Lucknow, The <keyword id="6356039" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="lucknow-municipal-corporation">Lucknow Municipal Corporation</keyword> (LMC), has decided to develop <keyword id="10500380" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Gulala-Ghat">Gulala Ghat</keyword> as a movie shooting destination to attract the film fraternity to the <keyword id="162002" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="state-capital">state capital</keyword>.<br /><br />A decision to this effect has been by the executive committee and a budget of ₹10 lakh for the beautification work has also been approved.<br /><br />The Gulala Ghat in the old city is better known as a cremation site. Former MP, late Lalji Tandon, had beautified the area, making access easier to the place.<br /><br />The LMC will now develop a green belt around the banks of the Gomti river and will create a garden with a variety of flowers and plants.<br /><br />Lucknow Mayor, <keyword id="5985184" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="sanyukta-bhatia">Sanyukta Bhatia</keyword>, said, "Gulala Ghat will be developed on the lines of the ghats in <keyword id="6357203" type="LOCATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="Varanasi">Varanasi</keyword>. Walls around the area will be painted with images of the Hindu Gods. The <keyword id="414761" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Delhi-Polices-special-cell">Delhi Police's Special Cell</keyword> on Monday served a notice to <keyword id="749437" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Twitter-India">Twitter India</keyword> in connection with the probe into a complaint about the alleged '<keyword id="11315501" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="covid-toolkit">COVID toolkit</keyword>', asking it to share information based on which it had classified a related tweet by BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra as "manipulated media", officials said. <br /><br />Two police teams also descended on the microblogging site's offices in Lado Sarai in Delhi and in Gurgaon this evening. <br /><br /> "The <keyword id="6358992" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Delhi-Police">Delhi police</keyword> team went to the Twitter office to serve a notice to Twitter as a part of routine process. This was necessitated as we wanted to ascertain who is the right person to serve a notice, as replies by Twitter India MD have been very ambiguous," Delhi Police PRO Chinmoy Biswal said <br /><br />The BJP has accused the Congress of creating a 'toolkit' that seeks to tarnish the image of the country and Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the handling of the COVID pandemic. However, the Congress has denied the allegation and claimed that the BJP is propagating a fake 'toolkit' to defame it. <br /><br />Last week, Twitter labelled as "manipulated media" a tweet by Patra on the alleged 'toolkit'. Twitter says it "may label Tweets that include media (videos, audio, and images) that have been deceptively altered or fabricated". <br /><br />Biswal said the Delhi Police is inquiring into a complaint in the alleged toolkit matter. <br /><br />"It appears that Twitter has some information which is not known to us and on the basis of which they have classified it (Patra's tweet) as such. This information is relevant to the inquiry. The Special Cell, which is conducting the inquiry, wants to find out the truth.
