According to reports, a woman by the name of <keyword id="2847503" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Kamal-Deep">Kamal Deep</keyword>, stabbed Keshav, the delivery person, for being late to her door. Keshav, who was new to the area, was unable to find the residence of the accused who had repeatedly called him and yelled at him for the delay. When he finally managed to get to the location, Kamal Deep and Keshav got into an argument that led to her picking up a knife and attacking him. Upon hearing the scuffle, Kamal Deep’s brother, Jitender Singh, came into the scene and though he initially tried to stop her, she allegedly egged him to join her and teach the man ‘a lesson.’ That was enough for the brother to join in on the act and the duo stabbed Keshav multiple times and even tried to strangle him with a shoelace. Not only that, they also robbed the man of Rs 40,000 that he had collected while making his rounds. Later, they dumped his body near a drain in the Chander Vihar area in <keyword id="66" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Delhi">Delhi</keyword>. The Police PCR got a call about the body at around 9pm and the injured man was taken to <keyword id="122056" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Sanjay-Gandhi-Hospital">Sanjay Gandhi Hospital</keyword> for treatment. A senior police officer told <a href="http://www.thehindu.com/news/cities/Delhi/woman-stabs-delivery-man-in-delhi/article23379239.ece">The Hindu</a>, “The injured has been identified as Keshav, a resident of Ambica Enclave in Nihal Vihar. He recorded his statement on March 24 and based on his statement, the accused were arrested. In July 2017, <a href="https://www.hindustantimes.com/delhi-news/50-fake-online-orders-in-4-months-gang-of-teenagers-robbing-delivery-boys-in-delhi-arrested/story-799Ti2awLts8LjWwOjhPvK.html">a gang of thieves were nabbed</a> for first stealing bikes, then stealing mobile phones while riding around in these bikes, and finally using the stolen mobile phone to purchase items and robbing the persons who came to deliver the items.

The technology is the first rapid <keyword id="130094" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="RNA">RNA</keyword> (Ribonucleic acid)-based test that can detect COVID-19 infection within a lab time of 30 minutes and will cost only around Rs 500. Professor Swasti Tiwari, who led the research team and is the head of the department, told IANS on Sunday , that they had already filed for patent and approval of ICMR and the technology would be transferred for commercial use on getting the same. Prof Tiwari said, "The test is a single-tube lab test which takes less than 30 minutes of laboratory time and has high specificity and sensitivity. The test does not require sophisticated instrumentation or any expertise for result interpretation." She further explained that the data related to test development and optimisation has recently been communicated for publication in a scientific journal. The process of testing human samples using this technology is underway. She said that after the approval of ICMR, mass testing of coronavirus would be possible at a cheaper rate. This point-of-care test will have a direct impact on mass screening, and will especially benefit the people in screening/holding areas of various service centres such as hospitals and airports.

Senior experts at the King George's Medical University (KGMU) have said that seven out of 10 patients suffering from <keyword id="6364453" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="cardiac-arrest" source="Orion">cardiac arrest</keyword> can be saved if they are given cardiopulmonary resuscitation (<keyword id="119746" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="cpr" source="Orion">CPR</keyword>) in time. <keyword id="15098084" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="professor-aditya-kapoor" source="Orion">Professor Aditya Kapoor</keyword>, head of cardiology department at the Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS), said: "A sudden interruption in electrical impulses causes the heart to stop beating. This condition is called SCA. As the heart stops supplying blood to the brain and other vital organs, the brain starts to die within three minutes. If the blood supply is not restored, patient's death is certain." He said that late President APJ Abdul Kalam could have been saved had someone in the audience at the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, performed CPR when he suddenly collapsed while delivering a lecture. He said that the same thing happened in the case of actress Reema Lagoo. The doctor further said that sudden cardiac arrest (SCA), kills about two million people every year in India. "Besides, automated external defibrillator (AED) machines are available at public places, malls, and schools," he added. "SCA is different from <keyword id="6357661" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="heart-attack" source="Orion">heart attack</keyword>. In case of heart attack, circulation of blood in the heart stops due to blockage and patients experience chest pain, or discomfort that spreads to the shoulder, arm, back, neck, jaw, teeth or sometimes the upper belly. Besides cold sweat, fatigue, heartburn or indigestion and dizziness can also be symptoms. In SCA, patients collapse suddenly with no pulse and breathing." Professor Kapoor said SCA could occur to anyone, anywhere regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, or physical fitness. "People with genetic predisposition due to an unknown heart defect, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, and smoking, are prone to get it," he added. "Only CPR trained bystanders can save the life of an SCA patient outside hospital facility. CPR helps blood to reach the brain so it should be conducted till medical help arrives," the cardiologist said. He urged people to learn CPR added that hands-only CPR is as good as mouth-to-mouth CPR. He said SCA patients should be tapped on face and shoulders to check response. Thereafter, one should check pulse and breathing.
