Bachchan strut the ramp for a special show 'Golden Door' for Cancer Patients Aid Association in Mumbai and was accompanied by <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=alia+bhatt&amp;sortorder=effectivedate">Alia Bhatt</a>, <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=varun+dhawan&amp;sortorder=effectivedate">Varun Dhawan</a>, and Sonali Bendre.

Big B took to his blog to share on Sunday that he has broken his rib cartilage and stated that he is currently taking rest at his home in Mumbai. "In Hyderabad at the shoot for Project K, during an action shot, got injured, rib cartilage popped broke and muscle tear to the right rib cage. Cancelled shoot, did doctor consult &amp; scan by CT at AIG Hospital in Hyderabad and flown back home," posted Amitabh Bachchan. He suffered an injury during an action sequence of the film. He, unfortunately, suffered a muscle tear to his right rib cage. "Strapping has been done and rest been advocated .. yes painful .. on movement and breathing .. will take some weeks they say before some normalisation will occur .. some medication is on also for pain .. 'Yaarana' was a musical drama film directed by Rakesh Kumar, starring Amitabh Bachchan, Amjad Khan, Neetu Singh, Tanuja, and Kader Khan. The song 'Saara Zamana' was sung by Kishore Kumar. In the episode 28 of the quiz-based reality show '<keyword id="17940" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="kaun-banega-crorepati" source="Orion">Kaun Banega Crorepati</keyword>' season 15, host Amitabh Bachchan welcomed Jasnil Kumar from Anwak, Uttar Pradesh to the hot seat. The Delhi High Court on Friday passed an interim order restraining the unauthorised use of actor <keyword id="6357912" type="General" weightage="100" keywordseo="amitabh-bachchan" source="Orion">Amitabh Bachchan</keyword>'s voice, image or any other trait exclusively identifiable with him by any individual. The court's order came on a lawsuit by the veteran actor alleging exploitation of his "publicity rights as a celebrity" by several individuals, including the persons behind a "<keyword id="4693" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="kbc" source="Orion">KBC</keyword> lottery". <keyword id="6354348" type="General" weightage="80" keywordseo="bachchan" source="Orion">Bachchan</keyword> is the host of the popular TV game show <keyword id="17940" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="kaun-banega-crorepati" source="Orion">Kaun Banega Crorepati</keyword> (KBC). Justice <keyword id="42393" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="navin-chawla" source="Orion">Navin Chawla</keyword> said it is undisputed that Bachchan is a well-known personality and is likely to suffer an irreparable loss and disrepute if relief is not granted at this stage. The court directed telecom authorities to take action to pull down websites providing content in violation of Bachchan's rights. It also directed telecom service providers to block access to telephone numbers circulating infringing messages. Senior advocate Harish Salve said the relief of injunction was sought not only against the individuals named in the lawsuit but also against "john doe" parties or unknown parties who may be exploiting Bachchan's publicity rights. He said besides the lottery, domain names were registered under the actor's name; there was "Amitabh Bachchan Video Call" and even T-shirts bearing his photographs.
