The high-profile case surrounding <keyword id="138503" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Sunanda-Pushkar">Sunanda Pushkar</keyword>’s death has not been laid to rest yet. Recently, former union minister and Kerala MP <keyword id="42749" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Shashi-Tharoor">Shashi Tharoor</keyword> was grilled by investigating agency officials in connection with the case. What had been more intriguing is the BJP MP <keyword id="6370187" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Subramanian-Swamy">Subramanian Swamy</keyword>’s statements that Shashi probably knows Sunanda’s killers. 
 
This not only gave a new twist to the case, but also left Shashi Tharoor in a quandary over his wife’s death. He recently spoke to the media in Kerala during his visit, and said he was not even allowed to mourn his wife’s death ever since it happened last year. 
 
How did a ‘sudden’ death of Sunanda Pushkar turn into a case riddled with suspicion? Was it the money aspect that surrounded her contacts with high and mighty of the political circles? When did a spat between husband and wife, over another woman (Pakistani journalist Mehr Tarar) turn into something deeper than what was visible on the surface? After all, Sunanda had vowed to ‘finish’ Shashi off by laying bare some aspects of his life including that of his involvement in IPL. His personal life, she had anyway exposed through her tweets from his handle, pertaining to the particular affinity he had shown towards Tarar. 
 
Sunanda was a familiar face in the social and political circles of Lutyen’s Delhi. Subramanian Swamy, who is probably playing the Sherlock Holmes in this case, recently issued another statement saying Sunanda ‘met somebody’ in Lutyen’s area. While these snippets shroud the mystery aspect around her death, there isn’t a particular direction to any of these. 
 
What was earlier deemed to be a case of mistakenly mixing drugs, and perhaps alcohol, has now turned into a case of murder that isn’t concluded yet. Her viscera samples are still being tested abroad, a year after she was laid to rest. If it wasn’t the drugs clashing with each other and eventually killing her, was she injected with poisonous substance? It is said that there were a dozen injury marks on her body that weren’t reasoned. The police are still at a loss to explain this aspect surrounding her death. 
 The last call she made was to her son <keyword id="2020656" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Shiv-Menon">Shiv Menon</keyword>. He has also been questioned to know what the conversation was about, and if there was a whiff of anything that seemed like she would commit suicide in a matter of few minutes. Shiv Menon has given his statement to the agencies, and this hasn’t clearly led anywhere. Police have been questioning everyone who was in contact with her two days prior to her death. 
 
One of Shashi’s domestic helps mentioned of a mysterious ‘KT’ who was the point of argument in their conversations. However, a writer who identified herself as ‘Katie’ issued a statement on the Internet stating it was coincidental that everyone was assuming it to be her since she had evinced interest in chronicling Shashi’s life. 
 
Was it Lupus that killed her? Again, not willing to stay off the case, Subramanian Swamy has demanded the medical reports from Shashi Tharoor who had earlier said Sunanda had Lupus and that she could have had some trouble even because of that. 
 
With all these aspects that are clashing with each other in the cyberspace, will Sunanda remain a mystery woman who burst like a star and met her end owing to her ambitions of leading a luxurious life? Will India ever know how and why she died? Or will investigating agencies write off a mysterious end to the inconclusive case as they did in terms of Aarushi Talwar? Truly, the nation wants to know!

After <keyword id="2189512" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="prime-video" source="Orion">Prime Video</keyword> deepened its partnership with <keyword id="62161" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="dharma-productions" source="Orion">Dharma Productions</keyword>, Netflix has decided to join hands with Yash Raj Films (YRF) for a new multi-year creative partnership. The two iconic entertainers will collaborate to create films and series to bring defining stories to audiences in India and across the world. The first project to come out of this partnership is the character-driven thriller, The Railway Men, a four-part series starring R Madhavan, Kay Kay Menon, Divyendu Sharma and Babil Khan, which is directed by debutant director Shiv Rawail. The second project is titled Maharaj, which is a film marking the debut of actor Junaid Khan and also stars Jaideep Ahlawat, Sharvari and Shalini Pandey. The film has been directed by Siddharth P Malhotra, whose last film Hichki was a global hit. <keyword id="6358777" type="LOCATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="New-Delhi">New Delhi</keyword>, A delegation of 13 farmer leaders have left the <keyword id="10347936" type="LOCATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="singhu">Singhu</keyword> border, one of the protest sites of the farmers on the outskirts of the national capital, to meet Union Home Minister <keyword id="6355521" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="amit-shah">Amit Shah</keyword> at his residence on Tuesday evening. The meeting is scheduled at 7 p.m. on at Shah's 6A, Krishna Menon Marg residence. Noting that this movement is under the banner of Sanyukt Kisan Morcha, <keyword id="10399119" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="haryana-bhartiya-kisan-union">Haryana Bhartiya Kisan Union</keyword> (BKU) President Gurnam Singh Chathuni said in a press briefing at Singh border that the Home Minister contacted the farmers' unions earlier in the day and invited them for the meeting. Referring to Tuesday's Bharat Bandh, Chathuni said that the government should understand that the whole nation joined the call given by the farmers. BKU leader Bhog Singh Maansa said that all the producers and consumers are with them, saying "the delegation meeting with the Home Minister this evening will decide the future plan". The national spokesperson of the Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU), Rakesh Tikait, earlier made the announcement about the farmers' unions' meeting with Shah. The BKU leader made the announcement amid the ongoing Bharat Bandh call being given by the protesting farmers. It is learnt that Tikait, who represents a group of farmers from Wester Uttar Pradesh, received the invite from the government. The meeting will be significant ahead of the sixth round of government-farmers talks scheduled on Wednesday at the Vigyan Bhawan in <keyword id="6494398" type="LOCATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="central-delhi">Central Delhi</keyword>. Earlier, five rounds of talks remained inconclusive with the two sides sticking to their points. One of the farmers' demands was to meet Shah to resolve their issues. "We have a meeting with the Home Minister at 7 p.m. today. We are going to Singhu border now and from there we will go to meet the Home Minister," Tikait said. Tikait is sitting on protest at the Ghazipur border on Delhi-UP route in support of thousands of farmers staging demonstration against the Central government since November 26, demanding to repeal the three farm laws enacted in September during the Monsoon Session of the Parliament. Tikait, Gurnam Singh, Hanan Mullah, Balveer Singh Rajewal, Manjeet Singh, Shiv Kumar Kakka, Darhsan Pal, Bog Singh Mansa, Jagjeet Singh Dalewal, Rurdu Singh Maan, Baljeet Rai, Boota Singh and Harvinder Singh Lakhowal are among the farmer leaders from Punjab, West Bengal, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh who will meet Shah. 13 farmer leaders leave Singhu border to meet Amit Shah

The monthly remuneration of all officers and staff of the PMO has been made public, as part of a proactive disclosure under the Right to Information Act. As per the revelation dated June 1, 2016, <keyword id="985066" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Bhaskar-Khulbe">Bhaskar Khulbe</keyword>, an IAS officer of the 1983 batch who serves as the Secretary to the Prime Minister, is the highest paid PMO official, drawing a monthly salary of Rs 2.01 lakh. 
 
Khulbe was promoted to the post of Secretary to PM only last week, before which he was serving as the Additional Secretary. 
 After Khulbe, the three other top-paid officials at PMO include the Principal Secretary to PM, <keyword id="577616" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Nripendra-Misra">Nripendra Misra</keyword>, Additional Principal Secretary <keyword id="2824826" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="P-K-Mishra">P.K. Mishra</keyword> and National Security Adviser <keyword id="115253" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Ajit-Doval">Ajit Doval</keyword>. All three of them are retired civil servants and get paid the same salary of Rs 1,62,500 per month plus pension. 
 
After them, J.M. Thakkar, the PRO at PMO and also an old aide of the PM, is paid Rs 99434 per month plus pension. 
 
Under last PM Manmohan Singh’s tenure, the then adviser to the PM TKA Nair, then national security adviser Shiv Shankar Menon, then special envoy S.K. Lambah and then principal secretary to the Prime Minister Pulok Chatterji all were reported to be drawing an equal salary of Rs 1.61 lakh, including a salary of Rs 1.11 lakh and pension of Rs 50000.
