EBITDA margin from here on,” the report said, adding that it recommends a ‘subscribe’ rating for the long term.
