She then felt fingers being inserted into her vagina, turned around, and saw Defendant Songz pulling his hand away from her bottom," the suit says.Jeffries "immediately" got down off the couch and was left "in a state of shock," according to the lawsuit."Another woman who was also in attendance went to Plaintiff, asked her what was wrong and then told Plaintiff that Defendant Songz had reached into her dress and insert his fingers into her vagina as well," the court filing says.The lawsuit says Songz then told the women to "eat some chicken wings so they could sober up."Still in "shock," Jeffries left the club with her friends and Songz and got back into Songz's car — driven by his security guard — where Songz took off his shirt, according to the lawsuit."Fearing more assault, Plaintiff began recording Defendant Songz for her own safety," the suit states.Songz attempted to take her phone, according to the lawsuit, but she "thwarted" his effort.Then, an "enraged" Songz ordered his driver — also named as a defendant in the lawsuit as a "John Doe" — to stop the vehicle and throw Jeffries out, according to the suit.The driver "grabbed Plaintiff and violently pulled her out of the vehicle, while Defendant Songz pushed her, and threw her onto the street," the suit says.As Songz and his driver were trying to get Jeffries out of the car, the suit alleges, Songz "threatened and ridiculed" her and "threw water in her face.""Plaintiff suffered scrapes on her legs after hitting the ground following being forcibly removed from the vehicle and thrown to [the] ground," the lawsuit says.The woman claims in the suit that Diddy — whose real name is Sean Combs — is liable because he and the servers at his New Year's Eve party gave Songz alcohol.Songz "assaulted, battered and falsely imprisoned Plaintiff while under the influence of alcohol which was consumed at the home of Defendant Combs and which impaired Defendant Songz's faculties," the lawsuit alleges.The court papers say Jeffries "suffered negligent infliction of emotional distress and resulting pain and suffering, disability," as well as "mental anguish," and she's seeking $20 million in damages.

She also faced backlash after social-media users claimed she had reposted photos from her Instagram, which are available to the public for free, to her OnlyFans. She responded to the criticism in a tweet: "People who think my OnlyFans is about to be just 'Instagram content'... you're dead wrong," she said. Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks took down the Denver Nuggets, Joel Embiid dropped 30 in the Philadelphia 76ers' win over the Detroit Pistons, and the hapless New York Knicks managed to record a W against Trae Young and the similarly-hapless Atlanta Hawks.<div type="image" title="victor oladipo.JPG" height="1013" width="1351" msid="75544575" hostid="261"></div>Oladipo remembers gearing up to watch Zion Williamson and the New Orleans Pelicans later in the night, but first up was the Utah Jazz versus the Oklahoma City Thunder.Then everything got turned upside down.Minutes before tip-off, the Jazz announced that Rudy Gobert had tested positive for COVID-19 and the game was canceled as Utah's players were placed in isolation in their locker room. Soon enough, the entire season was put on hold, and Oladipo's source of income was suddenly in question."I was switching back and forth between games when the alert came on," Oladipo told Insider. "I was like 'Whoa, are you serious?' And they had to stop games and they came out with the announcement that the rest of the season was canceled.""It was a different type of 'Whoa, what do we do now?' type of feeling," he added.<h2>Late in January, Oladipo had returned to the court after a brutal leg injury kept him off the floor for more than a year</h2>The seventh-year guard was finally beginning to find his groove when the coronavirus pandemic — and Gobert's diagnosis — forced the NBA to shutter its doors for the season.<div type="image" title="victor oladipo" height="1666" width="2221" msid="75544576" hostid="261"></div>"Coming back isn't always peachy clean," Oladipo said. "There were a few bumps in the road, but before the <keyword id="58679" type="COMPANY" weightage="60" keywordseo="Quarantine">quarantine</keyword> started I was starting to hit my stride and get that feeling back."The timing obviously wasn't ideal for anyone, but for a star on the mend after a full year of watching from the sidelines, the cancellation of the season was devastating. Still, Oladipo has tried to look at the bright side of the situation and views quarantine like "almost getting a second chance.""I had the opportunity to look at it two ways: negatively or positively. At the end of the day I chose the positive outlook on it," Oladipo said. "I'm just using this opportunity to give me time to get healthy and continue getting stronger.""I'm definitely optimistic and definitely thankful for where I'm at right now," he added. "For the most part I'm just trying to stay ready because you don't know what tomorrow can bring," he said. "I'm really focused on the court and getting back to my old self and actually getting back to better than my old self. That's my number one priority."<h2>When he's not refining his game, Oladipo is busy discovering new activities and picking up old hobbies that he had set aside</h2>He sees quarantine as "a time for people to relearn themselves," and he's been doing a bit of everything as a result. He hosts a weekly Instagram Live concert series on the NBA Instagram page to promote independent artists, plays lots of ping pong, watches "The Last Dance," and works on his own music."Not being able to do everything that we do on a normal basis forces us to attack and pay attention to things that we might not normally get a chance to," Oladipo said.An accomplished vocalist, Oladipo has released multiple albums and <a href="https://www.vibe.com/2018/11/victor-oladipo-vo-album">gotten favorable reviews</a> on his music. Or, <a href="http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2016091/" target="_blank">Trey Songz</a> fans came out in flocks. 
Either way, Lionsgate has another successful horror movie on its hands. 
"Texas Chainsaw 3D" didn't fare as well opening weekend as the 2003 remake ($23.1 million) but did earn more than its 2006 counterpart ($18.5 million), to show a film with 3D in the title may not hurt its viewing appeal. 
However, Lionsgate also has a history of successful horror releases at the beginning of every year ("Hostel," "My Bloody Valentine 3-D"). 
The rest of the box office was putty for Hollywood blockbusters. "Lord of the Rings" prequel "The Hobbit" and "Django Unchained" continue to flourish near the top of the box office, while the other Christmas release, "Lés Miserables," begins to ease up on its earnings. 
And, Matt Damon's fracking film sees a strong second week to make its debut among the top films. 
Out of the top ten this week are DreamWorks' "<a href="http://boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=guardians.htm" target="_blank">Rise of the Guardians</a>" dropping seven spots in its seventh week. The animated film about holiday mascots has earned $278.5 million worldwide. 
Disney's re-release of "Monsters, Inc." in 3D also bowed out of the top ten in week three. 
Here are this week's winners and losers at the box office:
10. After a 25 theater start last week, Matt Damon's franking film, "<a href="http://boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=promisedland2012.htm">Promised Land</a>," opens into more than 1,600 theaters this past weekend bringing its gross to $4.3 million. 
9. Seth Rogen's "<a href="http://boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=mymotherscurse.htm">The Guilt Trip</a>" drops one spot with $4.5 million. In three weekends the film has earned $31.2 million of its $40 million budget. 
8. "<a href="http://boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=lincoln.htm">Lincoln</a>" continues its slow descent out of theaters with another $5.3 million. Steven Spielberg's historical drama has earned $143.9 million in its nine-week U.S. run. 
7. Judd Apatow's latest comedy, "<a href="http://boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=apatow.htm">This is 40</a>" takes in $8.6 million in week three. Though the film has far exceeded its estimated $35 million budget, its $54.5 million gross to date barely makes a splash in the box-office water when compared to 2011's "Bridesmaids" ($288.4 million worldwide). 
6. Tom Cruise's "<a href="http://boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=oneshot.htm">Jack Reacher</a>" earns $9.3 million in weekend three. That finally sets its domestic total of $64.8 million ahead of its estimated $60 million budget. This is one of Cruise's few films to not earn more overseas than at home. Worldwide, the film has made $120.4 million. 
5. Billy Crystal's "<a href="http://boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=parentalguidance.htm">Parental Guidance</a>" brings in $10.1 million. In two weeks, the comedy has earned $68 million worldwide on an estimated $25 million budget. 
4. "<a href="http://boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=lesmiserables2012.htm">Lés Miserables</a>" earns another $16.1 million. The film, which opened Christmas day, has now earned $170 million worldwide in two weeks. 
3. "<a href="http://boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=hobbit.htm">The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey</a>" earned $17.5 million in week four – more than any of "The Lord of the Rings" during the same week. Most of the film's $824.8 million worldwide has come from overseas ($561 million). 
2. "<a href="http://boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=djangounchained.htm">Django Unchained</a>" narrowly misses holding off "Texas Chainsaw" with $20.1 million. That finally sets the film's gross ($106.4 million) over its hefty estimated budget of $100 million. 
1. "<a href="http://boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=lesmiserables2012.htm">Texas Chainsaw 3D</a>," the sequel to the 1974 classic, surprised with $23 million opening weekend. In comparison, that's more than previous horror films released by Lionsgate in the same month, 2009's "<a href="http://boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=mybloodyvalentine09.htm">My Bloody Valentine 3-D</a>" ($21 million) and 2007's "<a href="http://boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=hostel.htm">Hostel</a>" ($19.6 million).
