Mark Zuckerberg’s townhall at IIT Delhi also touched upon a very important question-Candy Crush requests! 
 
Apart from heavy-weight questions on internet.org, net neutrality, startup ideals, Zuckerberg also got a question on ‘when will we stop getting Candy Crush requests?’ 
 To which, <keyword id="6354576" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Facebook">Facebook</keyword> CEO replied, “This is where the Townhall QnA's are useful. I sent a message to the person who is in the developer team to get rid of this issue. 
 
There are some tools that are outdated which let people send people invites. We hadn’t prioritised shutting it down. But we are doing it now.” 
 
This was rated the most popular question of the Q&amp;A today. 
 
Besides, Zuckerberg said its internet.org supported net neutrality and also brought to light the different between zero ratings and net neutrality. 
 
Zuckerberg said he is excited to be in India and the energy here was awesome.

<a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=mark+zuckerberg">Mark </a><a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=mark+zuckerberg">Zuckerberg</a>’s <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=townhall">Townhall</a> also saw questions on the startup culture in India and what is takes to start a new venture and build a separate entity. 
 To this, <keyword id="6354576" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Facebook">Facebook</keyword> founder said, “Building a company is a hard task but if you decide to start a company and begin hiring, you lose flexibility. 
 
The idea is to first start building something that you really care about and once you are confident it can turn into something good, that’s when you start hiring. That will allow you the flexibility to growth and build the way you want to.” 
 
Talking about elements of an ideal startup, he said, “You need to care. Focus on what you want to do and the impact of what you want to change.” 
 
He also spoke about challenges and mistakes. 
 
“No matter what you do, you will make mistakes. Even I made them. Mistakes in hiring, mistakes while setting up the company, the product, anything that can be done wrong, I have committed those mistakes. I was a college student and no one is born with those skills. You learn from mistakes, from trial and error. But if you do it together with your team, you get the power to wade through a lot mistakes. If you are building something that is valuable for people, they will forgive you for all the mistakes. Do as much good as you can,” said Zuckerberg. 
 
He said there will be many cultural biases and differences that any one individual will find almost impossible to deal with. However, if one faces these very challenges with partners that are building the company along with him, then the results are infinitely better. 
 
“That is why you need co founders, partners to help you through. To help you run the business successfully. There is no way a person can face all these challenges, two-three partners and a good team can power you to overcome rough patches,” said Zuckerberg.

A day after <keyword id="6354630" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Mark-Zuckerberg">Mark Zuckerberg</keyword>'s townhall at IIT Delhi, the <keyword id="6354576" type="CITY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Facebook">Facebook</keyword> founder posted a picture of him with a soybean farmer <keyword id="3118313" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Aasif-Mujawar">Aasif Mujawar</keyword> from Maharashtra who uses <keyword id="1826931" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Internet-org">Internet.org</keyword> to get childcare information. 
 
"Aasif and I talked about what the internet means to him and how it helps solve the greatest challenges he has faced as a father. I'm about to be a father soon myself, so I appreciate how he just wants to provide the best education and health for his daughters," read Zuckerberg's

	In his bid to give a push to internet.org, now called Free Basics, he had mentioned Aasif's story in a post last month while highlighting the farmer crisis in Maharashtra. He wanted to tell the world that millions like Aasif are using Internet.org to get vital health information. It not only educates, but also brings jobs for poor. 
	 
	In the same post, Zuckerberg had also announced significant improvements to Internet.org based on feedback from the community: "Any developer can include their services in Internet.org, supports secure HTTPS web services as well and the name of the app providing free basic services has been changed to Free Basics." 
	 
	 
	 
	A day before he was scheduled to address the townhall in Delhi, as Mark Zukerberg reached Delhi he headed straight to the Taj Mahal to witness the beauty of Indian heritage. The key takeaways from his interaction with IIT students were: India is an important market, internet.org is not anti-net neutrality, Facebook will go newer things to grow and it wants to improve human life.

A day after townhall, Mark Zuckerberg meets Indian farmer Aasif Mujawar who uses internet.org

<a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=facebook">Facebook</a>’s <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=mark+zuckerberg">Mark Zuckerberg</a> who is conducting <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=townhall">Townhall</a> Q&amp;A at IIT Delhi also answered queries on Internet.org, which is criticised in India over speculations that it violated the idea of <keyword id="6391709" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Net-neutrality">net neutrality</keyword>. 
 
Zuckerberg said internet.org supports net neutrality totally as it is an important principle. 
 
“We are pushing for regulations that enable this and we can build a platform that any developer can have access to,” he said. 
 <keyword id="6354576" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Facebook">Facebook</keyword> founder also said that it is kind of impossible to provide whole of internet for free. 
 
“We have figured out a developer which can provide basic services for free without any rich videos and other features. It is important to have regulations for companies from doing things that hurt people,” he said. 
 
“In terms of open platform, some suggest it won’t be open enough. In terms of regulation, in India and around the world are trying to figure out what the regulations should be,” said Zuckerberg. 
 
He pointed out the difference between zero ratings and net neutrality. 
 
The EU just released rules that are very different and also separate for zero ratings and net neutrality, he said. 
 
“Most people who are pushing for net neutrality already have access to the internet. We have a responsibility for those who do not have internet access,” he said. 
 
Zuckerberg said that the second biggest community is in India and they want the next billion to come online. 
 
“There are three things which are really important for internet that are network, “affordability and awareness. We are working on all these three areas,” he said. 
 
FB founder said, “There are about 4 billion people in the world who do not have access to internet. They are robbed of opportunities that is why we care deeply about it.” 
 
He said 15 million has access to internet all thanks to internet.org.

Zuckerberg has posted a live streaming video where you can see the entire session. 
 
He had invited questions on his FB page and is also answering questions in person. 
 
Zuckerberg said he is quite excited to be in India and very is awesome. 
 Answering a question on why he was interested in India, he said “India is world’s largest democracy. More than 130 million people in India use <keyword id="6354576" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Facebook">Facebook</keyword> and we take our responsibility to serve people in India who are already using Facebook. We are here to hear out people on various aspects. So we want to improve community.” 
 
“Secondly, people don’t have access to internet in India. This is one of the biggest opportunity to help develop economy, alleviate poverty and lift up folks. I think connecting people in India is something we can do for people of the whole world,” said Zuckerberg.

And he seems to be pretty much blown off by the beauty of the <keyword id="6355354" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Taj-Mahal">Taj Mahal</keyword> - an Indian monument symbolic of love. 
 
The Facebook founder decided to head straight to the marvelous Indian heritage upon his landing in India and posted a picture of him from there that shows him staring at the marble beauty. 
 
Enchanted by the majestic piece of art, Zuckerberg posted on Facebook: “I'm in India for our Townhall Q&amp;A tomorrow, and I decided to visit the Taj Mahal. I've always wanted to see this. It is even more stunning than I expected. It's incredible what people can build -- and what love can motivate us to build.” 
 
His visit comes close on the heels of his Townhall Question and Answer session at IIT-Delhi tomorrow to connect with Indians, whom he described as "one of our most active and engaged communities" on the social media. He had announced his visit on October 15 in a post on Facebook. 
 
He said that he will also answer the questions from across Facebook and from a live audience during Townhall. 
 Last month in Palo Alto, Zuckerberg hosted Prime Minister <keyword id="6354477" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Narendra-Modi">Narendra Modi</keyword> for a Townhall Question and Answer session. "India is personally very important to the history of our company here. This is a story that I have not told publicly and very few people know," he said at the Facebook headquarters on September 27. 
 "Early on in our history, before things were really going well and we had hit a tough patch, and a lot of people wanted to buy Facebook and thought we should sell the company, I went and saw one of my mentors, <keyword id="6357934" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Steve-Jobs">Steve Jobs</keyword>, and he told me that in order to reconnect with what I believed is the mission of the company, I should visit this temple that he had gone to in India early in his evolution of thinking about what he wanted <keyword id="6354427" type="CITY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Apple">Apple</keyword> and his vision of the future to be," he said. 
 
"So I went and I traveled for almost a month and seeing the people, seeing how people connected, and having the opportunity to feel how much better the world could be if everyone had a stronger ability to connect, reinforced for me the importance of what we were doing. And that is something I have always remembered over the last ten years as we built Facebook," Zuckerberg had said.

Recently, Indian <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=Narendra+Modi">Prime Minister Narendra Modi</a>, on his US visit, attended a Town Hall at the Facebook Headquarters, during which Zuckerberg had said that India was important to him and his company, historically. 
 
Modi had also congratulated him on the success and had invited Zuckerberg to India. 
 
More than 130 million people use Facebook in India. 
 
During Modi’s visit, Zuckerberg had changed his profile picture bearing an Indian Tricolour over his display picture, which had also courted controversy.
