Operations at the Terminal-2 of the <keyword id="89772" type="LOCATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="Indira-Gandhi-International-Airport">Indira Gandhi International Airport</keyword> here will recommence from October 1 after a gap of around six months. Till now, only T-3 at the IGIA was operational for passenger travel. "The resumption of operations at T-2 will be with 96 air traffic movements (48 departures and 48 arrivals) per day and increase progressively up to 180 by the end of October," Delhi International Airport (DIAL) said in a statement. "The terminal will resume operations with IndiGo's 2000 series flights and entire operations of GoAir in the initial phase. About 27 counters - 11 for GoAir and 16 for IndiGo - have been created to cater to the passengers of respective flights." According to DIAL, the first flight scheduled from T-2 after reopening will be of Srinagar-bound Indigo aircraft that will depart at 6.25 am. "To start with, all IndiGo flights with series 2000 (6E 2000 - 6E 2999) will operate from T-2," the statement said. "These will cater to 20 destinations from T-2, including Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bhubaneswar, Bhopal, Bengaluru, Cochin, Guwahati, Indore, Jammu, Lucknow, Chennai, Patna, Srinagar, Trivandrum, and Visakhapatnam among others." In the next phase, from October 8, flights to 12 more destinations, including Mumbai, Kolkata, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Goa, Hyderabad, Madurai, Jaipur, and Nagpur, will start operating from T-2, DIAL said. The shares of state-owned <keyword id="64243" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Oil-and-Natural-Gas-Corporation">Oil and Natural Gas Corporation</keyword> (ONGC) surged 5% on Monday on reports that India is considering a floor price for natural gas produced from local fields. IANS Sources said <keyword id="5219124" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="The-Petroleum-Ministry">the petroleum ministry</keyword> is considering a proposal under which domestic gas will have a floor pricing that would prevent fuel prices from crashing below an identified threshold in the current subdued market conditions and insulate oil and gas explorers like ONGC from a tariff crash. <div type="image" title="ONGC" msid="78362156" hostid="261"></div> CNG and piped natural gas prices could face an increase this festive season if the government implements a new floor price mechanism for gas produced from domestic fields by companies such as Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC). Talks are on to link gas prices with price Japan-Korea Marker, a benchmark index used to determine LNG tariff in North Asia with a discount. With JKM prices hovering over $ 5 million British thermal units (mmBtu) even with day $ 1 mmBtu discount, the Indian gas floor price under this formula will be close to $ 4 mmBtu. This is much higher than the government administered price of $ 2.39 mmBtu for the April-October, 2020 period. And if implemented, it could increase the cost for all gas consumers. "Nothing has been finalised on having a gas floor price as of now. A panel in the petroleum ministry is looking at various options and the best course would be adopted that has little impact on consumers but also supports oil and gas companies with remunerative and sustainable gas prices." The average cost of gas production for the country's largest public sector oil company ONGC is about $3.7/mmBtu, much higher than the current regulated price of natural gas at $2.39/mmBtu. This is expected to fall further to about $1.9/mmBtu for the next six months beginning October 1 under the current formula, sources said. Lower gas prices is bad news for ONGC as it would mean further suppressed margins and losses. The company is set to lose close to Rs 6,000 crore on low gas prices this year, brokerages have said. Brokerages have put ONGC's FY22E gas price at US$3.6-4.2/mmbtu depending on discount to JKM price if the new floor price is implemented. With Low L NG liquefaction capacity addition ahead, JKM spot futures for FY22-FY26E are expected at US$5.2-5.8/mmbtu vs US$4.7-4.1/mmbtu in FY20-FY21E. Oil minister Dharmendra Pradhan had said earlier that India will phase out price controls in natural gas and make it market-linked soon. ONGC surges 5% on reports of domestic gas price hike

<ul><li>Pandora Papers reveals 12 million documents and files exposing the “secret wealth” and dealing of world leaders, politicians and public figures.</li><li>A “compliance report” of Singapore-based watchdog AsiaCiti Trust had flagged <keyword id="12260245" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="kirill-androsov" source="Orion">Kirill Androsov</keyword>’s Lang Capital Fund (LFC) as a PEP, which has a higher risk of indulging in bribery or corruption.</li><li><keyword id="2698623" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="healthifyme" source="Orion">HealthifyMe</keyword> noted LCF was a publicly listed trust at the time of their investment and they were not aware of the PEP links.</li></ul>Indian fitness and health platform HealthifyMe’s name has surfaced in the Pandora Papers, which is a leak that reveals 12 million documents and files exposing the “secret wealth” and dealing of world leaders, politicians and public figures. Names of several prominent Indians — including cricketing legend<a href="https://www.businessinsider.in/india/news/anil-ambani-sachin-tendulkar-kiran-shaw-and-other-indians-named-in-the-pandora-papers-leak/articleshow/86745435.cms"> Sachin Tendulkar, businessman Nirav Modi, Biocon’s Kiran Mazumdar Shaw </a>and Reliance Communication’s Anil Ambani — have surfaced in Pandora papers as well. Now the name of HealthifyMe’s Singapore-based parent company HealthifyMe Pte Ltd appears in connection with Lang Capital Fund (LFC) owned by Kirill Androsov, businessman and a former aide of Russian President Vladimir Putin. A “compliance report” of Singapore-based watchdog AsiaCiti Trust, dated February 27 of 2018, mentions that at least four transactions made by Androsov’s LFC fund were marked as “high risk” due to their “PEP [Politically exposed Person]-related structure”. AsiaCiti has filed a similar <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/news/2021/oct/03/offshore-provider-accused-of-failing-to-follow-money-laundering-rules">report </a>in October 2014 as well, which named LFC. PEP adds an additional risk exposure for involvement in money laundering, bribery or corruption due to holding/having connections with high profile political roles or who has been entrusted with a prominent public function. A PEP status does not signify criminal behaviour. HealthifyMe claims that they were not aware of LFC’s PEP risk and connection with Putin. "At the time of taking investment from LCF — LCF was a publicly listed trust on the SGX [Singapore Exchange] and therefore was not wholly owned by any PEP. Singapore KYC requirements allowed HealthifyMe to take capital from any publicly listed trust without further investigation," the company said in a <a href="https://medium.com/@healthifyme/statement-from-healthifyme-35335d3cc88c" data-type="tilCustomLink">blogpost</a>, adding that LFC owns only 2% stake in the company. The Indian Express <a href="https://indianexpress.com/article/express-exclusive/pandora-papers-tushar-vashisht-healthifyme-7554466/" data-type="tilCustomLink">report</a> further reveals:<ul><li>HealthifyMe Pte Ltd (founded in 2015) set up an Indian entity HealthifyMe Wellness Private Limited (HRPL) in 2018.</li><li>As of March 2020, HealthifyMe’s founder <keyword id="2840907" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="tushar-vashisht" source="Orion">Tushar Vashisht</keyword> held 10 shares in HealthifyMe Wellness Private Limited (HWPL).HealthifyMe Pte Ltd held 2,43,318 shares. They are the only shareholders.</li><li>The LCF transaction under question included a payment that was made “for the subscription of 122,066 Series B2 Compulsorily Convertible and Non-Cumulative Preference Shares in HealthifyMe’s Singapore-based entity.</li><li>The company did not reveal the shareholding and directorship patterns to the directors of HealthifyMe Wellness Products and Services Private Limited between FY2015-2018.</li></ul>“Certain media reports on Pandora Papers have falsely claimed HealthifyMe Cofounder &amp; CEO Tushar Vashisht owning shell companies or Singapore hold-cos with connections to Politically Exposed Persons. We wish to clarify that these stories are inaccurate and have grossly misrepresented the facts,” a HealthifyMe Spokesperson told Business Insider. The company also noted that Vashisht is a minority shareholder in HealthifyMe Pte India, which counts Khosla Ventures, Leapfrog, Inventus, Chirata Ventures as shareholders. HealthifyMe’s co-founder claims to have no direct or indirect shareholdings in Lang Capital Fund, AsiaCiti Trust or Atlas Asset Management or other such companies mentioned in the article. HealthifyMe also told Business Insider that Vashisht was the sole director in HealthifyMe Wellness Products and Services Private Limited and the filings about directorships/shareholdings were never made. “Lang Capital Fund specifically has a 2% investment/shareholding in HealthifyMe Pte Ltd.
