Only 27% of the key executive positions in the mission to Mars were held by female scientists while Mission Mangal’s trailer only shows one senior male scientist on a team dominated by women. Some people are <a href="https://www.shethepeople.tv/blog/film-mission-mangal-poster-vidya-balan">calling out</a> Kumar for using feminism as a ploy to sell more tickets to his movies rather than actually tell the story for what it was. Mission Mangal belongs to the ladies When the movie’s poster was launched it faced some criticism for giving Kumar a bigger display and then female actors.

 The teaser in the tweet highlights women being ‘determined’, ‘fearless’ and ‘inspiring’ but speaks of attributes that define Hindu married woman like sindoor and mangalsutra. Twitter users have pointed out that it’s all too common to see Bollywood — even Hollywood for that matter — using feminism as nothing more than a marketing tool to inadvertently serve the patriarchal interests of the film industry. But others states that the problem could lie with the audience that needs to be sold a movie that has a strong male lead because of fears that an entirely female led cast might bomb at the box office. Lokesh Verma, founder of Delhi-based studio <keyword id="8657757" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="devilz-tattooz">Devilz Tattooz</keyword> , which was also the first in India to start the concept of talking tattoos told Business Insider how soundwave tattoos are emerging as a new inking trend. “You can have the messages or sound of your special one and hear it anytime you want. This is more like a coded message which no one else can know; but whenever you feel like hearing their sound you can just scan the tattoo and playback." Given the complexity of the design, tattooing costs between ₹4,000 and ₹10,000 per hour. However, in case of the soundwave tattoos, the cost can go as high as ₹15,000, depending on the length of the audio. The potential market for this technology are enthusiasts who get new tattoos done every few months and those who want something beyond conventional tattoos. Verma, who has clients like Remo D’souza, Taapsee Pannu and Swara Bhaskar, said that there have been instances where people who are not really into tattooing got their soundwave as their first tattoo. “This is because instead of a design they were more interested in the idea behind the technology which allows them to hear the voice of a loved one anytime they want by simply scanning the tattoo with their phone,” he told. “To put it in simple words, it works pretty much the same as your phone scanning a QR code. After scanning the unique soundwave, it redirects to the server where the sound is stored and plays it with the help of an active internet connection,” he explained. Growing demand As India embraces this artform, the demand for training has also witnessed a surge in recent years. The professional studios that extend training and certification in the field charge nearly ₹60,000 to ₹125,000. Devilz Tattooz also offers a 90-day certification course that helps students build artistic skills along with hands-on experience with the tattoo machine. The course costs nearly ₹120,000. While a basic tattooing course would cost nearly ₹65,000. And with such surnames, also comes great responsibilities. But, in a letter to his granddaughters, Big B wrote beyond their celebrated surnames, they were also girls, who have all the right to live their lives as they want to. 
 
He wrote a letter to both of them and gave some pearls of wisdom, which are bang on in this day and age, where girls are judged at every step, especially when you are related to star like Big B. He also admitted that it was difficult to be a woman. 
 
Big B, in his letter to his granddaughters , wrote how they should not care about anyone’s judgemental looks and not think about- ‘log kya kahenge’ (what will people say). 
 He said do not set any boundaries and live a carefree life. A movie on the same issue, ‘<keyword id="23699" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="pink">Pink</keyword>’, is also releasing, starring Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu.

My very dearest Navya &amp; Aaradhya, 
 
You both carry a very valuable legacy on your tender shoulders - Aaradhya, the legacy of your पर दादाजी, Dr Harivansh Rai Bachchan… and Navya, the legacy of your पर दादाजी, Shri HP Nanda…. 
 
Both your पर दादाजीs gave your present surnames celebrated fame, dignity and recognition! 
 
Both of you maybe a Nanda or a Bachchan, but you are also girls…women! 
 
And because you are women people will force their thinking, their boundaries on you. 
 
They will tell you how to dress, how to behave, who you can meet and where you can go. 
 
Don't live in the shadows of people's judgment. Make your own choices in the light of your own wisdom.

Don't get married for any other reason other than you want to get married. 
 
People will talk. They shall say some terrible things. But that doesn't mean you have to listen to everyone. Never ever worry about - लोग क्या कहेंगे! 
 
At the end of the day, you are the only one who will face the consequences of your actions, so don't let other people make your decisions for you. 
 
Navya - the privilege your name, your surname offers you, will not protect you from the difficulties you will face because you're a woman. 
 
Aaradhya - by the time you see and understand this, I may well not be around. But I think what I am saying today shall still be relevant. 
This may be a difficult, difficult world to be a woman. But I believe that it is women like you that will change that. 
 
It may not be easy, setting your own boundaries, making your own choices, rising above people's judgment. But YOU!... you can set an example for women everywhere. 
 
Do this and you would have done more than I have ever done, and it will be my honour to be known not as Amitabh Bachchan, but as your grandfather!!

Horror! Horror! Horror! The earthquake returned to rattle Nepal and parts of India, China and Afghanistan. Tuesday afternoon witnessed a series of movers and shakers, which was far less in losses and causalities than its disastrous prequel 2 weeks back, but it scared the hell out of people.
