Some pinpoint it as online shopping, largely influenced by social media parameters, while others are betting big on the mobile impact. No doubt these are crucial indicators, but they only provide you a partial glimpse into the business-to-consumer (B2C) part of it. However, we need to take a more incisive look at the fast-evolving strategic context of e-commerce, which is throwing up some surprising trends that may affect the industry in the long run. Let us take a look at the recent happenings in the Indian e-commerce space to identify the most prominent trends and what they signify.

Calibrated aggression for survival: That’s exactly what the much-anticipated cash-and-stock deal between <keyword id="6354742" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Flipkart">Flipkart</keyword> and <keyword id="319719" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Myntra">Myntra</keyword> has taught us. Competition has been ironed out by strategic <keyword id="42411" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Merger">merger</keyword> in order to survive against global giants like <keyword id="18635" type="CITY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Amazon">Amazon</keyword>. Flipkart is not new to the game but co-founders Sachin and <keyword id="6364080" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Binny-Bansal">Binny Bansal</keyword> have not gone the LetsBuy way this time, for pretty predictable reasons (for your recap, Letsbuy.com was the electronics e-tailer that was acquired by Flipkart in February 2012 and shut down in May that year). 
	 Before the acquisition, the Myntra brand was way ahead of Flipkart as the <keyword id="2364834" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Biggest-India-fashion-e-tailer">biggest India fashion e-tailer</keyword>. While Flipkart required size to survive against the likes of Amazon, the bigger margins enjoyed by fashion e-tailing was an added icing to the cake (after all, fashion is expected to be the largest category in e-commerce over the next five years). So this time around, it was a calibrated aggression on Flipkart’s part and the merger, along with the much-talked-about <keyword id="2364826" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Management-autonomy">management autonomy</keyword> enjoyed by <keyword id="705865" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Mukesh-Bansal">Mukesh Bansal</keyword>’s Myntra, will continue to work for two specific reasons. 
	 One is local competition, not only from <keyword id="6388367" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Jabong">Jabong</keyword>, which is promoted by Berlin-based <keyword id="1965711" type="COMPANY" weightage="80" keywordseo="Rocket-Internet-GmbH">Rocket Internet GmbH</keyword> (a venture arm of the deep-pocketed Samwer brothers), but also from <keyword id="541988" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="SnapDeal">Snapdeal</keyword>.com, quite a veteran in the marketplace model. It is too early to assume that Jabong has missed the bus in stamping its dominance in the <keyword id="902070" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="e-com">e-com</keyword> space and the same applies to Snapdeal, which has recently raised $100 million and could be opting for an IPO in the next 18-24 months. Moreover, if India eases its <keyword id="44528" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="FDI">FDI</keyword> policy further and allows <keyword id="2364830" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Foreign-e-commerce-companies">foreign e-commerce companies</keyword> to sell their products directly to Indian consumers (as of now, only marketplaces are allowed to do this), <keyword id="2364831" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Home-grown-e-commerce-firms">home-grown e-commerce firms</keyword> will require maximum <keyword id="573045" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Customer-loyalty">customer loyalty</keyword> to stay in business and the likes of Myntra will play a key role in ensuring enhanced <keyword id="485911" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="brand-loyalty">brand loyalty</keyword>.

	The way ahead: Similar mergers may happen soon and we may see some monopolistic polarisation in the e-commerce space. If branding and management autonomy can be retained in the same way it had been done in the <keyword id="2196490" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Flipkart-Myntra-deal">Flipkart-Myntra deal</keyword>, a Snapdeal-Jabong deal may very well be a possibility. On the other hand, Amazon may come up with a similar offer for Snapdeal (we don’t rule out <keyword id="161767" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="eBay-India">eBay India</keyword> either) and once again, we may witness the emergence of an e-commerce mega power in India. Also, in most of these deals, unequals could be gunning for merger-of-equals status, thus complicating the merger and acquisition operations. Ultimately, the <keyword id="2364839" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Entry-barrier">entry barrier</keyword> will be too high for small or niche e-commerce sites and staying profitable will become a tough proposition. 
	 
	 
	 
	2. SME focus for marketplace growth: A couple of days ago, Flipkart announced tie-ups with two SME (small and medium enterprise) promotion bodies and signed MoUs with the Federation of Indian Micro and <keyword id="6375845" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Small-and-medium-enterprises">Small and Medium Enterprises</keyword> (<keyword id="174192" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="FISME">FISME</keyword>) and the National Centre for Design and Product Development (<keyword id="2348217" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="NCDPD">NCDPD</keyword>). With this move, the Bangalore firm expects to create a powerful affiliation with 50,000 SMEs and artisans by helping them with data analytics, marketing and customer acquisition. The company is also holding talks with several <keyword id="533862" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Manufacturing-clusters">manufacturing clusters</keyword> in Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat in a bid to attract more sellers on board and thus ensure strong growth for its marketplace model. 
	 
	As of now, Flipkart has about 3,000 sellers on board, mostly SMEs, and offers 15 million products across 70-plus categories. The company aims to grow the seller base to 12,000 by the end of the current fiscal, according to Economic Times. Myntra, too, has about 100 sellers on board and plans to increase this number to 1,000 by fiscal-end. However, this is too paltry a number, compared to the largest Chinese <keyword id="2049184" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="E-commerce-marketplace">e-commerce marketplace</keyword> <keyword id="302749" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Alibaba">Alibaba</keyword>.com that has about 20 lakh SMEs on board, but has less than 20,000 in India. 
	 As for other key players in India, here are some mindboggling numbers according to media reports. Snapdeal currently features about 500 categories, 100,000 sellers and more than 5 million products (excluding books and movies); eBay has 1.1 million product listings at any given point <keyword id="54921" type="ENTERTAINMENT" weightage="60" keywordseo="spread">spread</keyword> across 2,000 categories and 45,000 sellers on board while Amazon has 15 million products from 5,000 sellers across 24 categories. Amazon has already opened two Fufillment Centers in India, enabling home-grown SMEs to get a scalable and robust national platform. Sellers opting for FBA (<keyword id="2023087" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Fulfillment-by-Amazon">Fulfillment By Amazon</keyword>) send their products to these ‘fulfillment centers’ and once an order is placed, Amazon packs and ships the order.

	The way ahead: Right now, no one can possibly predict whether the death of the inventory-led e-commerce model is imminent. But one thing is pretty certain – e-commerce businesses need as many products and categories as possible to enhance customer engagement. However, that won’t be possible without growing their marketplaces and bringing on board a huge number of sellers. Hence, the <keyword id="2364811" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="SME-focus">SME focus</keyword> and <keyword id="6630005" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="private-labels">private labels</keyword> are going to dominate e-commerce 3.0. 
	 
	 
	 
	3. VAS for better customer loyalty: In spite of a Mumbai firm delivering pizza on an experimental basis, civil/commercial drones à la <keyword id="2364850" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Amazon-Prime-Air-drones">Amazon Prime Air drones</keyword> are still not a reality in India (neither they are commercially ready in the US). However, Amazon, eBay, Flipkart and Snapdeal are trying their best to ensure ‘fastest possible’ delivery in the country. While <keyword id="6354743" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Amazon-India">Amazon India</keyword> offers same-day and guaranteed one-day delivery, eBay is testing a 9-hour delivery model in Mumbai. 
	 Only recently, Flipkart has launched its annual subscription service called <keyword id="2230132" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Flipkart-First">Flipkart First</keyword>, offering a number of benefits including <keyword id="1591575" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="free-shipping">free shipping</keyword> for any purchase, free in-a-day guaranteed delivery, <keyword id="2364858" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Discounted-same-day-delivery">discounted same-day delivery</keyword>, 24×7 <keyword id="2364859" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Priority-customer-service">priority customer service</keyword> and more. This is similar to the lucrative logistics part of Amazon’s Prime subscription (currently not available in India), but Amazon offers a bigger service bouquet for its Prime subscribers, including access to songs, movies, TV shows and books. Flipkart, or any other Indian e-tailer for that matter, is yet to launch such extensive customer engagement programme, but the bait has been thrown by Flipkart and to some extent, by Snapdeal, which also offers free same-day delivery in certain regions and hopes to expand this service next year. 
	 
	The way ahead: Some experts feel that e-com businesses will soon curtail services like <keyword id="1972252" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Express-delivery">express delivery</keyword> and free shipping in order to generate more cash. High transportation costs and other logistics issues have been cited as the main culprits. But keeping in mind that <keyword id="758541" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="Amazon-Prime">Amazon Prime</keyword> works more as a <keyword id="1426078" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="loyalty-programme">loyalty programme</keyword> and less as a revenue-churner, fixing fickle customer loyalty may lie in developing these services. Now that Flipkart is going to market <keyword id="2364868" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Affordable-tablets">affordable tablets</keyword> under its <keyword id="2338688" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="DigiFlip">DigiFlip</keyword> label, the Indian e-commerce giant can very well experiment with some Prime-like services and craft user experience based on ‘All things Flipkart’ just as Amazon does with its affordable <keyword id="785825" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Kindle-Fire">Kindle Fire</keyword>. If that happens and other companies follow suit, e-commerce 3.0 in India will evolve into an inclusive and exciting user experience. For now, let us wait and watch.

Flipkart-Myntra Deal: Will These 3 Trends Rule E-commerce In India?

India’s eCommerce segment has witnessed a boom in the recent years. Foreign direct investments (<keyword id="44528" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="80" keywordseo="FDI">FDI</keyword>) have formed the lifeline for the major e-tailers in India and companies like Flipkart have engaged continuously in raising funds to expand their businesses. 
 However, <keyword id="520046" type="COMPANY" weightage="80" keywordseo="Snapdeal-com">Snapdeal.com</keyword> seems relaxed for the time being, thanks to <keyword id="6355311" type="COUNTRY" weightage="80" keywordseo="Japan">Japan</keyword>’s <keyword id="2788826" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="80" keywordseo="Soft-Bank">Soft Bank</keyword>. In October last year, the online marketplace has raised $627 million from the Japanese multinational firm and is well capitalised for the next couple of years. 
 
Kunal Bahl, chief executive of Snapdeal.com, told the financial daily, "(We) don't have to raise money now just because it is fashionable." 
 In the country’s $12-billion online retail market, Snapdeal has occupied the second position with Flipkart leading the race. The gross merchandise volume has positioned <keyword id="6391410" type="CITY" weightage="80" keywordseo="Amazon-com">Amazon.com</keyword> after Snapdeal.

E-tailer giant, <keyword id="520046" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Snapdeal-com">Snapdeal.com</keyword>, has appointed Vishal Chadha as its Market Development division’s new vice president. In his new role, Chadha will spearhead company’s business development plans as well as push forward the marketing efforts of the sellers on the website. 
	 While announcing his appointment, <keyword id="396598" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Rohit-Bansal">Rohit Bansal</keyword>, co-founder of the online marketplace, said, “We are very excited to have Vishal join the Snapdeal family. Vishal comes with a rich experience in leadership roles across industries and I am sure his vast experience will add tremendous value and further fuel our vision of getting a million businesses online.” 
	 
	Commenting on his association with the company, Vishal Chadha said, “E-Commerce is one of the fastest growing sectors in the country today and Snapdeal has been extremely successful in revolutionizing online shopping in India.” 
	 Bansal stated that Chadha’s appointment is another step forward towards the firm’s goal of promoting the SME sector. In recent times, the company has been taking several initiatives to boost the <keyword id="6358354" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="MSME">MSME</keyword> sector, some of which include tying up with The National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development.

Industry Veteran Vishal Chadha On Board

After making a personal investment in popular e-tailer Snapdeal.com, <keyword id="6360722" type="PERSON" weightage="80" keywordseo="ratan-tata">Ratan Tata</keyword>, former chairman of <keyword id="2512315" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="60" keywordseo="salt-to-steel-Tata-conglomerate">salt-to-steel Tata conglomerate</keyword>, has reportedly invested in an e-jewellery company known as Bluestone. 
 
According to a Times of India report, Tata has subscribed to fresh shares of the three-year-old e-commerce player; the value of the investment is not known yet. 
 Bluestone was founded by Gaurav Singh Kushwaha, an <keyword id="2512314" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="80" keywordseo="IIT-Delhi-graduate">IIT Delhi graduate</keyword> and seed-funded Meena Ganesh, the former CEO of Tesco's operations in India. The jewellery e-tailer has a beautiful collection of about 2,000 designs of pendants, rings, bangles, earrings, etc. Notably, the website even runs a gold deposit scheme through which buyers can pay monthly instalments. 
 
By investing in this e-jewellery company, Ratan Tata has proved his keen interest in exploring the e-commerce market. Last month, he had said, “e-retailing today is one of the hottest forms of marketing and has a good potential in the country as 500 to 600 million people of the country are the consuming public. You can just walk away with what you want. This adds new dimension in a huge market.”

​Ratan Tata Bets Big On India’s e-commerce Sector, Invests In Bluestone

<keyword id="541988" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="SnapDeal">Snapdeal</keyword>.com, one of the leading e-tailer in the online space, has entered into a strategic partnership with Fashion Design Council Of India (<keyword id="13817" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="FDCI">FDCI</keyword>) to offer premium products to its costumers in the fashion category of the online marketplace, which has been growing at 30% month-on-month. 
	 The association will allow Snapdeal to bring in the collections of top-end Indian designers on its websites. Therefore, this enables it to compete with other high-end fashion portals. Under this partnership, the e-tailer will offer collections of renowned designers <keyword id="11510" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Manish-Arora">Manish Arora</keyword>, <keyword id="850" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Malini-Ramani">Malini Ramani</keyword>, Ashish N Soni, <keyword id="4405" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Varun-Bahl">Varun Bahl</keyword> and Samant Chauhan on ‘the Designer Studio’. 
	 
	“Snapdeal’s Fashion is one of the largest fashion businesses in Indian e-commerce. We are sure that FDCI’s leadership and expertise in Fashion Design and Snapdeal’s vision for Fashion business will create the largest platform for the Design Community in India, to sell online. Many more top designers are expected to be on board in the next 3 months as a result of this unique collaboration,” said Amit Maheshwari, vice-president, fashion at Snapdeal.com. 
	 
	Maheshwari also added, “With the launch of The Designer Studio, we aim to provide access to exclusive and premium designer creations to our customers, meet their aspirations and help improve availability, especially in tier-2 cities.” 
	 
	With this tie-up, the e-tailer aims to position itself as a premium brand in the fashion segment. The products offered will be priced between Rs 3,000 and Rs 2 lakh, thus targeting high-end consumers in the online space. The association is in sync with the company’s strategy to cross a business of Rs 6,000 crore in the fashion category by the next financial year.

Ties-up With FDCI To Offer Premium Fashion

E-tailer <keyword id="541988" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="SnapDeal">Snapdeal</keyword>.com has entered into an agreement with two-wheeler giant <keyword id="6357252" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Hero-MotoCorp">Hero MotoCorp</keyword> to sell the auto major’s two wheelers on its website. This would be the first time that auto products are being sold online. 
	 
	According to the statistics by Snapdeal, the company has sold 700 bikes within 3 days, with 1 bike being sold per minute. Interestingly, the price of the model is the same as available in the dealership centres of the auto giant. 
	 
	“This is the first time we tried out the online platform for selling our bikes, and the response has been just phenomenal. Even for online customers, their satisfaction remains our top priority and they are entitled to all the benefits of warranty and service,” said A Srinivasu, Head of National Sales at Hero. 
	 
	Commenting on the association, Tony Navin, Senior Vice President, Snapdeal.com stated, “We are happy to have Hero MotoCorp on board as our partner. Hero MotoCorp is a legendary brand that has provided mobility to millions of Indians with finely engineered two-wheelers for three decades now. The astounding success of the tie up is a testament to Snapdeal.com’s pioneering efforts to bring the automobiles category on the e-commerce domain, which provides automobile brands instant access to 30 million users across 5000+ cities and towns in India.” 
	 
	With the kind of sales being clocked in by Hero on the website, it may open up avenues for other automobile firms, who could try the online retail format for the sale of their models. “The Automobiles category is one of the most promising categories at Snapdeal.com and is expected to reach Rs 1,000 crores (GMV) in the near-term,” added Navin. 
	 Currently, Snapdeal is selling seven models from the house of Hero MotoCorp, which includes <keyword id="374236" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Splendor">Splendor</keyword>, <keyword id="6387212" type="ENTERTAINMENT" weightage="20" keywordseo="passion">Passion</keyword>, Glamour, Ignitor, Hunk, Xtreme and the Pleasure scooter.

Wheelers, Sells 1 Bike Every Minute

In a bid to expand its base, e-tailer Snapdeal.com has tied up with financial inclusion solutions and services company, Fino PayTech, to cater to the consumers in the low income groups. 
	 
	The partnership will enable Snapdeal to reach semi-urban, rural and low income residential areas across the country. Under this partnership, the consumers will have access to the products on the website through the assisted e-commerce centres operated by FINO Paytech. 
	 
	“Technology and innovation lie at the heart of Snapdeal.com and with this initiative, we are taking yet another step to revolutionize the e-commerce landscape of India. We are thrilled to partner with FINO to reach out to the larger population of the country in semi-urban, rural and low income residential areas. Together we aim to provide innovative, yet simple ways to reach and service those end-consumers who are still not exposed to the benefits of online shopping,” said Kunal Bahl, co-founder and CEO Snapdeal.com. 
	 
	“Keeping in mind the expectations and needs of the lower income group customers, we have created a mixed assortment of aspirational and utilitarian products. FINO will assist in sales, payments and delivery of ordered products to customers through its network”, added Bahl. 
	 
	Under this tie-up, the online marketplace will launch assisted e-commerce centers in 65 cities and in more than 70,000 rural areas by the end of FY14-15. Some of the locations that the company aims to target include Dharavi in Mumbai, which is also Asia’s largest slum, Varanasi, Valsad in Gujarat, urban villages of Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad and Jaipur. 
	 
	The website will primarily offer products across categories such as kitchenware and gadgets among others. “Speakers, Juicers, Solar Lanterns, Diner Sets, Camera and Mobile Phones. These products offer a high value proposition and have been curated on an exclusive page requiring login by FINO agent, who would place an order, collect payment, receive and deliver to people who have no permanent address,” averred Bahl. 
	 
	Commenting on the association, Rishi Gupta, COO and executive director at FINO PayTech noted, “The innovative assisted e-commerce model brings the ease and benefit of e-tailing to more than 70% of country’s population not connected to internet but is aspirational and willing to explore online shopping. Online shoppers have another reason to be happy. <keyword id="541988" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="SnapDeal">Snapdeal</keyword>.com, one of the leading e-tailers in India, will soon begin another of its online sale, <keyword id="2591850" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Snapdeal-Savings-Day">Snapdeal Savings Day</keyword>, on November 11, 2014. The online marketplace has announced ‘exciting offers’ for every hour on Tuesday, as well as huge discounts on over 500 product categories including lifestyle products, apparel, gadgets and consumer durables among others. 
	 
	The sale is expected to start at 7:00 am in the morning and will be live till midnight. Expecting a massive turnout on the website for the sale, the online shopping site has also tied up with multiple banks, which includes Standard Chartered and HDFC Bank, to make cash back offers. 
	 
	Interestingly, the website had first come out with Snapdeal Savings Day earlier this year on April 22, 2014. The sale was offered for the products in their fashion category with 40% discounts on purchases above Rs 1,999. This was followed by another Savings Day sale on May 7, 2014 for categories such as Home Décor, Kitchen, Furnishing and Furniture. The website offered 35% on the products belonging to this category. 
	 
	On witnessing the success of the sale, Snapdeal came up with its third Savings Day sale on May 15, 2014. This time, the company had extended its Savings Day sale offer on personal gadgets including mobiles, tablets, cameras, personal care appliances and gaming consoles among others. Soon after, the fourth Savings Day sale was offered on May 22, 2014, which recorded an unprecedented traffic on the website. The enormous success of the sale forced the e-tailer to come up with its fifth Savings Day sale in June on its fashion categories. 
	 However, this time, the Savings Day sale will clash with <keyword id="18635" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Amazon">Amazon</keyword>’s Appiness Day. It’s a contest wherein users are first required to download the application, and then register for the Appiness Day contest. Users can register for the contest between November 7, 2014 and November 10, 2014. For those who have missed out, one can enter the contest by buying a product through Amazon app, which will automatically enroll the shopper into random draw of lots. 
	 
	The website revealed that following the registration, 11 participants will be randomly selected to be eligible to win an Amazon.in e-Gift Card worth Rs 1,21,000 each as 'consolation prize', issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited. However, to win the contest, the selected users will have to answer a qualifying question correctly, within a given time period, which would be communicated to the selected participants by Amazon.

Adding to its fashion kitty, e-tailer <keyword id="541988" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="SnapDeal">Snapdeal</keyword> has acquired online luxury fashion retailer Exclusively.com. Through this acquisition, Snapdeal aims to reach $2 billion GMV in the fashion category this year. 
	 “Snapdeal has always operated ahead of the curve in the e-commerce space, especially when it comes to category leadership. We have witnessed a surge in the demand from consumers across the country for premium and luxury products, however, given that access to luxury brands is severely limited in our country, we have brought Exclusively into our family to provide our over 40 million users the access to widest range of aspirational, high end products and services,” said <keyword id="219793" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Kunal-Bahl">Kunal Bahl</keyword>, co-founder and CEO, Snapdeal.com. 
	 
	As per the agreement, Exclusively will be responsible for offering a consolidated line of luxury products in the fashion category, which would be in sync with Snapdeal’s existing ecosystem. The company plans to make it India’s first online luxury mall. 
	 
	“Luxury and premium fashion brands from across the world can now open stores in Exclusively’s online luxury mall. Exclusively will continue to function as an independent site and all aspects of Exclusively’s online shopping experience will remain intact, with new collection and service augmentations in the pipeline,” added Bahl. 
	 
	While Exclusively will provide luxury offerings, Snapdeal will be responsible for scaling up the target company’s business by providing a technology support and consumer insights. 
	 
	It should be noted that the luxury products and services market in India is pegged at $14 billion and is growing at 30% year-on-year.
