This electric wet/dry razor gives the 'closest and fastest' shave [61% off]

New Delhi, May 18 () Following two months of continuous lockdown and complete shutdown of salons, e-commerce firm Paytm Mall on Monday said it saw a 50 per cent rise in May so far in the sales of trimmers, epilators, face scrubbers and other personal grooming products from tier-II, tier-III and other smaller towns compared to March.<p> The home ministry on May 4 allowed e-commerce companies to deliver non-essential products in green and orange zones, and from May 18, the firms can supply all items in red zones also.</p><p> Before the government allowed deliveries of non-essential items in red, orange and green zones, Paytm Mall got over 35,000 wishlist requests for trimmers, epilators and face scrubbers, the company said in a statement.</p><p> "With hairstyling and grooming salons remaining shut due to the ongoing lockdown, we have seen a massive surge in the demand for personal care products on our platform. There has been almost a 50 per cent jump in the sale of shavers, trimmers, epilators, hair straighteners and styling products, among other products," the statement said.</p><p> Paytm Mall said looking at the high consumer demand for personal grooming products like shavers, hair clippers, straighteners, and beard trimmers, the company got in touch with brands and requested them to ramp up supplies.</p><p> "The company is now delivering personal grooming products in all red, orange and green zones across the country," the statement said.</p><p> According to the company, there has been a steady increase in the number of female shoppers from smaller towns on the platform and some of the most popular items for grooming products for women include epilators, facial trimmers, callus removers, hair straighteners, stylers, crimpers, and facial cleansers, among other products.</p><p> Paytm Mall Senior Vice-President Srinivas Mothey said the lockdown has made people realise in metros as well as smaller cities that personal grooming products should always be kept handy.</p><p> "We think the demand for these products is set to rise further over the next few weeks and after that, it would remain consistently high. We believe this trend is here to stay and these products are set to be part of household essentials going forward," Mothey said.</p><p> Paytm Mall said more people in tier-II, tier-III, and other towns are now opening up to the idea of buying personal grooming gadgets and products online.</p> "Cities such as Kanpur, Nagpur, Surat, Guwahati, and Cochin, which traditionally did not witness major traction on personal care products are buying almost as much as metro cities. Not only trimmers, electric shavers, epilators demand for niche personal care products such as face mist, beard oil, hair tonic, anti-aging creams from high-end brands have all gone up," the statement said. <p><div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table float_right"><div><div class="image on-image"><p class="source"><span>Getty/Andreas Rentz</span></p><p class="caption">A well-kept mustache is a compliment to any man's appearance this November.</p></div><p></p></div></div>November is here, and while some of you may still be in a candy-induced coma, others are taking sharp blades to their face in order to sculpt the perfect facial hair.</p><p>It's for a good cause, of course - <a href="https://us.movember.com/">"Movember"</a> started as a month-long fundraiser for men's health initiatives, and it called on guys to grow out their mustaches.</p><p>But whether they're doing it for charity or just for fun, "Movember" has men wearing a type of facial hair mostly left in the dust bins of history: the mustache.</p><p>If you're going to grow one, you might as well get it right. Mustaches are tricky, and they require more upkeep and care than stubble or fully shaved looks.</p><p>Here are a few tips to nail it so you look more like <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ron_Swanson">Ron Swanson</a> and less like <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dick_Dastardly">Dick Dastardly</a>.</p><ul><li>First things first: You're going to have to learn <strong>how to shape it</strong>. Envision the shape in your mind, covering all of your lip with a bit of overhang. Your mustache should extend farther than the end of your lips, but to a reasonable degree. Too wide and it'll look bushy, too thin and you'll look evil.</li><li>Trim just under your nose, and make sure the hairs don't extend down past your lip line too far. If the hairs get a bit scraggly, <strong>trim a bit of the length</strong> all over with an electric shaver fitted with a guard attachment.</li><li>You can use either an electric or regular razor, but it's much easier for an <strong>electric razor</strong> to get the precision required for shaping a mustache. I'd recommend a full razor shave for the rest of your face, and using an electric precision trimmer for the more precise bits of your mustache.</li><li>Another note:<strong> The mustache requires upkeep.</strong> You'll have to shave regularly to keep the distinction between your mustache and the rest of your facial hair apparent. You're also going to have to trim more often to keep it neat. This isn't like stubble where you can wait a day or two in between shaves. </li><li>For care, brush it down with your fingers or a comb if it starts to look unkempt. Apply a bit of <strong>beard oil</strong> sporadically if the skin underneath gets scratchy or itchy. Don't worry about mustache wax unless you're going for a more creative look.</li></ul><p>If that's a bit more than you bargained for, don't stress out. Next to well-kempt stubble, mustaches are the easiest facial hair to have and maintain.</p><p>After all, it's worth it since it's all for a good cause. There's really only one way to correctly grow a mustache

There's no debating it anymore.</p><p>So with such a healthy trend still in full swing, it makes sense that more and more men are jumping on the bandwagon. (This may lead to the inevitable "<a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-nation/wp/2014/04/16/a-new-study-says-we-may-have-reached-peak-beard/">peak beard</a>," but I digress).</p><p>Well, we're here to tell you that it isn't as simple as just waiting for your beard hair to grow until it is long enough.</p><p><strong>The most important mistake that all men make when growing their beard is that they don't trim or take care of  it at all</strong>, <strong>letting it grow wild and free</strong>.</p><p>There are meaningful steps all men must take to ensure that their quest for hirsute glory is pursued intelligently. And, based on your facial hair patterns, you must do at least one of three things.</p><p>Here they are, as evidenced by the beard stylings of "Game of Thrones" actor Michiel Huisman (sorry, Michiel):</p><ul><li><strong style="line-height: 1.5em;">Clean up around the edges.  </strong>One of the easiest tell-tale signs your beard isn't being properly groomed is that there are rogue cheek hairs roaming free all over your face. Get rid of those, and make sure there's a nice, clean, natural-looking line down from your sideburns to your mustache. Huisman doesn't have it too badly, but he could still use a trim in that area. </li><li><strong style="line-height: 1.5em;">Shave your neck beard. </strong>The same goes for underneath your beard as well as your cheeks. This time, however, it's going to take a little longer to get rid off (and Huisman is a gross offender). To get rid of it, just follow <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/how-to-trim-shave-groom-and-avoid-a-neck-beard-2015-11">our handy guide</a>:</li><ul><li><span style="line-height: 1.5em;">First, imagine a line that extends from the bottom of your ear down, following the imaginary crook between your jaw and your under-chin, and your neck. That line should be about an inch and a half above your Adam's apple, but of course it's different for everyone based on your proportions.</span></li><li><span style="line-height: 1.5em;">Then, simply shave off everything below the line, using shaving cream and going against the grain. Try to keep that line as neat as possible, as it is the new "edge" of your beard. (If you're using an electric shaver, use the edging attachment.</span></li></ul><li><strong style="line-height: 1.5em;">Trim for uniformity. </strong>One of the biggest issues guys have with trying to grow out their beards is the fact that beard hair often grows in very patchy clumps, in some regions very dense and others very sparse. The way to combat this is to shave the beard to a uniform length. If your ultimate goal is length, this is a vital step to take in the awkward in-between stage.
