They also blamed the Centre for obstructing the work of the Delhi government, therefore leading to the recent incident in Rajinder Nagar where three students died after getting trapped in a flooded basement of a coaching centre. Slogans of "Bharat Mata Ki Jai" and "End dictatorship" were raised during the <keyword id="19895811" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="protest" source="keywords">protest</keyword> rally called by the <keyword id="19914482" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="AAP" source="keywords" meta.keywordsubtype="org" meta.entityname="AAP" meta.hostid="153" meta.entityid="AAP">AAP</keyword>. CPI(ML) Liberation leader Dipankar Bhattacharya said three senior AAP leaders -- Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and Satyendar Jain were put in jail as "part of a conspiracy". He also accused the Centre of obstructing the work of the Delhi government, and held them responsible for the situation in the national capital, including the Rajinder Nagar coaching centre deaths. "The Modi government is responsible for the anarchy in Delhi. This anarchy took the lives of the three <keyword id="20217536" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="UPSC-aspirants" source="keywords">UPSC aspirants</keyword> in Rajinder Nagar. <keyword id="19894848" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="BJP" source="keywords" meta.keywordsubtype="org" meta.entityname="BJP" meta.hostid="153" meta.entityid="BJP">BJP</keyword> took the lives of three UPSC aspirants," Bhattacharya said during the rally. "Kejriwal is one of the victims of the central agencies used by the Modi government. Can we allow this? How much longer can we tolerate this situation in the country. Tiwari said it was "height" of inhumanity to keep Kejriwal in jail despite his medical reports showing dip in his blood sugar to a dangerous level. The Congress and AAP had fought the recent Lok Sabha elections in Delhi in alliance. AAP had fielded candidates on four seats and Congress on three seats. However, the alliance drew a blank. Gogoi warned the BJP and its leaders saying they cannot scare the opposition whether it is AAP, Congress or any other party. "Their illusion lies shattered with this rally. If fair Lok Sabha elections had been held in 2024, the BJP would have been in opposition and we would have been in power. The BJP-led government is not going to complete its five-year term," he stressed. Kejriwal was arrested on March 21 by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case linked to the alleged excise policy scam and has been granted bail by the Supreme Court. However, he is currently lodged in Tihar in a connected CBI case.

Although the decision to move the no-confidence motion is that of the united opposition, Gogoi, who is an MP from Assam, will move the motion, he said. "The INDIA alliance is together and this is the idea of the INDIA alliance. Congress party's leader will be moving the motion. We feel that it is our duty to use this last weapon to break the arrogance of the government and make them speak on Manipur," Tagore asserted. He said the notice for the motion was submitted in the Speaker's office at 9.20 am on Wednesday. Meanwhile, BRS MP Nama Nageshwar Rao also submitted a notice to move a no-confidence motion against the Union Council of Ministers. for the major parties contesting the Lok Sabha elections 2019. The state has 14 Lok Sabha constituencies in total that went for polling during three phases on April 11, April 18 and April 23. During 2014 Lok Sabha elections, the results favored the BJP by giving the party 7 seats meaning 50 percent of the total number of seats in the state. During the said elections, the All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) bagged 3 seats, Indian National Congress (INC) had a share of 3 constituencies and the Independent (IND) party won from 1 seat. In the Karimganj seat, the BJP fielded Kripanath Mallah for the 2019 Lok Sabha polls. He fought with Radheshyam Biswas of the All India United Democratic Front and Swarup Das of the Congress. The sitting MP from this constituency is Radheyshyam Biswas of the AIUDF. In the Autonomous District Lok Sabha seat, Congress leader Biren Singh Engti won during the 2014 general elections and he is the sitting MP now. He is once again contesting this seat locking horns with Harenshingh Bey of BJP. In 2014 elections, the results favored Biren Singh Engti by giving him 24,095 votes more than that of Joy Ram Engleng representing BJP.

According to a news report by the PTI, during the Question Hour, over 30 members of the Congress trooped in to the Well, raising slogans and holding placards demanding resignation of External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and the Chief Ministers of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh over the Lalit Modi and Vyapam issues. 
 
Members from SP, RJD and JD(U) too were in the Well with placards demanding that caste census data be made public, while some TRS members, also holding placards in the aisles, sought a separate High Court for Telangana. 
 
Congress Vice President <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/Twitterati-celebrates-VishwaPappuDiwas-as-Rahul-Gandhi-turns-45/articleshow/47732727.cms">Rahul Gandh</a>i was thumping the desk as his party members continued sloganeering in the Well. 
 
As repeated pleas from the Speaker to the agitating members to put down their placards went unheeded, she named several of them, including Gaurav Gogoi, Sushmita Dev, Deepender Hooda, K C Venugopal and Rajiv Satav, and later warned them of action. 
 
Opposition members, especially from the Congress, have been protesting against the government over Lalit Modi controversy and Vyapam scam since the Monsoon Session began last month, says the PTI report. 
 
When the House met for the Question Hour at noon, Congress members were up on their feet raising demand for the resignation of Swaraj and two other chief ministers. 
 
Some of them also demanded the resignation of HRD Minister Smriti Irani on the row over her educational qualifications. Irani was present in the House at that time. 
 
Soon after Chairman Hamid Ansari announced that he was taking up the Question Hour, Madhusudan Mistry (Cong) got up to raise a point of order questioning how Swaraj could make a statement without giving any notice, and sought its expunction from the records. However, he was not allowed to speak any further. 
 
Jharna Das Baidya (CPI-M) got up to ask a question to the HRD Minister and she got up to table the answer. However, Baidya could not ask a supplementary question in the din.
