<br /> One of India’s leading business services group, <keyword id="6370333" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Quess-Corp">Quess Corp</keyword>, which also happens to be a subsidiary of travel services provider <keyword id="164802" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Thomas-Cook-India">Thomas Cook India</keyword>, has acquired 49% stake in Qatar based <keyword id="2651910" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Transfield-Services">Transfield Services</keyword>. According to an ET report, the deal was sealed at an undisclosed amount.<br />
	<br />
	“Post successful completion of the acquisition, Transfield Services (Qatar), primarily operating in the oil and gas market in the State of Qatar, will be the local entity vehicle for the industrial asset management division (Hofincons) of Quess,” said Thomas Cook India in a filing to the BSE.<br />
	It should be noted that Thomas Cook India’s is present across over 234 locations, which includes 23 airport counters in 96 cities across Mauritius, India and Sri Lanka.<br />
