Indian cricket board will take a decision on holding remaining <keyword id="6354831" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="indian-premier-league">Indian Premier League</keyword> (<keyword id="6354312" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="IPL">IPL</keyword>) 2021 matches at special general meeting on May 29, in which entire domestic cricket schedule for 2021-22 will be discussed. "As of now, nothing has been finalised (regarding IPL)," a top <keyword id="6354756" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="bcci">BCCI</keyword> office-bearer told <keyword id="105681" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="IANS">IANS</keyword>. The franchises too haven't got any intimation though they have been told that they will get to know only after May 29. "There is nothing concrete yet. But we are aware that the Board is likely decide the matter on May 29 and may convey to us after that," a franchise official told IANS. There are 31 matches remaining in IPL 2021 which was postponed, after completion of 29 matches, due to Covid-19 cases in the bio-secure environment. Although there has been no official intimation from the <keyword id="82275" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Board-of-Control-for-Cricket">Board of Control for Cricket</keyword> in India (BCCI), UAE, where IPL 2020 edition was also held, appears to be the most likely venue to hold the remainder of IPL. The window being discussed is the month-long gap between the end of India's Test series in England on September 14 and start of the T20 World Cup in mid-October. The T20 World Cup could also be held in UAE in the wake of rise of Covid-19 cases in India. Jay Shah, secretary of BCCI, had earlier issued a note to state associations, calling them for a special general meeting. "Notice is hereby given for a Special General Meeting of the BCCI which will be held on May 29, 2021 virtually to transact the following business: Discussion on the upcoming cricket season in view of the pandemic situation prevailing in India," BCCI secretary Jay Shah said in a note addressed to the state cricket associations. The 2020-21 domestic season, held in India, could only witness limited overs tournaments -- Syed Mushtaq Ali T20s and <keyword id="86893" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Vijay-Hazare">Vijay Hazare</keyword> one-dayers. There will be no additional day's play if a positive result is not achieved after five full days of play and the match will be declared a draw in such a scenario," the statement added. Billionaire Mark Cuban invests in Indian Ethereum platform Polygon

Two police teams also descended on the microblogging site's offices in Lado Sarai in Delhi and in Gurgaon this evening. "The <keyword id="6358992" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Delhi-Police">Delhi police</keyword> team went to the Twitter office to serve a notice to Twitter as a part of routine process. This was necessitated as we wanted to ascertain who is the right person to serve a notice, as replies by Twitter India MD have been very ambiguous," Delhi Police PRO Chinmoy Biswal said The BJP has accused the Congress of creating a 'toolkit' that seeks to tarnish the image of the country and Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the handling of the COVID pandemic. However, the Congress has denied the allegation and claimed that the BJP is propagating a fake 'toolkit' to defame it. Last week, Twitter labelled as "manipulated media" a tweet by Patra on the alleged 'toolkit'. Twitter says it "may label Tweets that include media (videos, audio, and images) that have been deceptively altered or fabricated". Biswal said the Delhi Police is inquiring into a complaint in the alleged toolkit matter. "It appears that Twitter has some information which is not known to us and on the basis of which they have classified it (Patra's tweet) as such. This information is relevant to the inquiry. The Special Cell, which is conducting the inquiry, wants to find out the truth. Twitter, which has claimed to know the underlying truth, should clarify," he said. The police, however, refused to divulge the contents of the complaint or the identity of the complainant. The notice sent earlier to Twitter India MD stated that "whereas a preliminary enquiry is being conducted pertaining to the 'Toolkit' which is allegedly released by the <keyword id="190679" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Indian-National-Congress">Indian National Congress</keyword> and whereas during the course of the investigation, it has come to our knowledge that you are acquainted with the facts of the matter and are in possession of information with regard to the same." The police in the notice requested Twitter India MD to be present in the DCP office for the purpose of investigation with all the relevant documents on May 22 at 1 PM. Twitter, however, did not wish to offer any comment. BJP leaders, including Patra, have posted numerous tweets to attack the Congress over the purported 'toolkit'. On May 19, the Congress lodged a police complaint seeking registration of cases against BJP chief J P Nadda, Union minister Smriti Irani, BJP general secretary B L Santosh and Patra over the alleged forgery of documents. The Chhattisgarh unit of the Congress' students wing NSUI also lodged a complaint against Patra and former chief minister Raman Singh for allegedly "forging" the letterhead of the AICC Research Department and printing "false and fabricated" content on it. The country accounts for <a href="https://fortune.com/2021/05/02/bitcoin-mining-hashrate-china-inner-mongolia-ban/">over 70% of all Bitcoin mining</a> in the world, while also making up for a large part of the industry’s overall <a href="https://wazirx.com/signup?invite=2kpah6gr&amp;utm_source=business-insider&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=microsite">cryptocurrency</a> mining requirements. Now though, miners may be looking to move their operations to other countries. Two of the top crypto miners in the world — Huobi Mall and BTC.TOP — <a href="https://www.aljazeera.com/economy/2021/5/24/china-crackdown-forces-crypto-mining-operators-to-end-operations">announced</a> that they are suspending their operations in China, over the weekend. “Meanwhile, we’re contacting overseas service providers, to pave the way for exports of mining rigs in the future,” Huobi Mall said via its official Telegram community. “In the long term, nearly all of Chinese crypto mining rigs will be sold overseas, as Chinese regulators crack down on mining at home,” wrote Jiang Zhuoer, the founder of BTC.TOP, on Chinese social media Weibo. BTC.TOP is a crypto mining pool, a common occurrence in the industry where multiple miners combine their resources to make one big mining operation. HashCow, another miner that runs 10 mining farms in the Xinjiang and Sichuan provinces of China, also said it will be stopping its operations in order to comply with regulations. The moves all came after the country’s State Council committee, which is led by Vice Premier Liu He, <a href="https://www.reuters.com/world/china/crypto-miners-halt-china-business-after-beijings-crackdown-bitcoin-dives-2021-05-24/">announced</a> that it will be cracking down on crypto mining operations in the country. And China’s reasons for the crackdown are quite similar to what most regulators have said so far. The country doesn’t want to promote speculative trading that happens in the crypto industry, but more importantly, crypto mining takes tons of energy that are produced by non-renewable resources and is against the country’s environmental goals. The government in China’s Inner Mongolia region, another big area for mining farms, had also started crackdowns over the past few months. How did this affect the price of cryptocurrencies? Cryptocurrency miners in China may move their operations overseas as Beijing intensifies its crackdown

Delhi on Sunday reported 946 cases, Mumbai 1,066, Bengaluru was the worst affected with 4,734 cases, followed by Chennai 2,689 and Kolkata 1,830 cases. While lockdown measures are set to ease in the national capital, West Bengal has extended strict measures for 15 more days, as Tamil Nadu is micro-managing at every level to break the chain. For the first time in 47 days Delhi on Saturday reported less than 100 cases. Andhra Pradesh on Sunday breached the 15-lakh mark in recoveries. On May 28, the country recorded 1,86,364 cases, next day it was 1,73,790 and on May 30 it was 1,65,553. Fatalities have also remained below 4,000 for four consecutive days. India's overall tally of Covid-19 cases now stands at 2,80,47,534 with 20,26,092 active cases and 3,29,100 deaths so far. Due to strengthening of lower-level southwesterly winds, fairly widespread to widespread rainfall activity with isolated heavy falls is very likely over northeastern states during next five days, the IMD said. The weather department reasoned Western Disturbance behind these changes considering a trough in mid and upper tropospheric westerlies with its axis at 5.8 km above mean sea level roughly along longitude 72 degree E to the north of latitude 30 degree N. Lower-level moisture incursion from north Arabian Sea to the plains of <keyword id="338661" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Northwest-India">northwest India</keyword> taking place and is very likely to continue during next 3-4 days, the IMD further said. Under its influence, the weather department said, no significant change in maximum temperatures is very likely during next five days. "Also, isolated to scattered rainfall and thunderstorm activity likely over Western Himalayan Region and adjoining plains of Northwest India during next 4-5 days." The cyclonic circulation over east central Arabian Sea off Karnataka coast at 3.1 km above mean sea level persists and is likely to meander over the region during next five days, the IMD said. "Southwesterly winds are also likely to strengthen during next 2-3 days." Under the influence of these and other favourable meteorological conditions, the IMD further said, scattered to fairly widespread rainfall or thunderstorm is expected over Karnataka, Kerala and Mahe and isolated to scattered rainfall or thunderstorm over remaining parts of south Peninsular India during next 4-5 days. Isolated heavy rainfall is also likely over Kerala and Mahe during next 5 days, the IMD said, adding the rainfall is likely over coastal Karnataka on June 1-3 and South Interior Karnataka on June 2-3. Besides, the weather outlook for June 5-7 also forecast fairly widespread to widespread rainfall and thunderstorms with heavy rainfall at isolated places likely over northeast India. "Scattered to fairly widespread rainfall and thunderstorms with isolated heavy falls likely over Peninsular India. Isolated to scattered rainfall and thunderstorms likely over East and Central India, Western Himalayan Region and adjoining plains of Northwest India." However, the IMD said, weather is likely to be dry over remaining parts of the country. Monsoon likely to hit Kerala on June 3

<keyword id="6354953" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="punjab">Punjab</keyword> Chief Minister <keyword id="6361287" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="amarinder-singh">Amarinder Singh</keyword> on Thursday announced extension of the restrictions in the state till June 10, but ordered the limit on the number of passengers in personal vehicles to be removed in view of decline in the positivity and number of active Covid-19 cases. The Chief Minister also directed the resumption of elective surgeries in both government and private hospitals, as well restoration of <keyword id="6356134" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="OPD">OPD</keyword> operations at all government hospitals in the state in view of the improvement in the overall Covid situation. The elective surgeries were stopped from April 12 to ensure adequate availability of beds and oxygen for serious Covid cases, but the Chief Minister has now allowed these to be resumed, subject to the condition that there shall, for the present, be no reduction in beds for L3 patients in the hospital. Medical Education Minister O.P. Soni said three government medical colleges have already started 50 per cent OPD operations, which will soon be scaled up to 100 per cent. On the issue of restrictions, the Chief Minister said it had been decided to continue with the curbs on the advice of experts. He clarified that while the limit on personal cars and two-wheelers was being removed as these are used mainly by family members and close friends, those on commercial passenger vehicles and taxis shall continue to be in place at present. The Deputy Commissioners will also continue to be empowered to make any adjustments in opening of non-essential shops as are merited by local conditions, he said. Asserting that the state could not afford to be lax despite some easing of the situation, the Chief Minister directed the <keyword id="6354750" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="health">Health</keyword> and Medical Education Departments to continue strengthening the Covid care infrastructure and facilities to deal with a possible third wave of the pandemic. He asked them to invest also in augmenting paediatric care and to seek 500 paediatric ventilators from the government of India. The meeting was informed all 809 ventilators received earlier under the <keyword id="8972692" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="PM-CARES-fund">PM Cares Fund</keyword> had been distributed and 136 of them were not working. The Chief Minister also ordered creation of more technical and specialists posts to meet the demands of the possible third wave. Dr Raj Bahadur informed the meeting that the recruitment of doctors and nurses had been almost completed, while the process for procurement of equipment for the makeshift hospitals had also started. Taking strong note of overcharging by some private hospitals, the Chief Minister warned that profiteering and fleecing of patients amid such a crisis will not be allowed at any cost. He directed the Health and Medical Education Departments to ensure that hospitals display huge boards at the entrance displaying rates. Reviewing the Covid situation with top health experts and officials, as well as police and administrative officers, Amarinder Singh directed close and continuous monitoring of high risk individuals and pregnant women in home isolation through special teams. Given the comfortable Oxygen situation in the state currently, the Chief Minister also directed that oxygen may now be allowed to be used for essential non-medical purposes, with a three-day buffer stock of medical oxygen, however, to be maintained at all times. He noted with satisfaction that oxygen concentrator banks were now present in every district for post-Covid care patients who have a doctor's prescription. The Chief Minister also ordered ramping up of testing and sampling in the rural areas to ensure early identification and treatment of infected persons, as part of the 'Corona Mukt Pendu Abhiyan'. He expressed satisfaction that almost 1.4 crore individuals (37 lakh households) had already been screened in these areas. Health minister Balbir Sidhu said the situation in the rural areas was bad mainly because people were going to hospitals late. Health Secretary Hussan Lal said the positivity rate in rural areas was four per cent with people there shying from testing and coming forward only when faced with severe symptoms. Punjab CM announces extension of COVID-19 restrictions till June 10

May 31, China on Monday announced plans to send three male astronauts to its space station next month for a three-month stay, a day after the successful docking of a <keyword id="4170273" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="cargo-spacecraft">cargo spacecraft</keyword> with it, hoping to achieve yet another milestone in its ambitious space programme. The country launched cargo spacecraft Tianzhou-2 on Saturday, carrying supplies, equipment and propellant which had successfully docked with the space station core module Tianhe, according to the China Manned Space Agency (CMSA). Combined with Tianhe, Tianzhou-2 will replenish Tianhe's propellant, it said. China, which launched its space station core module Tianhe on April 29, now plans to complete the verification of key technologies and the in-orbit construction of the space station through multiple launches within two years, state-run Xinhua news agency reported. Yang Liwei, director of the China Manned Space Engineering Office and the country's first <keyword id="34120" type="POSITION" weightage="20" keywordseo="astronaut">astronaut</keyword>, said that the three astronauts are getting ready to travel by manned spacecraft Shenzhou-12 in June to dock with Tianhe and stay there for three months. Yang, who went into space in the Shenzhou-5 craft on October 15, 2003, told the state-run China Central Television (<keyword id="6354857" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="CCTV">CCTV</keyword>) during the weekend that the three astronauts of the Shenzhou-12 mission will stay in space for three months, during which they will conduct tasks, including repair and maintenance, appliance switch and scientific tasks. The three astronauts, who will take the Shenzhou-12 spacecraft to the space station core cabin in June, are now under Level-2 quarantine, with all related work having entered a final sprint stage, according to a report by the state-run <keyword id="107898" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Global-Times">Global Times</keyword>. Although there will not be any female astronauts in the upcoming Shenzhou-12 crewed mission, they will basically participate in every following flight mission, Yang said. The three astronauts will take on command and engineering roles, he said. With the successful launch of the Tianzhou-2 cargo ship, China has completed its first two launch missions out of the total 11 of the intensive space station construction phase, scheduled from April 29, 2021 to 2022. Three will be for modules, four for cargo spaceships and four for manned spaceships, the report said. Four flight crews have been selected from the first and second batch of astronauts for the four Shenzhou missions. Astronauts will conduct multiple tasks outside the cabin, carrying out repair and maintenance on the spacecraft, and other construction missions, Yang said. "Astronauts coming out of the cabin will become a new routine, and the duration of such activities will be greatly expanded," he said. China's space station has also been equipped with the robotic arm over which the US has raised concerns for its possible military applications. The arm can be stretched to 15 meters long, which will also play a vital role in building the space station in orbit, Zhou Jianping, chief designer of China's manned space engineering project, said previously. Astronauts will team up with the robotic arm to make in-orbit space station construction and maintenance possible, Yang noted. China in the past has launched several scavenger satellites fitted with robotic arms to gather and steer space debris so it burns up in the Earth's atmosphere. James Dickinson, commander of the <keyword id="1782800" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="US-Space-Command">US Space Command</keyword>, told a congressional hearing last month that the technology "could be used in a future system for grappling other satellites" and was therefore a concern to the US military, the Hong Kong-based South China Morning Post reported. The Chinese space station was expected to be a competitor to the aging International Space Station (ISS) which is a modular space station in low Earth orbit. China to send three astronauts for a three-month stay in its new space station

Twitter, which witnessed a police raid on its offices in Delhi and <keyword id="6356789" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="gurugram">Gurugram</keyword> early this week related to the alleged <keyword id="1575" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Congress">Congress</keyword> toolkit controversy, said that it reaffirms that Twitter continues to accept grievances from users and <keyword id="691011" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="law-enforcement">law enforcement</keyword> via its existing grievance redressal channel available under the new IT Rules. Stressing that it will strive to comply with applicable law in <keyword id="3658" type="LOCATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="India">India</keyword>, a Twitter spokesperson said in a statement that right now, "we are concerned by recent events regarding our employees in India and the potential threat to freedom of expression for the people we serve". "We, alongside many in civil society in India and around the world, have concerns with regards to the use of intimidation tactics by the police in response to enforcement of our global Terms of Service, as well as with core elements of the new IT Rules," Twitter said in its first reaction after the police raids on its offices. On Monday, Delhi Police visited Twitter India's local offices in the National Capital Region after Twitter had marked one of the tweets of BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra as "manipulated media". Twitter's presumptive judgement has triggered widespread outrage among Indian users across the country. The company spokesperson said that it plans to advocate for changes to elements of these regulations that inhibit free, open public conversation. "We will continue our constructive dialogue with the Indian government and believe it is critical to adopt a collaborative approach. It is the collective responsibility of elected officials, industry, and civil society to safeguard the interests of the public," the spokesperson said. The new rules notified in the gazette of India on February 25 under the Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code Rules, 2021, came into effect from May 26. WhatsApp has moved the <keyword id="6355014" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="delhi-high-court">Delhi High Court</keyword> against the new IT rules for intermediaries, saying these would violate privacy. Electronics and IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad has said the government is committed to the right to privacy, but simultaneously it also has to maintain law and order and ensure national security. The Union Ministry of Electronics and IT has written to the social media platforms, directing them to respond on their compliance to the new digital rules as soon as possible. Facebook has said that the company aims to comply with the provisions of the new intermediary guidelines and is working towards it. Twitter said in its fresh statement that it is particularly concerned about the requirement to make an individual (the compliance officer) criminally liable for content on the platform, the requirements for proactive monitoring, and the blanket authority to seek information about our customers. "This represents dangerous overreach that is inconsistent with open, democratic principles," the company argued. "We urge the Ministry of Electronics and IT to publish these Standard Operating Protocols on procedural aspects of compliance for public consultation. We would request the Ministry to consider a minimum of 3 months extension in order for Twitter to implement the Rules". Twitter was recently served with a non-compliance notice and have withheld a portion of the content identified in the blocking order under its 'Country Withheld Content' policy. "The content identified was originally reported to us in the blocking orders issued since February 2021. We maintain that the content reported in the original order constitutes protected, legitimate free speech, under Indian and international law, and we have formally communicated this to the government," the company informed. Twitter said that it has not taken any action on verified accounts that consist of news media entities, journalists, activists and politicians. "The escalated content constitutes legitimate free speech. Yet, due to the law's limited scope under Section 69A which gives limited room to an intermediary to defend the content, we have been compelled to withhold in response to a non-compliance notice. Not doing so poses penal consequences with many risks for Twitter employees," the company noted. <ul><li>In <keyword id="3658" type="COUNTRY" weightage="20" keywordseo="India">India</keyword>, crypto exchanges have asked the government to consider <keyword id="35210" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="sebi">SEBI</keyword> as a viable <keyword id="6357017" type="DEFINITION" weightage="20" keywordseo="cryptocurrency">cryptocurrency</keyword> regulator.</li><li>Coins like <keyword id="6354947" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="bitcoin">Bitcoin</keyword> and Ethereum are an asset and do not come under the purview of the <keyword id="30067" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="RBI">RBI</keyword>.</li><li>Cryptocurrencies cannot be considered a currency, as the conventional definition says a currency has to be backed by a state.</li><li>The government plans to set up a panel to study crypto regulations, the use of blockchain, and its long-term repercussions.</li></ul>Despite uncertainties around regulations and the legality of cryptocurrency in India, enthusiasts continue to hold onto them in large numbers. While the government decides its stance, we spoke to investors who’re already in the game. “I invested in Dogecoin when it had its first correction in April end. The sole reason was its first jump was significant, giving me hopes that more shall follow. I held onto it for a few weeks and exited at the next wave.” Dilesh Tanna, a 23-year-old investor from Mumbai told Business Insider. But exit doesn’t mean he liquidated the coins to rupees. He’s holding Bitcoin and intends to keep it as long as possible. On the other hand, Suraj Pawar bought Bitcoin in 2017 and he is sitting on a fortune by holding onto them. He was an engineering student back then and was fascinated by what cryptocurrencies promised. He’s held onto them ever since. The traditional long-term and short-term definitions in the crypto world are quite different. For most, long-term often means infinite. There’s no set goal and they’re invested in the future. Cryptocurrencies have always promoted one thing — a decentralised blockchain network that's free of state-backed interference. Bitcoin was founded in 2009 and intended to take on fiat currencies, as the latter is often considered old and inefficient. The word cryptocurrency literally means cryptographic currency. So, why are crypto exchanges asking governments to consider the instrument an investment, not a currency? “I consider these coins to be an investment. I keep changing my coin holding depending on the trends to stay relevant. I’ve also never seen an opportunity to spend them on the ground. So, from my point of view, it’s an asset that I’m willing to hold based on my risk appetite. It’s just like the stock exchange, where you keep shuffling various stocks based on analysis,” Tanna added. In India, crypto exchanges have <a href="https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/markets/cryptocurrency/crypto-exchanges-want-sebi-or-a-new-entity-as-regulator-not-rbi/articleshow/82718907.cms">asked</a> the government to consider SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) as a viable cryptocurrency regulator. The prime argument is that coins like Bitcoin and <a href="https://wazirx.com/signup?invite=2kpah6gr&amp;utm_source=business-insider&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=microsite">Ethereum</a> are an asset and do not come under the purview of the RBI (Reserve Bank of India). The RBI manages the rupee and looks after the macro well-being of India's banking institutions. SEBI manages the stock exchanges and is well-versed with exchanges, asset management, and always has the investor's interest in mind. It's also hard to decide whether cryptos are a commodity or equity because if it replaces gold, it's a commodity. Investors are confident that cryptocurrencies have potential from a technology point of view and can co-exist with the existing financial system. Once integrated, the returns shall be equivalent to equity since investors were invested in the larger picture. "For the time being, cryptocurrencies are treated only as an investment vehicle as they promise to solve a great use case. We expect cryptos to step up and scale in the near future and slowly start being adopted as currencies,” Vikram Subburaj, co-founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Giottus Cryptocurrency Exchange, told Business Insider. <a href="https://wazirx.com/signup?invite=2kpah6gr&amp;utm_source=business-insider&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=microsite">Cryptocurrencies</a> cannot be considered a currency now, as the conventional definition says a currency has to be backed by a state. Most importantly, the end-user has confined options to purchase something via Bitcoin or Dogecoin. While cryptocurrency still has a community of niche businesses that accept it (like NFTs), they’re a minority. Unless one can use the tokens as a legal tender on-ground, it cannot be called a currency. "Cryptos are volatile right now because of speculation and folks like Elon Musk [of Tesla]. The fundamental point is, Bitcoin may be the future or maybe not. But blockchain as a concept is here to stay, and that's what we're investing in," Dilesh reaffirmed. Buying a crypto coin is a long-term investment hoping that it'll soon become a successful currency one day. Even ride-hailing app Uber was in a similar predicament not long ago. Blockchain reliability makes sense as countries consider floating a CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) and joining the crypto-mania. According to an <a href="https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/tech/technology/govt-may-set-up-new-panel-to-study-crypto-regulations/articleshow/82746324.cms">ET report</a>, the government plans to set up a panel to study crypto regulations, the use of blockchain, and its long-term repercussions. Hence, it’s clear that cryptocurrencies are perceived as an investment medium and shall take time to mature into a full-fledged currency. It may be able to become an alternative in countries with weak economies, but the healthy ones are indeed out of question for now.
