The watch offers 3ATM water resistance, meaning you don’t have to worry about using it while it is raining. The watch comes with a stainless steel body and offers thin bezels, giving it a premium look. The metal build ensures that the watch is durable and you don’t have to worry. At the back, the watch features a plastic case that houses all the sensors and the magnetic pins for the charger. The UI is well-designed and does not feel clunky. It offers over 100+ sports modes including cricket, swimming, functional strength training and even more. It also offers sedentary and water reminders to help you stay active and hydrated. During our testing, we found that the watch’s tracking capabilities were fine, with small deviations when compared to reliable devices such as a Garmin or a certified oximeter. <cmsannotation type="cmsannotation" annotationid="Battery life" comment="subhead" text="Battery life">Battery life</cmsannotation> Coming to battery life, the NoiseFit Origin offers a decent battery life. While it is claimed to offer a seven-day battery life, during my usage with some activity tracking, I was able to get around five days of usage. The watch offers dozens of watch faces, offering you several options based on your preferences. It offers several sports modes, allowing you to track your workouts and activities easily. We tested the watch and found that the overall experience was positive, and the watch performed well. This allows you to track some vital stats throughout the day by spending less than a minute each time. I found the feature helpful and used it at least four to five times daily. The Amazfit GTR 4 performs well in activity tracking, but there is a slight deviation. We compared the watch with other devices, such as the company’s T-Rex 2 and the Oppo Watch. I noticed a small deviation in steps and distance covered, but unless you are a professional looking for highly accurate information, the deviation is not a deal breaker. Battery life is one of the biggest selling points of the GTR 4, and the watch earns its money in this department. It is claimed to offer a battery life of up to 14 days on a single charge. While I was indoors, I was able to hear the other person easily on the speaker and the microphone also worked well as the other person was able to listen to me clearly. However, when I tried the feature outdoors in some traffic, I struggled to listen to the other person on the speaker. Similarly, there was a lot of disturbance, and the microphone could not pick up my voice. Overall, it’s a good feature if you wish to use this indoors. Overall, the new colors give the <a href="https://go.skimresources.com?id=35871X943606&amp;xs=1&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.apple.com%2Fshop%2Fbuy-watch%2Fapple-watchle-watch" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener sponsored">Series 6</a> a bit of a bolder look compared to the space gray and silver models.<h2>Blood oxygen readings</h2><div type="image" title="Apple Watch Blood Oxygen Red" height="1325" width="1766" msid="78434766" hostid="261"></div>The <a href="https://go.skimresources.com?id=35871X943606&amp;xs=1&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.apple.com%2Fshop%2Fbuy-watch%2Fapple-watchle-watch" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener sponsored">Apple Watch Series 6</a>'s most significant update is its ability to measure oxygen saturation in the blood, which refers to the percentage of oxygen your red blood cells distribute throughout your body.Such readings have been helpful in <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/apple-watch-series-6-pulse-oximeter-coronavirus-cases-2020-9" target="_blank" rel="noopener">flagging potential COVID-19 cases</a> when serious symptoms aren't showing. But Apple says this feature isn't intended for medical use and is only meant to be another metric by which to measure your overall wellness. Blood oxygen levels of between 95% and 99% are considered to be normal.You can take a blood oxygen reading manually anytime by launching the app on your wrist, but the watch can also perform readings in the background when you're at rest too. The reader works by shining red and green LEDs and infrared light through your wrist and then monitoring the light that's reflected back.The watch's algorithms determine the color of your blood, and based on those findings the watch determines how much oxygen is in your blood. Blood oxygen measurements are traditionally taken through pulse oximeter devices that clamp onto your finger. In my experience, the Apple Watch's blood oxygen readings were generally consistent and landed within the range of 95% and 100% over the course of roughly two weeks. But, there were two troubling instances in which the readings dipped below 90%, which would indicate that something could be seriously wrong. I'm not the only one who had this experience — <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2020/09/23/apple-watch-oximeter/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Washington Post's Geoffrey Fowler</a> reported similar findings.The accuracy of the readings depends on the fit of your Apple Watch, how still you keep your arm, and whether the back of your Apple Watch is flush against your wrist. I've been wearing the Series 6 with Apple's new Solo Loop band, which comes in a fixed size that isn't adjustable and sometimes fits a bit more loosely than the Sport or Sport Loop bands I typically wear. It's possible that the watch slipped and simply didn't have a snug enough fit to get an accurate reading in those few circumstances. Even so, it's generally more important to look at overall trends rather than one-off readings, according to experts who spoke with <a href="https://www.consumerreports.org/medical-symptoms/covid-19-pulse-oximeters-oxygen-levels-faq/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Consumer Reports</a> on the topic. Rather, it's because since the Apple Watch's blood oxygen readings aren't intended for medical use, it can be difficult to know exactly how to interpret these results and how they contribute to overall wellness. Apple does offer some articles in its health app that explain what blood oxygen levels mean, but I'd like to see more insight in the readings themselves.<h2>Other health tracking features </h2><div type="image" title="Apple Watch Workout Green" height="1500" width="2000" msid="78434772" hostid="261"></div>Like its predecessors, the Apple Watch Series 6 can take an electrocardiogram from the wrist, a feature that's been cleared by the Food and Drug Administration. The ECG generated by the Apple Watch is similar to a single-lead electrocardiogram, according to Apple, and can indicate whether your heart rhythm is showing signs of atrial fibrillation. Watches from <keyword id="6486191" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="60" keywordseo="fitbit">Fitbit</keyword> and Samsung also offer similar functionality. These two features — the ability to check your blood oxygen saturation and take an ECG from the wrist — are the biggest differentiators between the Apple Watch Series 6 and Apple Watch SE. Both watches can detect when you've taken a hard fall and support international emergency calling, unlike the Series 3. Fitbit smartwatches, by comparison, can last for several days without running out of juice.Although the battery life hasn't changed much, Apple has made it easier to quickly charge up your watch before leaving the house. Realme Watch S Pro design and display The Realme Watch S Pro comes with a 46mm dial and thanks to its minimal bezels, the watch does not look too big on my wrist. Coming to the display, it features a 1.39-inch circular AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It comes with 450 nits brightness and is equipped with an ambient light sensor. The display is vibrant and at peak brightness is clearly visible outdoors. If you’re a fan of the traditional circular watch design, the Realme Watch S Pro is a good option. Realme Watch S Pro features The Realme Watch S Pro comes with a host of fitness features. In terms of sensors, it is equipped with a heart rate sensor, an accelerometer, a geomagnetic sensor, gyroscope and a wearing monitoring sensor. It offers 15 sports modes including cricket, swimming, basketball and yoga. It also offers sedentary and water reminders to help you stay active and hydrated. The Realme Watch S Pro allows you to monitor your heart rate, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) levels, sleep quality and more. It offers 5ATM water resistance, allowing you to easily take it with you while swimming. It offers a minimalistic experience and while the watch faces are not customisable, you have over 100 options to choose from. We compared the steps and distance covered on the Realme Watch S Pro with the Oppo Watch and the OnePlus Band. While the Oppo Watch and OnePlus Band displayed similar results, there was a variance of around 10% on the Realme Watch S Pro. On a positive note, sleep tracking and blood oxygen tracking was accurate on the Realme Watch S Pro. The heart rate tracking on the device is accurate as well. For verifying blood oxygen statistics, I used a certified oximeter and observed that the readings were similar. Coming to the battery life, the Realme Watch S Pro is equipped with a 390mAh battery. In our usage, we found that it offers excellent battery life and with always-on display turned on during the day, I managed to get around nine days of battery life. Verdict Realme gets plenty of things right with the Watch S Pro. The battery life is very impressive and important features like blood oxygen measurement, heart rate monitoring, and sleep tracking are accurate. Realme needs to fine-tune basics like activity and steps tracking to make this a complete package. Realme’s decision to stay away from Wear OS might be slightly surprising, but the Realme Link app works well and offers enough data points to keep a track of your fitness.
