<ul class="summary-list"><li><keyword id="3589263" type="PERSON" weightage="60" keywordseo="Tom-Bosworth">Tom Bosworth</keyword>, a British athlete, complained about the food at the Olympic Games in Tokyo.</li><li>Two long-distance disciplines were moved to Sapporo, in the cooler north of Japan.</li><li>Bosworth, from Britain, isn't in the Olympic village and said the food up north was "cold slop."</li></ul><p>An Olympic race walker blasted the food available at <a href="https://www.insider.com/category/tokyo-2020" target="_blank" rel="noopener">the Olympics</a> and said the "cold slop" in Sapporo, a city 1,200 kilometers north of Tokyo, is like prison food.</p><p>British athlete Tom Bosworth, 31, made the comment in a tweet which he later deleted, <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2021/aug/02/team-gb-tom-bosworth-says-sapporo-feels-like-prison-with-cold-slop-for-food-tokyo-olympics" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Guardian reported</a>. He also filmed a short clip in which he gave a tour of the facilities.</p><p>Bosworth alerted the International Olympic Committee, the organization that oversees the Olympics, in his post.</p><p>"You know the millions of [dollars] you make off the Olympics," he said. "Any chance, in the week of our race we could get some food? Like meals? No cold slop, steamed onions, or partly cooked pasta? This is the 'pinnacle of sport.' Sapporo feels like a prison."</p><p>Sapporo is hosting the race walk and the marathon events because it is cooler than Tokyo, which hit temperatures of 93 Fahrenheit last week and has high humidity. The decision to move some events was made in 2019.</p><p>Bosworth posted a second tweet that was also deleted. It said: "Welcome to the sweaty school dining hall that a lifetime of hard work gets you.</p><p>"Any chance you could be a little athlete-focused? Any chance we could have somewhere to get some fresh air, aside from the 900 meter training lap we have? A cup of coffee wouldn't go amiss."</p><p>Bosworth is one of the best athletes in his sport and holds 12 gold medals at the British Championships.</p><p>Bosworth, from Kent in England, first competed in an Olympic event at the 2016 Games in Rio de Janeiro, finishing sixth in the 20-kilometer walk.</p><p>He returns to Olympic competition for Friday's 50-kilometer race walk at the Tokyo Games.</p>

It's about eating healthy, well-balanced foods 80% of the time, while allowing yourself to indulge in "cheat" foods the remaining 20% of the time, according to registered dietitian Rachel Berman, head of content at <a href="https://www.verywell.com/">Verywell.com</a>.</p><p>It's a diet that people can apply to their everyday life, even thinking of the 20% as "dessert" at the end of the day.</p><p>But, celebrities have taken the diet one step further - making it far more restrictive than it actually needs to be, the dietitian told <keyword id="79969" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="insider">INSIDER</keyword>.</p><h2>Celebrities are being really strict about their 80/20 diets.</h2><p>Munn recently told <a href="http://www.womenshealthmag.com/life/olivia-munn-weight-loss-body-image">Women's Health</a> that she eats only fruits and vegetables 80% of the time, with the remaining 20% <a href="http://www.eonline.com/news/765897/olivia-munn-lost-12-pounds-by-adopting-the-same-diet-as-gisele-bundchen">reserved for </a>"any kind of meats or breads or anything else." </p><p>Likewise, Bundchen and Brady follow an "80/20 raw diet, with big colorful salads and lots of fresh veggies" even when on vacation, their chef Joanne Gerrard Young told <a href="http://www.wellandgood.com/good-food/tom-and-gisele-diet-recipes/">Well and Good</a>.</p><p>Meanwhile, Kerr recently told <a href="https://www.yahoo.com/beauty/miranda-kerr-says-the-8020-diet-is-the-key-to-taut-abs-145538242.html">Yahoo</a> that she tries to eat organic foods 80% of the time and Bosworth revealed to <a href="http://www.self.com/trending/2016/06/kate-bosworth-diet/">Self </a>that she follows a mostly "wheat-free, sugar-free, dairy-free meal plan" 80% of the time.</p><h2><div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table"><div><div class="image on-image"><p class="source"><span>Jason Merritt/Getty Images</span></p><p class="caption">Olivia Munn</p></div><p></p></div></div></h2><h2>But that's not sustainable for the rest of us.</h2><p>Berman told INSIDER that, by and large, the 80/20 model is a great diet to follow, particularly since it isn't so "black and white" that it prohibits people from eating a half a cup of ice cream here, having a glass of wine there. </p><p>However, the restrictive 80/20 diets that celebrities are following seems "a little unbalanced" to the dietitian.</p><p>"That seems a little too restrictive. That's not the type of 80/20 that is sustainable.
