Educating the voters about the polling process is a crucial responsibility in front of the EC while Delhi is facing the assembly elections 2020. As part of fulfilling the statutory requirements mentioned in Conduct of Elections Rules 1961 under Rule 31, the EC needs to provide relevant and accurate information to the voters regarding the election process and on the voting procedures.
