You don't need a brush, makeup sponge, or any other fancy tool to blend it, and the creamy consistency ensures there will be no stark or streaky lines left over. Sometimes, I'll follow up with a quick flick of mascara, sweep of blush, and a little under-eye concealer for a natural, but just a little "done up" look. The ingredient list includes names like red algae to protect against the blue light emitted from devices, frankincense that helps reinforce and soothe the skin, and a complex derived from meadowfoam seeds to hydrate.</p><p>In everyday application, people love that it feels abnormally weightless, works on all skin tones, and acts like a silky, mattifying primer for makeup-wearers.</p><p>Below, you'll find my own experience of what Unseen Sunscreen is like to use, along with a Q&amp;A with Dr. Engelman about the formula. </p><h2>How Supergoop! Unseen Sunscreen stacks up as a safe and effective sunscreen, according to a dermatologist:</h2><p>I asked Dr. Engelman to help decode the <a href="https://shop-links.co/1708732020014906145" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow sponsored nofollow sponsored">Supergoop! Mineral sunscreens sit on the top of the skin and deflect/scatter damaging UV rays away from the skin. The active ingredients in this type are titanium dioxide and/or zinc oxide. Chemical sunscreens work by absorbing UV rays, converting them into heat, and then releasing. When I used it under makeup, it didn't create a thick, pore-clogging barrier — and it managed somehow not to mix and disappear into my CC cream. </p><p>Perhaps most impressive, though, is that the <a href="https://shop-links.co/1708732020014906145" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow sponsored nofollow sponsored nofollow sponsored">Unseen Sunscreen</a> remained universally invisible on the various skin tones of each of our testers — no chalky white residue that sits on top of the skin.</p><p>But, as Dr. Engelman mentioned, the aspects that allow <a href="https://shop-links.co/1708732020014906145" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow sponsored nofollow sponsored nofollow sponsored">Unseen Sunscreen</a> to truly be invisible (being chemically based and thereby able to sink into the skin) are the same aspects that may give you pause before buying it. It's also available in 12 shades, from Fair to Deep. For reference, my shade is Fair.</p><p>I typically apply the foundation with a beauty sponge (usually mixed with a tinted moisturizer) or dabbed onto discolored areas with my fingers (Wander Beauty also suggests using it as a spot concealer). For the photos in this review, I decided to apply a layer all over my face (still with my sponge), let it set, then apply another full layer. I applied concealer and setting powder after as I usually would.</p><p>Not only did my foundation stay put for hours, it also managed to still look radiant by the end of the day — a feat for a formula used on ultra-dry skin like mine.</p><h2>The formula also features skin-nourishing ingredients.</h2><p>Aside from its aesthetic wins, <a href="https://shop-links.co/1718098811914827558" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener nofollow nofollow sponsored nofollow sponsored">Wander Beauty's Nude Illusion Liquid Foundation</a> contains niacinamide, a form of vitamin B3 which is said to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and even out skin tone. It's also enriched with lotus extract to reduce sebum (the oily stuff in your pores that creates an annoying bumpy texture) and improve skin's elasticity. I can't say that I've noticed any huge skin benefits after repeated use of the foundation, but it instantly covers my redness and has never irritated my super-sensitive skin, even after all-day wear.</p><p>Despite all the skin-nourishing ingredients, this foundation lacks SPF, so you'll need to apply sunscreen beforehand when wearing it. I have yet to travel with it, but I've had no issues throwing it in my makeup drawer or stashing it in my purse for on-the-go situations.</p><h2>Its price is comparable to other high-end beauty brands.</h2><p>I know that $40 certainly isn't cheap for an ounce of product, but it's unfortunately a pretty standard price for a high-end foundation. You do get some serious bang for your buck, though, since a little goes a long way. Mixing it in with a little moisturizer for lighter coverage can extend the foundation's lifespan even further.</p><h2>The bottom line</h2><p><a href="https://shop-links.co/1718098811914827558" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener nofollow nofollow sponsored nofollow sponsored">This foundation</a> is a great option for those with dry skin who are looking for a medium to full coverage that stays dewy throughout the day. The lack of SPF also knocks this foundation down a peg, but I personally think it's still a great product, and I'd just recommend layering with sunscreen underneath. If money weren't an object, I'd recommend this shaver to everyone as there are no negative factors in regards to the quality or performance.</p><h2>The bottom line</h2><p>The Braun Series 9 9730cc will work well for anyone who uses a shaver to groom their facial hair, but it isn't necessarily essential for everyone.
