The recruitment process will begin soon. As per the plan, 34,000 constables will be absorbed in civil police and 6,000 in other units, including PAC, radio and as computer operators. A senior police officer said that the recruitment process coincides with the Prime Minister's direction to officials of central departments and ministries to recruit 10 lakh people in the next 1.5 years. In the last five years, the state police have recruited 1.53 lakh personnel. "Now, we plan to recruit 40,000 more constables, following which the total would go further up to 1.93 lakhs, which is a record," said Vishwakarma. The DG said that the recruitment exam will be conducted in winter and results will be out by next summer, and subsequently, the induction will be done by December 2023. Nearly 1,003 candidates were recruited as SI and on equivalent ranks after the order of court pending since 2011, while 5,498 were recruited as constables and on equivalent ranks after court order on a recruitment in 2013. It requested that he build a barrier to shield his boat, parked in his driveway, from street view — and he faced a $100 fine if he didn't comply, with the possibility of it escalating to a maximum of $500. In a cheekily clever move, he sought the help of his neighbor, artist Hanif Panni, to devise an ingenious workaround: building a fence, yes, but adorning it with a strikingly lifelike mural of his boat."He came to me and said, 'Wouldn't it be funny if we did something like this?'" Panni told Business Insider. The Yerwada jail constable’s identity has been kept under wraps due to security reasons. He arrived at the <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=Central+Prison+">Central Prison</a> in <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=Nagpur+">Nagpur</a> a week before as part of a 20-member team of prison personnel from Pune, reported PTI. 
 
He had pulled the lever to hang Kasab on November 21, 2012 at Yerwada in Pune. 
 Moreover, <keyword id="2488158" type="POSITION" weightage="80" keywordseo="Yerwada-Jail-Superintendent">Yerwada Jail Superintendent</keyword>, <keyword id="984189" type="PERSON" weightage="80" keywordseo="Yogesh-Desai">Yogesh Desai</keyword>, who led the team during Kasab's execution, was transferred to the Nagpur Central Prison a few months back, to oversee Yakub's hanging. 
 
The constable executed the hanging with "clinical precision", said jail officials. 
 
To assist the hangman, another constable from Yerwada was brought in Nagpur a week ago and trained with two others. The other members of the team were entrusted with the task of preparing the drop and the platform in the execution yard (Fansi Yard). 
 
Nagpur and Yerwada are the two Central Prisons in <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=Maharashtra+">Maharashtra</a> equipped with the hanging facility. 
 
The previous execution at Nagpur jail was carried out in 1984, when two brothers from Amravati had been hanged for murder.
