Popular comedy drama series "<keyword id="19926911" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Panchayat" source="keywords">Panchayat</keyword>" will return with its third season on May 28, streaming service <keyword id="19925152" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Prime-Video" source="keywords" meta.keywordsubtype="org" meta.entityname="Prime Video" meta.hostid="261" meta.entityid="Prime Video">Prime Video</keyword> announced on Thursday. <keyword id="19932418" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Jitendra-Kumar" source="keywords">Jitendra Kumar</keyword>, Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav, Faisal Malik, Chandan Roy, and Sanvikaa are reprising their roles in season three, which is directed by Deepak Kumar Mishra and written by Chandan Kumar. The latest chapter of the show, created by The Viral Fever (TVF), will premiere in Hindi, with dubs in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada, a streamer said in a press release. "Panchayat" revolves around Abhishek Tripathi (Jitendra Kumar), an engineering graduate who for lack of a better job option, joins as secretary of a panchayat office in a remote village named Phulera in Uttar Pradesh. The eight-episode series, which premiered with its first season in April 2020, was an instant hit on Prime Video and garnered overwhelming response leading to a second season that came out in May 2022. "'Panchayat' is one of the most loved Indian Amazon Originals, resonating not only with audiences in India but also across the globe. The love for this heartwarming comedy lies in its simplistic narrative that's rooted in the slow-paced village life and is tightly woven through its satirical treatment of the daily issues faced by the residents of Phulera. 'Panchayat' season three to come out on Prime Video on May 28

<ul><li><keyword id="9701956" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="tam-adex-print-advertising-report">TAM AdEx Print Advertising Report</keyword> has revealed that there has been a significant increase in <keyword id="9701955" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="print-ad-volumes">print ad volumes</keyword> in June in comparison to April 2020.</li><li>Cars has led as the category that advertised the most followed by coaching and competitive exams centres. </li><li>Close to 75% ads between April and June were in Hindi and English. </li></ul>While Print as a medium was badly hit during the lockdown months, things slowly seem to be picking up. Latest data from TAM has revealed that there has been a 3.2 times increase in the average Print ad volumes per day over April. The cars category topped the list with 8% share of Ad Space followed by ads by coaching and competitive exam centre. 4 out of the top 10 categories were from the education sector, together accounting for 16% share. <div type="image" title="Top 10 categories" msid="77366365" hostid="261"></div> While the multiple courses categories occupied the third position with 5% share, hospital/clinics was on fourth position with 4% share followed by range of OTC products. <div type="image" title="Top 10 advertisers" msid="77366372" hostid="261"></div> Between April and June 2020, around 75% of the print ads were in Hindi and English. Ads in other 11 languages accounted 25% share of ad space of Apr-Jun’20. June sees 3.2X increase over April in average Print ad volumes per day: TAM

<ul><li><keyword id="3518161" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="koo" source="Orion">Koo</keyword> has spent 65% of its total Facebook ad spends transactions in the last 90 days.</li><li>The company aims to close 2021 with 100 million users registered to the platform, Koo co-founder said.</li><li>Koo currently has over 14 million app downloads, a 10x increase since September last year.</li></ul>Social media app Koo started with a big bang, garnering interest from users, investors and in some cases even government officials. The company sprung up in March 2020 as Twitter’s Indian alternative and started gaining momentum in June last year, as relations between Twitter and the Indian government started straining. After 18 months, 14 million downloads and $34 million (₹255 crore) in fundraising, Koo is now splurging on Facebook ads to get more users on board and take on Twitter that has <a href="https://www.statista.com/statistics/242606/number-of-active-twitter-users-in-selected-countries/">22 million</a> users in India. The company has spent a little over ₹2.4 crore on Facebook ads in the last 90 days, according to <a href="https://www.facebook.com/ads/library/?active_status=all&amp;ad_type=political_and_issue_ads&amp;country=IN&amp;view_all_page_id=101044114877636&amp;search_type=page&amp;media_type=all">Facebook Ad Library</a>. That’s ₹80 lakh a month and ₹2.6 lakh a day, making Koo the top spender on Facebook in the last three months. These ads were run across Facebook-owned platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and its audience network. Interestingly, this is 65% of the total marketing expense (₹3.7 crore) Koo has made on the Facebook app since its inception in March 2020. The company wa founded to enable Indian users to converse freely in their local languages, which is not that widespread on Twitter. Koo currently has over 1.43 crore (or 14 million) downloads on its app, as per the App Annie analysis. This represents over 10 times increase from 17 lakh (1.7 million) downloads in September last year. The company, however, has set up higher targets for itself. “Our objective is to be extremely inclusive as a product and as a philosophy, so that every Indian is comfortable voicing their opinions. We want to get to 250 million users a month.
