<keyword id="3658" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="india" source="Orion">India</keyword>'s new airline, <keyword id="11911527" type="General" weightage="80" keywordseo="akasa-air" source="Orion">Akasa Air</keyword>, on Thursday got its <keyword id="4542593" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="air-operator-certificate" source="Orion">Air Operator Certificate</keyword> (<keyword id="212097" type="General" weightage="80" keywordseo="aoc" source="Orion">AOC</keyword>) from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).<br /><br />"The grant of the AOC is the final step of a comprehensive and rigorous process laid down by the DGCA and marks the satisfactory completion of all regulatory and compliance requirements for the airline's operational readiness," Akasa Air said in a statement.<br /><br />The airline added that it is the first airline whose end-to-end AOC process was conducted using the government's progressive eGCA digital platform.<br /><br />The process concluded with the airline having successfully conducted a number of proving flights under the supervision of the country's aviation regulator, the company said.<br /><br />"We now look forward to opening our flights for sale, leading to the start of commercial operations by late July. <ul class="summary-list"><li>The Federal Aviation Administration has issued <keyword id="18635" type="CITY" weightage="60" keywordseo="Amazon">Amazon</keyword> permission to begin conducting delivery drone operations.</li><li>Amazon's <keyword id="2081955" type="PERSON" weightage="60" keywordseo="Prime-Air">Prime Air</keyword> drone project has been in the works since 2013.</li><li>The online <keyword id="6354851" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="retail">retail</keyword> giant received permission to begin testing drone deliveries in June 2019.</li><li>"<keyword id="758541" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="60" keywordseo="Amazon-Prime">Amazon Prime</keyword> Air's concept uses autonomous UAS to safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers," a <keyword id="137685" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="60" keywordseo="FAA">FAA</keyword> spokesperson said in a statement sent to Business Insider.</li></ul><p>The Federal Aviation Administration will allow Amazon's fleet of Prime Air delivery drones to take flight.</p><p>A FAA spokesperson told Business Insider that the administration issued Amazon Prime Air its certificate on August 29. The Part 135 air carrier certificate allows Amazon to use "unmanned aircraft systems," or UAS, in a commercial operation.</p><p>"Amazon Prime Air's concept uses autonomous UAS to safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers," the spokesperson said in a statement sent to Business Insider. "The FAA's role is to ensure that any UAS operation is performed safely. The FAA supports innovation that is beneficial to the public, especially during a health or weather-related crisis."</p><p>The certificate will allow Amazon to dive into operating a commercial drone delivery service, which has been in the works since 2013. The FAA gave Amazon <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/amazon-prime-air-drones-approved-by-faa-2019-6">permission</a> to test its drones in the US in June 2019. FAA <a href="https://www.faa.gov/uas/advanced_operations/package_delivery_drone/">regulations</a> hold that "Part 135 certification is the only path for small drones to carry the property of another for compensation beyond visual line of sight."</p><p>In response to Business Insider's request for comment, an Amazon representative sent a statement from Amazon Prime Air Vice President David Carbon.</p><p>"This certification is an important step forward for Prime Air and indicates the FAA's confidence in Amazon's operating and safety procedures for an autonomous drone delivery service that will one day deliver packages to our customers around the world," Carbon said. "We will continue to develop and refine our technology to fully integrate delivery drones into the airspace, and work closely with the FAA and other regulators around the world to realize our vision of 30-minute delivery."</p><p>Amazon's electric drones are installed with a sense-and-avoid system to avert crashes. To date, the company's drone fleet has put in thousands of flight hours. Despite its new certification, Amazon will not be delivering packages to consumers yet. There is no word when its fleet of drones will be scaled and put to work fulfilling orders.</p><p>Amazon is also not the only player in the delivery drones game. In July, regional grocery chain <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/rouses-markets-tests-unmanned-drone-grocery-delivery-with-deuce-drone-2020-7">Rouses Markets</a> teamed up with last-mile delivery drone startup Deuce Drone for test flights in Alabama. The FAA has additionally issued Part 135 air carrier certificates to <keyword id="6357623" type="DEFINITION" weightage="60" keywordseo="alphabet">Alphabet</keyword>'s Wing Aviation and <keyword id="47560" type="COMPANY" weightage="60" keywordseo="ups">UPS</keyword>' Flight Forward.</p>

<ul class="summary-list"><li>Archer Aviation announced it has received a certificate for commercial operations from the FAA.</li><li>However, it still needs certification for its Midnight eVTOL — on track to launch next year.</li></ul><p><a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/see-inside-new-electric-aircraft-evtol-united-will-launch-2023-7">Archer Aviation</a> has received the green light for commercial operations.</p><p>The California-based company, which has a market capitalization of $1 billion, announced Wednesday that the Federal Aviation Administration has granted it a Part 135 air carrier and operator certificate.</p><p>It marks a major step forward for the firm, which is helping pave the way for electric-vertical-take-off-and-landing aircraft or <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/why-the-aviation-industry-is-excited-about-flying-taxis-2023-12">eVTOLs</a> — often referred to as air taxis.</p><p>Archer hopes to transform urban travel, replacing an hourlong commute with a 10-minute flight on its quiet, sustainable aircraft.</p><p>CEO Adam Goldstein previously told Business Insider that a seat should cost about $100. The aim is to replace ride-share services between city centers and airports.</p><p>Archer said the FAA certificate allows it to refine its systems before it launches services for customers like United Airlines.</p><p>However, its flagship aircraft, Midnight, still needs certification.</p><p><a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/united-electric-air-taxi-archer-evtol-2023-6">United Airlines has bet big on Midnight</a>, placing a $1 billion order for the vehicle in 2021.</p><p>In Wednesday's press release, United's chief financial officer, Mike Leskinen, said: "The pace of progress and innovation that Archer has achieved over the last few years is nothing short of impressive and today marks another key milestone in their journey to bring safe, sustainable, and low-noise air taxi services to market."</p><p>"Together, we look forward to shaping the future of air transportation and delivering unparalleled flying experiences to United passengers," he added.</p><p>Archer is the second eVTOL company after <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/what-we-know-about-joby-aviation-evtol-startup-2021-3">Joby Aviation</a> to announce receipt of a Part 135 certificate from the FAA.</p><p>The first commercial air taxi flights are planned for the Paris Olympics, courtesy of the German startup Volocopter. Archer is aiming to debut commercial flights next year.</p>

<ul class="summary-list"><li>The <keyword id="12257804" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="60" keywordseo="f-35a" source="Orion">F-35A</keyword> <keyword id="12257807" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="60" keywordseo="stealth" source="Orion">stealth</keyword> fighter recently moved closer to being able to carry <keyword id="12257806" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="60" keywordseo="nuclear-bombs" source="Orion">nuclear bombs</keyword> and conduct nuclear strikes.</li><li>The <keyword id="6354954" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="60" keywordseo="air-force" source="Orion">Air Force</keyword> said this week that the fighter dropped mock nuclear bombs in recent testing, part of the nuclear certification process.</li><li>Stealth aircraft have the ability to penetrate adversary defenses to deliver devastating strikes.</li></ul><p>The US Air Force F-35A Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter moved a step closer to being able to carry <keyword id="12257805" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="60" keywordseo="nuclear-weapons" source="Orion">nuclear weapons</keyword> and conduct nuclear strike operations with a recent milestone test, <a href="https://www.acc.af.mil/News/Article-Display/Article/2799580/f-35a-completes-milestone-5th-gen-fighter-test-with-refurbished-b61-12-nuclear/">the service reported this week</a>.</p><p>Two fifth-generation F-35A stealth fighter jets released B61-12 Joint Test Assemblies, non-nuclear mock-ups of a nuclear bomb, at the Tonopah Test Range, which is part of the much larger Nevada Test and Training Range that has been used in the past for nuclear weapons testing.</p><p>The full weapon system demonstration carried out by the Air Force on Sept. 21 with the F-35A was the final flight test exercise of the nuclear design certification process, one of two phases in the nuclear certification process.</p><p>The second phase is the nuclear operational certification, which will be completed at a later date.</p><div type="image" title="An F-35A Lightning II takes off to complete the final test exercise of the nuclear design certification process at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, Sept. 21, 2021" height="2825" width="4246" msid="86813821" hostid="261"></div><p>The Air Force described the recent testing as "the first release of the most representative B61-12 test asset from an operationally-representative F-35A."</p><p>The B61-12 is the newest variant in the B61 family of nuclear gravity bombs, a roughly 800-pound weapon with a presumed variable yield system that can increase the explosive yield up to about 50 kilotons of TNT. The Air Force expects to receive the first production in 2022.</p><p>"The B61 series weapons are tactical gravity nuclear weapons that can be used on Dual Capable Aircraft like the F-15E and F-16C/D," Lt. Col. Once the fighter jet achieves full nuclear certification, only units tasked with a nuclear mission will have F-35As able to be configured for nuclear strike operations.</p><p>The US Air Force already operates the stealth B-2 Spirit bomber, but the addition of a nuclear-capable stealth fighter gives the service a boost in capability, Air Force officials have said.</p><p>"It makes our potential adversaries think more about their game plan before launching it," Air Combat Command deputy director for strategic deterrence <a href="https://www.airforcemag.com/f-35-completes-final-test-for-nuclear-capable-b61-series-weapons/">Lt. Col. Douglas A. Kabel told Air Force Magazine</a>. "It can get closer to, further inside a combat area that may otherwise be impossible for non-stealth assets."</p><p>Although the recent testing in Nevada, which involved the 422d and 59th Test and Evaluation Squadrons, as well as Air Force personnel from the 57th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, 926th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, and Bolt Aircraft Maintenance Unit, moved the F-35A closer to a nuclear strike role, it remains unclear at this time when the fighter will become fully nuclear certified.</p>

According to Wilke, Amazon's newest drone will be able to fly up to 15 miles and is capable of delivering packages under five pounds in less than 30 minutes. Amazon's drone delivery service is one step closer to taking flight

At the moment, two companies make up 76% of the market share of passenger aircraft. New entrants, like Larry Page's autonomous flying taxi company Kitty Hawk, promises to change the way people move around their cities.</p><p>With the FAA predicting between 2.75 Million and 4.47 Million small drones flying in the United States by 2021, the sheer density of traffic will prove unmanageable without a revolutionary new approach; one that won't exist without an overhaul in how certification of systems works today.</p><p><div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table float_right"><div><div class="image on-image"><p class="source"><span><a href="http://kmelrobotics.com/">Kmel</a></span></p></div><p></p></div></div>Removing an on-board pilot changes more than aerodynamics, it changes the very concept of safety for the aircraft. Legacy aviation legislation and regulation had been written to protect those on the ground by protecting those in the sky. With drones, it may be tolerable to have failures so long as they are considerate of population density, airspace environments, and include protective systems that are reliable. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), overseeing the certification of these aircraft admits, "Existing airworthiness standards have developed from years of operational safety experience with manned aircraft and [thus] may be too restrictive for UAS in some areas and inadequate in others." The classic approach does not fit - it is too rigid, and too slow to keep up with the demands of unmanned aviation.</p><p>Now, what we are seeing is a novel approach to aircraft certification for small drones beginning to take hold. Given the diversity of use cases for drone technologies, a standardized benchmarking approach should be created for certification. In other words, drone designs that meet certain high standards would be granted the most access to airspace, while those that cannot meet that standard can only operate where failure is more tolerable (ie, over the ocean, a field, etc).</p><p>Regulators are forced to try to fit the current understanding of analog, direct input control into a new paradigm of digital, automated and distributed control. Compounding the problem, those multi-lateral certification agreements that ensured international commerce and safety for so long, now hinder innovative nations from implementing new governance structures. We're seeing this problem manifest itself throughout all fourth industrial technologies - from IoT where connection reliability leans heavily on certification protocols to blockchain where the very concept promises new certification and authorization processes, majorly disrupting financial industries, digital identification and more. For aviation, the way we maneuver the aircraft - software, hardware, and the spectrum for connection - become major weak points. For success in the unmanned aircraft world to be realized, the future of certification must incorporate a re-imagining of the processes by which governments engage manufacturers, software developers, end-users, academia, and the military.</p><p>These new certifications will pair well with the leading thought in operational safety for unmanned systems proposed under EASA's prototype regulation and codified in Rwanda's industry leading regulation.</p><p><em>This is an opinion column. Ford, reached several major milestones in a matter of hours, marking the advancement of the carrier's crew and its systems.</p><p>The Ford completed flight deck certification and carrier air-traffic control center certification on March 20, after it achieved Precision Approach Landing Systems certification and conducted two days of flight operations.</p><p>F/A-18E and F/A-18F Super Hornets from four squadrons assigned to Carrier Air Wing 8 conducted 123 daytime launches and landings and 42 nighttime launches and landings aboard the Ford over a two-day period, exceeding the minimum requirements for each by three and two, respectively.</p><p>"Our sailors performed at a level that was on par with a forward deployed aircraft carrier, and this was a direct result of the hardcore training and deployment-ready mentality we have pushed every day for the past year," Capt. J. J. Cummings, the Ford's commanding officer, said in a <a href="https://www.dvidshub.net/news/365735/ready-fleet-ford-completes-flight-deck-and-carrier-air-traffic-control-center-certifications" target="_blank" rel="noopener">release</a>. "Our team put their game faces on, stepped into the batter's box and smashed line drives out of the park. In December, the company <a href="http://www.regulations.gov/#!documentDetail;D=FAA-2014-0474-0014">sent a very pointed letter to FAA</a> warning that it would "have no choice" but to move more of its drone research outside the United States if it wasn't allowed to do more testing outside soon. </p><p>With the new certificate from the FAA, Amazon's drones can now fly outside, but must remain in sight of trained pilots. The company will also need to report all its data to the FAA.</p><p>Though being able to test its drones outside is good news for Amazon, there are still plenty of hurtles ahead.</p><p>In February, <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/amazon-faa-drone-regulations-2015-2">the FAA proposed a new set of rules</a> for commercial drones that would require the vehicles to stay away from people. Amazon just scored a big win for its delivery drones ambitions

New Delhi, E-commerce behemoth Amazon has fired several employees who were part of its Prime Air drone delivery project, Financial Times reported on Thursday.<br /><br />According to the report, the company has laid off "dozens" of employees working on the firm's drone project while also seeking out manufacturing deals with third party vendors.<br /><br />The company is laying off "staff involved in the Prime Air drone program's research, development, and manufacturing units".<br /><br />An Amazon spokesperson confirmed the layoffs, saying the "reorganisation" is a means "to allow us to best align with the needs of our customers and the business".<br /><br />The report cited sources as saying that Amazon is still "years away" from the project properly taking off.<br /><br />It said that Amazon is in talks with two manufacturers, FACC Aerospace and Aernnova Aerospace. However, no deal has been finalised yet. <br /><br />In September, reports surfaced that Amazon has come to a step closer to launching drone delivery of packages in the US after it received a crucial certificate from the <keyword id="50977" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Federal-Aviation-Administration">Federal Aviation Administration</keyword> (<keyword id="137685" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="FAA">FAA</keyword>).<br /><br />With the possession of what is called Part 135 air carrier certificate, Amazon can run its fleet of Prime Air delivery drones, <keyword id="51916" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Cnbc">CNBC</keyword> had reported. <br /><br />According to the FAA, Part 135 certification is the "only path for small drones to carry the property of another for compensation beyond visual line of sight".<br /><br />Following the crucial approval, Amazon said it will start testing customer deliveries.<br /><br />"This certification is an important step forward for Prime Air and indicates the FAA's confidence in Amazon's operating and safety procedures for an autonomous drone delivery service that will one day deliver packages to our customers around the world," David Carbon, Vice President of Prime Air, was quoted as saying in a statement.<br /><br />"We will continue to develop and refine our technology to fully integrate delivery drones into the airspace, and work closely with the FAA and other regulators around the world to realise our vision of 30-minute delivery."<br /><br />The e-commerce giant started testing delivery drones way back in 2013 with the aim of delivering packages within 30 minutes. Several other companies, including <keyword id="47560" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="ups">UPS</keyword> and Alphabet-owned Wing, have received Part 135 certification from FAA.<br /><br /><br />

<ul class="summary-list"><li>The 2nd Bomb Wing at Barksdale Air Force Base hosted an Aircraft Monitor and Control test for the B-52H Stratofortress between August 24 and 26.</li><li>The test is done every five to 10 years to demonstrate the <keyword id="146704" type="PERSON" weightage="60" keywordseo="B-52">B-52</keyword>'s ability to provide the required voltage levels to use the AGM-86 air-launched cruise missile.</li></ul><p>The 2nd Bomb Wing hosted an Aircraft Monitor and Control test for the B-52H Stratofortress August 24-26, 2020.</p><p>The test is performed every five to 10 years to demonstrate the capability of the B-52 to provide the required voltage levels for the mission configuration in the AGM-86 air-launched cruise missile interface (ALCM).</p><p>Barksdale's preparation started a month prior to the test date with the selection of the aircraft and a complete missile operational check.</p><div type="image" title="Air Force B-52 nuclear bomb" height="1406" width="2500" msid="78129932" hostid="261"></div><p>"Nuclear compatibility certification is based upon compliance with the design criteria defined by Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Surety and Certification Division (NTS), which measures key parameters of the B-52H's ability to communicate with the AGM-86B missile," said Mahmoud Rasouliyan, 2nd Maintenance Group director of operations. "Successful certification of the platform will allow the B-52 to continue to support the nuclear triad."</p><p>The equipment for testing is attached to the warhead and is able to record timing and voltages across the warhead, missile and aircraft. The required sample size for this test will meet a historical Sandia National Laboratories (SNL) requirement of two B-52 aircraft.</p><div type="image" title="Air Force B-52 nuclear bomb" height="1406" width="2500" msid="78129936" hostid="261"></div><p>"After a successful loading of 20 missiles, our 2nd Operations Group aircrew members were able to flex their schedules and perform the engine run portion of the test ahead of schedule to meet the SNL test points," said Rasouliyan. "The next day, the aircraft was towed into the Weapons Load Training facility for the AFNWC/NTS power requirements. Upon completion of the NTS' test, the SNL team continued with their final testing requirements."</p><p>Due to Hurricane Laura, all AMAC test requirements were accomplished one day earlier than planned and all of the main test points were successfully captured by the SNL and AFNWC/NTS teams.</p><p>The test data will be analyzed to compare against previous data in order to monitor changes in the baseline, thus indicating a design issue created by aging, aircraft modification or a combination thereof.</p><div type="image" title="Air Force B-52 nuclear bomb" height="1406" width="2500" msid="78129939" hostid="261"></div><p>"We test on aircraft to ensure that the data we are collecting is from a weapon system that is representative of the fleet," said Ben Post, Sandia National Labs aircraft compatibility department B-52 electrical lead.</p><p>"Prior to these testing activities, we have not captured waveforms during an AMAC test of a max loaded B-52's ALCM configuration. We want to prove that it works functionally and then check the signals that we're capturing here to make sure the values match what the specification allows."</p><p>Sandia, the engineering arm of the nation's nuclear weapons enterprise, is responsible for the non-nuclear components of US nuclear weapons.</p>

B-52 bombers in Louisiana tested their ability to drop nuclear bombs

<ul class="summary-list"><li>Southwest Airlines and Archer Aviation are developing electric air taxi operations in California.</li><li>Southwest plans to use Archer Midnight eVTOL aircraft to cut customer travel time to the airport.</li></ul><p><a target="_blank" class="" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/southwest-changes-activist-investstor-free-bags-open-seating-fees-2024-6">Southwest Airlines</a> and <a target="_blank" class="" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/united-electric-air-taxi-archer-evtol-2023-6">Archer Aviation</a> plan to develop an electric air taxi network for California airports.</p><p>The two companies signed an agreement on Friday that would allow Southwest Airlines customers to use Archer's Midnight electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft as a speedy means of getting to and from airports in the future.</p><p>"This is a pretty huge deal for us and the industry," Archer Aviation chief commercial officer Nikhil Goel told Business Insider. "This is the first time Southwest has done anything like this, and so at this point, we're working with two of the biggest airlines in the US and three of the five largest airlines in the world by market cap."</p><div type="image" title="A Southwest Airlines Boeing 737 MAX 8 jet takes departs from San Diego International Airport en route to Denver on January 13, 2024 in San Diego, California." height="2672" width="4008" msid="111698219" hostid="261" sizebytes="525048"></div><p>Archer has also been working with <a target="_blank" class="" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/united-electric-air-taxi-archer-evtol-2023-6">United Airlines</a>, which ordered $1 billion worth of the company's Midnight eVTOL aircraft for similar use in 2021.</p><p>The firm has inked deals internationally, as well. <a target="_blank" class="" href="https://investors.archer.com/news/news-details/2023/InterGlobe-Enterprises-and-Archer-Aviation-Announce-Plans-to-Launch-All-Electric-Air-Taxi-Service-Across-India-in-2026/default.aspx">Interglobe Enterprises</a>, the parent company of India's largest airline, <a target="_blank" class="" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/best-low-cost-airlines-in-the-world-according-to-skytrax-2024-7">IndiGo</a>, signed an agreement in late 2023 with Archer that includes the purchase of 200 Midnight eVTOL aircraft for air taxi service in India.</p><p>The Southwest deal aims to shorten airport commutes for customers flying through any of the 14 California airports where the airline operates.</p><p>For example, let's say someone in Los Angeles wants to fly to Napa — but skip traffic to and from the airport.</p><p>With Archer, they would go to the <a target="_blank" class="" href="https://smdp.com/2024/02/14/air-taxi-start-up-to-operate-from-santa-monica-airport-and-expects-to-be-flying-by-2025/">Archer Vertaport, under development in Santa Monica</a>, for a short hop to Burbank Airport. There, they would board an 80-minute Southwest flight to San Francisco International Airport and then a 15-minute Archer flight to Napa. (For context, Napa is roughly 60 miles from SFO).</p><div type="image" title="The interior of Archer's Midnight eVTOL with wide seats with headrests." height="1333" width="2000" msid="111698220" hostid="261" sizebytes="60206"></div><p>Goel said this route could shave one to two hours off customers' travel time.</p><p>Beyond the new partnership with Southwest, Archer said it is focused on completing the development and certification process and building up the manufacturing infrastructure to support the Midnight eVTOL, which is at the heart of the deal.</p><p>"For us at Archer, the next 18 months are almost solely dedicated to certifying and manufacturing the aircraft," Goel said.</p><p><a target="_blank" class="" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/flying-taxi-firm-archer-gets-faa-approval-for-commercial-operations-2024-6">Archer received FAA certification to commence commercial operations</a> in June, allowing the company to refine its systems before launching customer service.</p><p>However, the Midnight eVTOL, a four-seat electric tilt-rotor aircraft, has not been certified.</p><div type="image" title="Concept drawing of an Archer manufacturing facility." height="1389" width="2000" msid="111698221" hostid="261" sizebytes="147092"></div><p>Archer is also working to <a target="_blank" class="" href="https://markets.businessinsider.com/news/stocks/stellantis-invests-additional-55-million-in-archer-following-recent-flight-test-milestone-1033522905">complete its </a><a target="_blank" href="https://markets.businessinsider.com/news/stocks/stellantis-invests-additional-55-million-in-archer-following-recent-flight-test-milestone-1033522905">350,000-square-foot production facility</a> in Covington, Georgia, which will be operated in partnership with Stellantis. When fully operational, the factory is expected to be able to produce up to 650 aircraft a year, with room to expand capacity to 2,300 aircraft annually.</p><p>Archer isn't the only player in the eVTOL business that's working with major airlines.</p><p><a target="_blank" class="" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/delta-makes-a-60-million-investment-in-evtols-joby-aviation-2022-10">Delta</a> and Japan's <a target="_blank" class="" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/airlines-investing-in-evtol-aircraft-united-american-2022-8">All Nippon Airways</a> are working with fellow mobility startup Joby Aviation for future air taxi services.</p>
