The passenger coaches which look absolutely comfortable and mindblowing have been designed by Bhopal's coach rehabilitation workshop (CRWS), Nishatpura. 
 
These coaches have been given beautiful interiors and jerk-less seats. Additionally, say goodbye to teh red and green seats as the seats too have been given a colour makeover and the colour replacing them is purple. According to the Indian Railways, these purple seats instantly give a high class look and feel. 
 
They have also ensured that the coaches are spacious and have bigger side-berths. What more? They also come equipped with a snacks table, LED reading lights and bio-toilets installed. 
 
There's more. The floor of the coach is painted like a carpet, the seats are fire-proof and there is a water-bottle holder next to every seat. 
 
What seals the deal is however the fact that every compartment has a separate mobile and laptop charging points. Hell to the yeah! 
 
While the AC coaches have cost the government a whopping Rs 70 lakh, sleeper coaches have cost around Rs 40 lakh. 
 
So, are you ready to ditch the airlines yet?

New Delhi, Domestic stalwart <keyword id="89370" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Amol-Muzumdar" source="Orion">Amol Muzumdar</keyword> is set to become the Indian women's <keyword id="5410761" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="cricket-head-coach" source="Orion">cricket head coach</keyword> after impressing the Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC) the most during the interviews of the short-listed candidates in Mumbai on Monday. The CAC comprising Ashok Malhotra, Jatin Paranjpe and Sulakshana Naik found Muzumdar's 90-minute presentation most impressive. The others who were interviewed were former Durham coach Jon Lewis and Tushar Arothe, who had already served as India head coach before resigning in 2018. The development comes days before the commencement of India's tour of Bangladesh. India were without a head coach since December last year when Ramesh Powar was sacked. "The CAC was most impressed with Amol's presentation who was very clear in his plans for the women's team. The other presentations were good too but his was by far the best. He will most likely be recommended for the job," a BCCI official told PTI. Muzumdar, who was most recently the head coach of Mumbai Ranji side and has had stints with IPL franchise Rajasthan Royals and South African national team, was the only one who appeared for the interview in person. Muzumdar's first assignment will be the tour of Bangladesh, beginning July 9. India will play three T20s and as many ODIs in Mirpur. The Indian women's team, which has often lost high-stake games from winning position in the last five years, is yet to win a world title. Muzumdar, who is likely to get a two-year contract, will be expected to guide the team to an elusive ICC title in Bangladesh next year when the T20 World Cup will be played in September-October. Considering India's inability to close out knock-out games, most recently in the T20 World Cup semifinal against Australia earlier this year, the new head coach's area of focus will be to improve the physical fitness of the players besides working on their mental toughness. "Fitness is a major area of improvement for the women's cricket team. Some of the players in the national side really need to work on their fitness. Muzumdar also highlighted the need to have a full fledged support staff, including a mental trainer. "He is fully aware of what this team needs to get to the next level," the Board official added. The next two women's ICC events are in the sub-continent -- Bangladesh and India, and that also has gone in Muzumdar's favour. India will host women's ODI World Cup in September 2025. "Communication is not a problem with an Indian coach and he also has a rich experience of playing in the sub-continent conditions." Muzumdar amassed more than 11,167 runs in first-class cricket but despite piling on the runs, he could never make it to the Indian team.

There is an ongoing battle across institutes that offer coaching for entrance exams to IITs, especially in Delhi and Kota. The centres are fighting for top faculty members and are ready to pay them as much as Rs 1 crore-plus salary. 
 
The teachers, who have IIT degrees or equivalent, are benefitting from the fight and the number of faculty members getting Rs 1 crore-plus is growing at a fast pace. 
 
"We have six crorepati faculty members," Modali Venkat Hari Kishan, manager, Bansal Classes, a training institute based in Kota, Rajasthan told Economic Times. 
 
Such high is the competition that staffers only stay with centre till they get the best deal. 
 
"Today, there are at least 15-20 people getting one crore-plus salaries in Kota alone. Then, there are other hubs such as Mumbai, Delhi, Kanpur and Patna, where the faculty would be getting even more," Sonal Rajora, a faculty member at Allen Career institute, told the financial daily. 
 
Meanwhile, as per sources, teachers are even earning Rs 2 crore and reportedly, there have also been instances of Rs 3-crore salaries. 
Industry sources told ET that a good faculty could easily earn Rs 1 crore within two to five years. On the flip side, professors in IITs start from Rs 10-11 lakh per annum and deans get Rs 25 lakh per annum. 
 
"We have faculty members with 10+ years of experience who draw Rs 1.5-2 crore salaries," Bansal Classes' Modali Venkat Hari Kishan told ET. 
 
Talking about the salary hikes, RL Trikha, Director, FIITJEE, told the financial daily that the average annual raise in between 10% and 50%. 
 
The coaching centre charge at least Rs 1 lakh as tuition fee from students. More than 10 lakh aspirants registered for the IIT-JEE this year.

Coach just came out with earnings.
EPS missed expectations at $1.23 vs. estimates of $1.26.
Same-store sales fell 2%, vs. expectation of an increase of over 2%.
The stock is off about 10% pre-market.
But here's the weird thing.

Spurs coach Becky Hammon visits her giant San Antonio mural, vows to open doors for more women and girls to follow her

<keyword id="6355455" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Indian-Railways">Indian Railways</keyword> will soon launch new and improved coaches, which were ordered to assist in operating at 200 kmph speed. 
 
These modern coaches come with automatic sliding door, stainless steel brake disc, sintered pads and electro-pneumatically assisted brake system. 
Manufactured at the Rail Coach Factory (RCF) in Kapurthala, each coach is estimated to cost about Rs 3.25 crore. 
 
A total of 20 coaches will be manufactured at RCF out of which four are almost ready and the rest will be delivered in June this year as announced by Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu in his last budget. 
 
The new initiative involves manufacturing a rake of 20 coaches which comprises 14 AC chair cars, 3 Executive Chair cars and 3 Power cars. 
 
Other features which are incorporated in these 200 kmph coaches include improved passenger safety and comfort. The coaches will have aesthetically pleasant interiors with spacious and ergonomically designed seats. 
 
The lavatories of these coaches will have redesigned interior and equipped with vacuum evacuation assisted toilets. The plush interiors will have touchless fittings in taps, hand dryers and soap dispensers besides marble finish and anti graffiti coating on walls.

A month later, she signed up for business-coaching sessions with <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/new-year-goals-planning-business-startup-entrepreneur-what-works-2021-1">Maya Elious</a>, a brand strategist who helped her double her follower count and reach 200 clients by October. In 2019, business coaching was a $15 billion industry, and it's expected to grow 5.8% in 2021.But not everyone's experiences with coaching programs are as rosy as Jack's. Social media plays an important role in how coaches build their reputations, but it can be difficult to tell who's legit. Last year, after starting her credit-card-points podcast, "<a href="http://geobreezetravel.com/">Geobreeze Travel</a>," Julia Menez saw an ad on Instagram for a website called <a href="https://www.thebundleco.com/">The Bundle Co.</a>, which sells a package of online courses for $99.50. She signed up but was disappointed to find that the courses only covered surface-level topics, such as journaling and YouTube basics, not the business and marketing tips she'd hoped for."With business coaching, oftentimes you do get what you pay for," Menez, 31, said.Here's how to find the right business coach and avoid getting scammed, plus red flags to watch for, according to seasoned coaches and entrepreneurs who've worked with them. <h2>How to find the right business coach</h2><h3>1. Follow before you invest</h3><a href="https://tolivingfree.com/">Jessica Caver Lindholm</a>, 36, has been an online-business coach for eight years and has hit $814,000 in gross income this year, documents reviewed by Insider showed. She advised entrepreneurs not to rush into anything just because it sounds exciting. "When something is marketed really well, it can make us feel like we have to have it now or else," Lindholm said. Instead, take your time to research, read testimonials, and call up a couple of former clients. Gauge a coach's values by paying attention to what she says on social media. "You have to get an idea of who they are and how they operate," said Debbie Rebar, who has been a virtual assistant for 19 years to authors, speakers, and business coaches.For example, Rebar said some people have complained that her client Amanda Frances swears in her courses - something they would have known had they followed Frances and paid attention to her posts. <h3>2. Get free content first</h3>Check out free content, which many coaches offer, such as guides and templates to help you test whether their methods work for you, Lindholm said.Rebar suggested signing up for a coach's email list to assess their level of expertise. "See if that's closely related to what you need help with," she said. <h3>3. If the coach is new, look for a focus </h3>Just because someone is new to coaching doesn't mean they can't be helpful. But Lindholm suggested ensuring that fresh talent had specified skills, such as marketing on Instagram reels or TikTok. More expensive does not always mean better</h3>Rebar said a common misconception in the industry is tying value with price. But she's seen coaches with less experience price high and more experienced coaches price low. "We've conditioned ourselves as a society to think that the more expensive one is better, and that is not always the case," she said. At the same time, Menez cautioned entrepreneurs to be skeptical of extremely low prices. "When entrepreneurs are starting out, it is always about cutting costs," she said. "Invest in yourself a little bit more. You will get higher quality as long as you do proper research."<h3>6. Get your purchase in writing</h3>Once you're ready to sign up for a coaching session, make sure there's a written agreement that covers everything you're getting out of it. "It helps it feel more like an agreement was made rather than you're not even sure why you signed up," Lindholm said. <h3>7.
