With thousands of cases being discovered since November 2019, Wuhan’s 11 million people were put under a virtual lockdown. The epicenter of the outbreak had also built 16 temporary hospitals to handle an overwhelming number of cases. Only yesterday (March 12), the hospitals were shut down after a marked decrease in the number of new cases. At a time, when the people of Wuhan was shutting themselves inside their homes refusing to venture out – an Indian startup helped the hospitals of the city. According to an <a href="https://www.timesnownews.com/videos/et-now/shows/indian-startup-powered-wuhan-s-hospitals-to-fight-coronavirus-startup-central/55593">ET Now report</a>, BlinkIn set up air handling units remotely in Wuhan’s hospitals. Harshwardhan Kumar, the co-founder of BlinkIn, told ET Now, that they had developed the product last year and their first customer was Huber in China. When the Wuhan crisis happened, Huber installed air conditioning units in the hospitals using BlinkIn’s technology. BlinkIn provides visual remote support solutions to boost a company’s customer support. Using Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence, the startup helps educe onsite visits by a service company and enables self-service. It also lets customers share live video and photos of issues with support agents. “They used BlinkIn to give remote guidance to people in China to use these units. They installed about 60-70 units approximately,” Kumar said in the interview. The startup BlinkIn is incubated NASSCOM’s Center of Excellence for AI and IoT. Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the north of England's housing markets are still relatively depressed, with prices below 2008 levels, widening the gap between the increasingly wealthy capital and the lagging regions.
The price to earnings ratio, a key measure of how affordable housing is, has climbed to 10.43 in inner London last year, according to the Greater London Authority. In the north east of England, the average price is only 4.98 times the typical income. 
Howard Archer, the chief UK economist of research consultancy IHS Global Insight, said in a note that despite the soaring prices, "some restraint on buyer interest is expected to come from more stretched house prices to earnings ratios," which could put the brakes on further rapid acceleration.
The part about all of this that's really scary is that nobody thinks it can last in the long run. UK workers, even those in London, just don't have the income to continue buying houses at prices that are nearly 11 times their salaries.
