Swamy, a doyen of advertising, who is well known as the Chairman of R K SWAMY HANSA group, has held leadership positions in many industry bodies at a national and global level. He has been Chairman and World President of the <keyword id="1534752" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="international-advertising-association" source="Orion">International Advertising Association</keyword> (IAA), Chairman Confederation of Asian Advertising Agency Associations (CAAAA), President Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI), IAA India Chapter, Chairman Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI), President <keyword id="148548" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="all-india-management-association" source="Orion">All India Management Association</keyword> (AIMA), to name a few. Says Swamy, "This is a privilege not just for me but for the Indian marcom community at large. The AFAA not just hosts the prestigious AdAsia conference, but is also connected with AdStars, and runs the widely acclaimed FastTrack program where young professionals are trained and transformed in a three-day program. Srinivasan Swamy elected Chairman of The Asian Federation of Advertising Associations

<ul><li><keyword id="266490" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Ramesh-Narayan">Ramesh Narayan</keyword> has earlier been inducted into <keyword id="10060778" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="the-iaa-india-chapter-hall-of-fame">the IAA India Chapter Hall of Fame</keyword>.</li><li>International Advertising Association (IAA) Honorary Lifetime Membership Compass Award will be presented to him in May 2021. </li></ul>Industry doyen Ramesh Narayan has been conferred the unique distinction of the International Advertising Association (IAA) Honorary Lifetime Membership Compass Award. <keyword id="209518" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Srinivasan-K-Swamy">Srinivasan K Swamy</keyword>, IAA Chairman and World President, said, “When we discussed the possible names to give the IAA Honorary Membership at the Officers level, all were unanimous in their approval of Ramesh’s name. In the last couple of years as Vice President Marketing of IAA Global and as Area Director/VP of Asia Pacific his commitment to the task at hand was of a very high order. His strategic mind and the ability to execute the plans endeared him well with the entire IAA global community. When his name went up to the Executive Committee for approval there was overwhelming approval for it. When his name was announced at <keyword id="10060779" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="the-iaa-board">the IAA Board</keyword> meeting on Monday (5th October 2020), everyone was delighted that Ramesh was thus honoured. The India Chapter of the International Advertising Association elects Megha Tata as its President for a second term

The 11th edition of E-Summit - a two-day national event held at IIT-Bombay, came to a close with a bang. 
 
Apart from a stellar line-up of speakers, there were many more exciting events happening at the summit, that not only reinforced the spirit and zeal of entrepreneurship but also provided an enriching experience to the attendees. 
 
Events like eureka- a business model competition, the 10 minute million competition, startup expo — a platform for innovative start-ups, internship and job fair, business conclave and innovation conclave were a part of the summit. 
 
Eight teams of young entrepreneurs presented their business strategies in 10 minutes each at the IIT-Bombay e-summit. In the end, four among them split the prized investment money.

Asia's largest Business Model Competition was held on the first day of E-Summit '17. Eureka! is a year long competition with entries pouring in the entire year. This year, E-Summit had received 10000+ entries competing for prizes worth Rs 5 million.

The Internship and Job Fair connected start-up enthusiast graduates/undergraduates to the start-ups so that they could get relevant experience in their desired field.
