<br /> Men will be men! Even with their bellies out and fading hairline, most Indian men still want their wives to look like the Bollywood heroine onscreen even when they have babies. Or so says the latest survey, <keyword id="29734" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Yummy-Mummy">Yummy Mummy</keyword>, by research agency <keyword id="148655" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="AC-Nielsen">AC Nielsen</keyword>.<br />
	 <br />
	If the survey is to be believed then 92% of expecting fathers want their wives to be Yummy Mummy post their pregnancies while they also want their wives to have the same pre pregnancy bodies after their pregnancies. Interestingly, 91% of new and expecting fathers are actively ensuring to get their wives in shape post delivery.<br />
	 <br />
	“While it is a widely known fact, it has been reinforced that 62% new and expecting fathers associate maintaining body post pregnancy as much as pre pregnancy with Yummy Mummy,” stated the survey.<br />
	 <br />
	However, new or would-be mothers too have their own fears. The survey has found out that the biggest cause of worry for almost 84% of new mothers is with respect to their physical appearance—stretch marks.<br />
	 <br />
	“The Yummy Mummy Survey also uncovered that there are several beliefs around stretch marks which are still prevalent amongst new and expecting mothers. For instance: 76% new and expecting mothers agree that stretch marks happen only on the tummy,” revealed the study.  <br />
	 <br />
	However, it should be noted that stretch marks can occur on the breasts, thighs, hips, lower back and buttocks. “Stretch marks can appear anywhere on the body, but it is more likely for them to form where larger amounts of fats are stored in the body. Though many of my patients worry about stretch marks, very few are aware of the facts. 66% new and expecting mothers agree that stretch marks have no cure,” said renowned gynecologist Dr Kiran Coelho, who has been the gynecologist to Bollywood stars such as Shilpa Shetty, Lara Dutta and Mandira Bedi.<br />
	 <br />
	According to the survey, 67% new and expecting fathers believe beautiful skin to be an essential part of being a Yummy Mummy.<br />
	 <br />
	Well, the good news-- 80% of women too want to get back in shape post pregnancy while 83% women would prefer natural ingredients in their personal care products post pregnancy in order to get rid of stretch marks and other skin related problems.<br />

Everything coming to — and leaving — Netflix in January

<p>KFC UK and Ireland decided to have a little bit of fun with its social media this week.</p><p>On Thursday, the fast food giant advertised a forthcoming "clean-eating burger" on its social media accounts.</p><p>The burger apparently consists of:</p><ul><li>A chia-seeded cauliflower bun</li><li>Unsweetened almond yoghurt</li><li>Ice cube relish</li><li>Spiralized chicken breast</li><li>100% British kale</li></ul><p>The burger was purportedly created in collaboration with "Figgy Poppleton-Rice," a clear poke at nauseous clean-eating, clean-living food bloggers. The bio on her Twitter account, which was set up just this month, reads: "Clean-eating fanatic, development chef, cauliflower connoisseur. Proud mummy to Julian, the micro-teacup Pomeranian 🐩 #CleanEating"</p><p>It's clearly a parody, but that hasn't stopped some incredulous responses to the campaign from social media users:</p><p><a href="http://mashable.com/2017/02/24/kfc-clean-eating-burger/#mvTq5XjcEmqz">A KFC spokesperson told Mashable</a>: "The KFC spokesperson isn't available to comment as they are currently looking into an increased cauliflower demand."</p><p>Ha. To all those women who believe that slim models, hour-glass figure freaks and weight-conscious yummy-mummies are those who exists only in the reel world, let me tell all of you that I was one of you who thought so myself. <br />

Being chubby and a foodie from as long as I can remember, I used to indulge in black forest pastries and eat a banana with sugar after lunch as dessert. Worse still I used to believe in eating milk powder or taking tablespoons full of condensed milk to keep me healthy.<br />
<br />
Life for me was always an XXL. It did two things to me – it made me immune to the snide remarks and thoughts of others around me and what it actually did- it made me confident to excel in whatever I was good at. <br />
<br />
Not sports, but oratory. I was gifted with the gift of the gab. I could speak for minutes and win JAM sessions hands down; I could speak at any function or event and could simply hog the limelight on stage. Maybe that was the way I could combat the fact that I was living to eat and not the way it should be.<br />
<br /> One day I just wanted to prove to myself how strong I really was -I decided to show people that I am as strong as the ‘rock of <keyword id="106402" type="COUNTRY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Gibraltar">Gibraltar</keyword>’. So that fateful morning, I got up and told myself that I needed to be healthy. I told myself that I should be able to live a healthy life and that a healthier life would make me happier. The thought stemmed from the fact that if I could do so many things better than anyone else, losing <keyword id="17819" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="weight">weight</keyword> and getting into some shape for myself, should not be as daunting as it seemed.<br />

First thing was to abstain from the yummy ever-so-tempting rolls, croissants, and pastries that I so adore. It was not easy, but gals let me candid here, it was not impossible. I would tuck into spoonfuls of cut fruits and imagine them to be my tasty creamy rolls. <br />

I would tuck into veggies and grilled healthy chicken and fish and think them to be batter fried and crispy 65’s! It took a long time….longer than I ever imagined. It was a frustrating journey not only for me but for my family- my mom was at the receiving end…my hunger and frustration would know no bounds and my otherwise cheerful demeanor was changing. <br />

It was my mom who believed more than me that I could even touch the skies if I really wanted to, and it was her confidence in me that took me to the day when the inch loss slowly became the obvious weight loss. I slowly began coming to terms with my ‘Standing on the scales’ (a still very scary experience) experience. <br />

It did take a whole change of the mind- in fact; it was both the mind and the body that I had to control. Exercise became a part of life. Salads and sprouts became friends and grilled <keyword id="6181" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Food">food</keyword> an option for dining out. It took more and more time. <br />

In almost close to a year, I had transformed. My body was in shape, my diet was healthier and my exercise routine made me fitter. While these changes made me ecstatic, I learned two valuable lessons in my life- two lessons that I will never ever forget- lesson one, ‘belief’ and lesson two, ‘control’.<br />

<p>Lululemon has been looking for a new CEO since June, when Christine Day said she would step down once a replacement was found.</p>
<p>Potdevin will take over in January 2014 from Day, who was behind Lulu's blistering growth rate and its transition from yummy mummy niche to broader, multi-sport appeal. Potdevin joins from TOMS Shoes and has earlier worked with Burton Snowboards and LVMH.</p>
<p>The Vancouver-based company was hit with a U.S. lawsuit in July, accusing it of defrauding shareholders by hiding defects in yoga pants whose sheerness led to a recall, and concealing talks that led to the sudden departure of its chief executive.</p>
<p>Lululemon, which recalled its popular black luon yoga pants in March because they were too see-through, recently also faced new customer complaints that some products were too susceptible to pilling - the small, unsightly balls of fibers that form on fabric from wear and tear.</p>
<p>Wilson, who founded the company in 1998 and owns 8.84 percent shares according to Reuters data, is known to court controversy. He caused a furor last month when he said Lululemon products were wrong for certain body shapes.</p>
<p>In the past, Wilson said he chose the name "Lululemon" because L is not in the Japanese vocabulary. "It's funny to watch them try to say it," he said in a 2004 profile in the National Post Business magazine.</p>
<p>Michael Casey, a former Starbucks <SBUX.O> executive and lead director of Lululemon's board for the past six years, will take over as chairman.</SBUX.O></p>
<p>Lululemon shares, which have fallen about 15 percent since Day announced her intention to quit the company, closed at $70.34 on Monday on the Nasdaq.</p>
