It was released, it was watched and it delivered some frenzied results. That is good enough for many, especially those who judge a film’s merit by <keyword id="1839596" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="box-office-collections">box office collections</keyword>. Not that we have got anything against <keyword id="1987992" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Big-moolah">big moolah</keyword> – the kind of money this <keyword id="1987996" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Third-instalment">third instalment</keyword> of the Dhoom series has earned till Day 4, both in India and abroad. 
 Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya and produced by <keyword id="6385240" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Aditya-Chopra">Aditya Chopra</keyword>, the high voltage <keyword id="6355304" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="action">action</keyword> thriller (starring <keyword id="6355923" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Aamir-Khan">Aamir Khan</keyword>, <keyword id="499" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="abhishek-bachchan">Abhishek Bachchan</keyword>, <keyword id="6354850" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Katrina-Kaif">Katrina Kaif</keyword> and <keyword id="36115" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="uday-chopra">Uday Chopra</keyword>) has sailed into the <keyword id="925977" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Rs-100-crore-club">Rs 100 crore club</keyword> just after the opening weekend and grossed around Rs 107 crore at home, according to industry estimates. That’s definitely better than Hrithik Roshan-Priyanka Chopra starrer <keyword id="500441" type="ENTERTAINMENT" weightage="100" keywordseo="Krrish-3">Krrish 3</keyword>, which could enter the coveted club after 4 days. Total collections during the first weekend stood at Rs 170 crore-plus, with nearly Rs 63 crore from <keyword id="116674" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="overseas-markets">overseas markets</keyword>. And that’s a record for any <keyword id="679" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="bollywood-movie">Bollywood movie</keyword>. Now it is only a matter of time before it surpasses the lifetime grossing of Krrish 3 (Rs 270 crore) or <keyword id="227940" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Chennai-Express">Chennai Express</keyword> (Rs 409 crore). 
 
<keyword id="24705" type="ENTERTAINMENT" weightage="100" keywordseo="Dhoom-3">Dhoom 3</keyword> has also raced past the <keyword id="1988004" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Opening-day-record">opening day record</keyword> of Chennai Express, a <keyword id="1988005" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Shah-Rukh-Khan-Deepika-Padukone-starrer">Shah Rukh Khan-Deepika Padukone starrer</keyword> that bagged around Rs 33.12 crore on the first day. In contrast, Aamir’s flick has collected a little more than Rs 36 crore. Its performance is equally impressive after Day 4 (December 23, 2013) and the movie has grossed an estimated total of Rs 127 crore in the <keyword id="6382118" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Domestic-Market">domestic market</keyword>. 
 In <keyword id="6378080" type="COUNTRY" weightage="80" keywordseo="North-America">North America</keyword>, too, Dhoom 3 has debuted to a record-breaking opening weekend, collecting Rs 21.26 crore nett ($3.4 million) across 236 theatres – the biggest opening of all time for a <keyword id="143" type="CITY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Bollywood">Bollywood</keyword> movie. In contrast, Chennai Express collected Rs 14.82 crore ($2.4 million) from 196 screens in America and <keyword id="6356687" type="COUNTRY" weightage="100" keywordseo="canada">Canada</keyword> in its opening weekend. So Dhoom 3 has beaten its both records in <keyword id="1988011" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Screen-count">screen count</keyword> and collection. 
 
It has an impressive performance in other overseas markets as well. The movie has collected Rs 9.18 crore nett (£906,875) from 97 screens (fewer number of screens than Chennai Express) in the UK and Rs 3.85 crore nett (A$695,782) from 30 screens in <keyword id="6355478" type="COUNTRY" weightage="80" keywordseo="Australia">Australia</keyword> in the first weekend. While Dhoom 3 has collected Rs 1.11 crore nett (NZ$ 217,923) from 19 screens in <keyword id="22501" type="COUNTRY" weightage="80" keywordseo="New-Zealand">New Zealand</keyword> and Rs 3.9 crore nett in <keyword id="3001" type="COUNTRY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Pakistan">Pakistan</keyword> the first weekend, Chennai Express gathered Rs 60.05 lakh (NZ$1,23,478) from 10 screens in NZ and Rs 1.84 crore in Pakistan for that span. 
 
There is yet another record associated with Dhoom 3. It has reportedly grabbed the <keyword id="1988018" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Biggest-number-of-screens">biggest number of screens</keyword> this time – around 4,500 in India and 750 screens overseas. The previous record was held by Chennai Express (3,700 screens at home and 700 screens abroad). 
 If all these numbers have numbed you a bit, let’s look at the storyline for a change. One can easily see it’s loaded with populist fare – <keyword id="24462" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="bikes">bikes</keyword>, <keyword id="28817" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="babes">babes</keyword> (who can forget Katrina’s high-flying <keyword id="729495" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Acrobatics">acrobatics</keyword> and tantalising <keyword id="16156" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="dances">dances</keyword>), exotic <keyword id="6542811" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="locations">locations</keyword>, great action and fascinating <keyword id="2902" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Stunts">stunts</keyword>. To top it all, there’s the muscle-flexing Aamir playing <keyword id="1841797" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Sahir">Sahir</keyword> the baddie and looting <keyword id="6354604" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Chicago">Chicago</keyword> banks without leaving any clue except a smiling clown face and a Hindi message (with help from Katrina or <keyword id="260889" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Aaliya">Aaliya</keyword>, of course) while no-nonsense cop ACP Jai Dixit (Abhishek) and his bumbling sidekick <keyword id="208896" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Ali-Akbar">Ali Akbar</keyword> (Uday Chopra) are back in action to <keyword id="1988025" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Catch-a-thief">catch a thief</keyword>. 
 We are also impressed by the superb <keyword id="42054" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Cinematography">cinematography</keyword> and great technical specs, but in spite of the <keyword id="3909943" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="star-power">star power</keyword> and the <keyword id="1988030" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Sleek-treatment">sleek treatment</keyword>, this movie is painfully <keyword id="794224" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="predictable">predictable</keyword> and incredibly <keyword id="1311050" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="unimaginative">unimaginative</keyword>. One actually misses the subtle fun and the intriguing crime-tracking mechanisms of <keyword id="3894" type="ENTERTAINMENT" weightage="100" keywordseo="Dhoom-2">Dhoom 2</keyword> here but then, this is the age-old Bollywood wine of betrayal-revenge-retribution, served in a <keyword id="99968" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="new-avatar">new avatar</keyword>. As Aparna Mudi of Zee News says – Dhoom 3 manages to deliver a typically <keyword id="1988026" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Bollywood-revenge-saga">Bollywood revenge saga</keyword> in a modern way. 
 
Sarita A Tanwar of Daily News and Analysis gives it 4 stars and says, “Welcome to the world of jaw-dropping action and stunts never seen before on Hindi screen. Dhoom 3 redefines the word ‘<keyword id="4578" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="entertainment">entertainment</keyword>’ in the grandest way possible.” 
 
That is true, in a way, but the flick has drawn flak for its many shortcomings. Rajeev Masand of CNN-IBN has given the film 2.5 out of 5 stars and stated, “Dhoom 3 is let down by a <keyword id="1988035" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Convenient-script">convenient script</keyword> and its inability to deliver solid entertainment.” However, it’s Raja Sen of Rediff.com who drives the point home. He has given it 1.5 out of 5 stars and written, “Dhoom 3 is a children’s film made for children who’ve never seen a film.” And we cannot agree more. You will find loads of fascinating things in Dhoom 3, but just one thing is lacking – good cinema.

Atlas is one of MongoDB's core products, generating $200 million in annual recurring revenue for the company. Likewise, he says <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/mongodb-realm-acquisition-price-2019-4">MongoDB</a> can be used on multiple clouds as well - customers can use any combination of the clouds it supports."It's something more organizations are implementing as a best practice," Azam said. "Especially large organizations, they don't want to place their bets on a single cloud provider. They want to avoid lock-in. As multi-cloud becomes a bigger and bigger thing, I think GCP will benefit."Here's why three companies are betting on <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/here-are-the-cloud-companies-google-could-buy-analysts-2020-3">Google Cloud</a> and MongoDB. <h2>'We wanted something that could offload most of the work'</h2>The 3D printing company Ultimaker looked at AWS, Microsoft, and <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/google-cloud-partner-sada-systems-500-million-agreement-2020-2">Google Cloud</a> to help manage its printers on the cloud, but it picked Google for two reasons. The first is that <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/google-cloud-president-tariq-shaukat-leaving-role-reorganization-2020-2">Google Cloud</a> has a partnership and managed service with MongoDB, which Ultimaker uses. In addition, Utlimaker also felt that <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/google-cloud-thomas-kurian-looker-acquisitions-2020-2">Google Cloud</a> was the most developer-friendly and suitable for microservices, the method of using many lightweight services that communicate with each other to help run a large-scale application. Because of that, Ultimaker felt that working with <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/google-cloud-ceo-thomas-kurian-aws-microsoft-2020-2">Google Cloud</a> was the most flexible for scaling its applications.UltimakerChris ter Blake, software architect at Ultimaker"We saw an increased need for managing infrastructure with more printers," Chris ter Beke, software architect at Ultimaker, told Business Insider. "We saw that opportunity. In order to provide that, we were really looking for a cloud provider. We wanted something that could offload most of the work."By using Google Cloud, Ultimaker allows its customers to 3D print products or prototypes that they're designing, even if the printer is located far away. Before, making changes to a product could take at least a month, but now, companies can do that within days, Ultimaker said. Working with both Google Cloud and MongoDB has also allowed Ultimaker to scale. Last year, the company did less than a million print jobs a week, and now it supports 2 million a week, says Paul Heiden, senior vice president of product management at the 3D printing company Ultimaker."It's these types of scenarios where we really need the scalability of the Mongo database," Heiden told Business Insider.<h2>'It's been great for us having these two pieces tied together'</h2>When the fraud prevention platform Precognitive first started working with Google Cloud in 2016, Google Cloud was still in its early stages and certain features were missing, says Zac Rosenbauer, vice president of technology at Precognitive. Now, he says Google Cloud has "quickly learned from the other cloud players."Precognitive had considered AWS, but it picked Google Cloud because of its work with <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/what-is-kubernetes-google-cloud-2019-1">Kubernetes</a>, a popular open source cloud computing project that makes applications easier to scale and run anywhere. In fact, <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/vmware-heptio-acquisition-vmworld-kubernetes-2019-8">Kubernetes</a> was <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/google-aparna-sinha-kubernetes-interview-2019-3">started at Google</a>. PrecognitiveZac Rosenbauer, vice president of technology at PrecognitiveRosenbauer also says Google Cloud has done a good job at how it approaches working with open source software companies. "The other thing that Google has done really well is a tendency of some of the other cloud players to piggyback off existing open source things and benefit from having managed versions of that," Rosenbauer said. "Google has taken an opposite approach."Rosenbauer says that by embracing the cloud, the company is able to push out updates to customers faster. He also says MongoDB was Precognitive's database of choice "from day one" because of how quickly it can sort through documents and data. And now that those two companies have partnered up, Rosenbauer says it's been helpful being able to get support from them both. "As a startup we had a lot of things changing very quickly," Rosenbauer said. "Just the fact that MongoDB and Google Cloud partnered together - it's been great for us having these two pieces tied together."<h2>Putting everything on the cloud was the 'obvious choice'</h2>Tom Chomiak, CTO and co-founder of the virtual tour software company Panoskin, says it was the "obvious choice" for the startup to put everything on the cloud. It already relies on Google Street View for its virtual tours, making Google Cloud a logical pick, Chomiak says.Besides Google Cloud, Panoskin also runs some of its applications in its private data centers, as well in AWS. Chomiak says this approach helps mitigate risks, in case one cloud or data center goes down. Likewise, he says MongoDB Atlas works well on any cloud."Once we started using Atlas, our entire team loved it," Chomiak told Business Insider. "It's super easy to contain everything. On Tuesday, Google Cloud announced seven strategic partnerships with <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/mongodb-sspl-open-source-initiative-approval-process-2019-3">MongoDB</a>, <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/redis-labs-source-available-license-2019-2">Redis Labs</a>, <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/amazon-web-services-open-source-elasticsearch-2019-3">Elastic</a>, <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/open-source-software-investors-success-2019-2">DataStax</a>, <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/neo4j-80-million-one-peak-partners-morgan-stanley-expansion-capital-2018-10">Neo4j</a>, InfluxData, and <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/confluent-community-license-created-after-amazon-web-services-starts-selling-kafka-2018-12">Confluent. </a>These partnerships were initiated under Kurian's leadership and will begin within the next few months, the company says. Google previously offered these companies' products from Google Cloud's software marketplace. However, these new, expanded partnerships mean that these products will be more tightly integrated with Google Cloud, making it easier for customers to use them. Importantly, some of the companies involved in the partnership tell Business Insider they have revenue sharing agreements with Google, though specifics aren't clear. A spokesperson for Neo4j tells Business Insider that the amount shared with the original developer will depend on customer usage of the software. Google declined to comment on the revenue-sharing aspect of the partnership.Several of these open source companies have something else in common, too: <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/fedora-a-red-hat-sponsored-project-rejects-mongodb-because-of-sspl-2019-1">MongoDB</a>, <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/mongodb-and-redis-labs-have-a-new-plan-to-take-on-amazon-2018-10">Redis Labs</a>, <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/amazon-web-services-elastic-elasticsearch-2019-3">Elastic</a>, and <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/confluent-raises-125-million-of-new-funding-at-25-billion-valuation">Confluent</a> have <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/amazon-web-services-documentdb-mongodb-database-2019-1">criticized Amazon Web Services</a> and other cloud providers for their approach to open source products. Specifically, AWS has come under scrutiny for the way that it takes free, open source software, like MongoDB's or Elastic's, and releases it as a paid service. Manvinder Singh, head of infrastructure partnerships at Google Cloud, says that the company is taking an alternative approach, as a way to help open source software companies build their business."As you may be aware, there's been a lot of debate in the industry on the best way to deliver open source services on the cloud," Singh said. "We believe that the right way to solve this is to work closely together with companies that have put resources in these technologies. Customers can purchase the <keyword id="6356323" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="enterprise">enterprise</keyword> version of these software products on directly on Google Cloud and easily use them with their own software. Google Cloud has revenue-sharing agreements with these companies, as both will make money based on customer usage. Their sales and support teams will also collaborate: Google Cloud will help with supporting these products, while these companies will provide deeper support if required."The important part is that teams can collaborate in the field and provide a unified front to the customer," Sahir Azam, SVP of cloud products at <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/mongodb-and-redis-labs-have-a-new-plan-to-take-on-amazon-2018-10">MongoDB</a>, told Business Insider. "It's a much more holistic experience."Redis Labs CMO Manish Gupta says that Redis Labs already had a partnership with Google Cloud, but that the search giant took the initiative to expand this partnership and reached out about three months ago. "What we find is that GCP is embracing the database projects that have an open source underpinning," Gupta told Business Insider. "They believe in the power of open source projects and they want to make it seamlessly available."Evan Kaplan, CEO of InfluxData, also says Googel Cloud reached out about three months ago, and since they will collaborate on sales, he says it's a "compelling partnership for both parties," and this announcement indicates that Google Cloud is seen as a cloud that's especially developer-friendly."I think Google's done a really good job appealing to the open source developers," Kaplan told Business Insider. "I believe they have the best open source brand. They're not perceived as competing with open source players but supporting them, which I think is a big deal for us."<h2>Criticism of AWS</h2>The criticism of AWS and other cloud providers stems from how they started making money off of these companies' free products.<a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/amazon-web-services-firecracker-open-source-2018-11">AWS</a> has repackaged Redis Lab and Confluent's free, open source software projects, and now sells them from its cloud. It's also created its own version of MongoDB's database, and started up its own open source project around <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/amazon-web-services-netflix-expedia-open-distro-elasticsearch-2019-3">Elastic's technology,</a> adding features that customers previously had to pay for.Elsewhere, Chinese cloud providers including Alibaba, Baidu, and Tencent packaged up <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/amazon-web-services-documentdb-mongodb-database-2019-1">MongoDB </a>and released it as its own paid service. That's all allowed under the rules of open source software, where anybody can use the code for any purpose, including profit. But AWS, in particular, is widely considered to not contribute enough code to open source projects in return, compared to peers including Google and Microsoft - leading to concerns that by taking, without giving back, Amazon is hurting smaller software companies. Indeed, these smaller companies saw these moves from Amazon as competitive, and they have taken the drastic step of <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/open-source-initiative-open-letter-definition-2019-2">changing their software licenses </a>to discourage the cloud providers from using their code for commercial purposes. Meanwhile, Singh says Google Cloud is taking a different tactic: Developers all over the world already rely on software from these open source companies to build their apps and services. For Google Cloud to serve its customers, Singh says, it has to be a good home for the open source community. "The unique approach we're taking is we're elevating the experience," Singh said. "The experience will be just like our first party services. Under new CEO Thomas Kurian, Google Cloud is recruiting some of Amazon Web Services' fiercest critics into an expanded open source partnership

Manifestos are meant to be about things that cannot be achieved. The best example of this perhaps is The Communist Manifesto written by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels. Those still left with the left, continue to believe that one day, the words written by the prophets in this manifesto, will come true. As the Hindi film lyricist and poet Sahir Ludhianvi once wrote: “wo subah kabhi to aayegi (the morning we are waiting for will come one day).” The Congress party released its manifesto for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections earlier this week. On the whole, the manifesto makes the right noises about getting the Indian economy back on the right track. Nevertheless, there are a few points which when read together are simply not achievable and if they are, the party hasn’t explained how it plans to achieve it. Let’s take a look at this issue point-wise. 1) The first point that the manifesto makes in the economy policy section is: “Fiscal stability is the starting point. Congress promises to reverse the <keyword id="14666" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="BJP">BJP</keyword> Government’s fiddling with the target of fiscal deficit… Off-Budget and extra-Budget borrowings will be faithfully reported with the justification for such debt and the means of servicing and repaying such debt.” Over the years, governments (including the previous Congress government) have managed to control fiscal deficit by simply not paying up on some expenditure. Fiscal deficit is the difference between what a government earns and what it spends. The government accounting works on a cash basis. So, if money does not leave the government account, no expenditure has been made. Take the case of <keyword id="6354672" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="food-corporation-of-india">Food Corporation of India</keyword> (FCI). FCI and other state procurement agencies buy rice and wheat directly from farmers at a minimum support price, declared by the government. They then sell this rice and wheat at an extremely low price through the public distribution system (or what we call ration shops). By selling rice and wheat at an extremely low price, the FCI suffers losses. The government is supposed to compensate FCI for these losses through food subsidies allocated in the annual budget. Typically, over the last few years, the total amount of food subsidy allocated in the budget has not been enough to pay for the losses that FCI faces while selling rice and wheat. By not allocating enough food subsidies, the government doesn’t incur extra expenditure, in the process it keeps its expenditure as well as the fiscal deficit under control, and reports the fiscal deficit number it wants to. In the 2018-19, this allowed the government to report a fiscal deficit of 3.4% of the GDP, when its actual fiscal deficit was much more. FCI, in order to continue operating has to borrow money. In 2017-18, it borrowed Rs 1,21,000 crore just from the National Small Savings Fund because the government did not pay up on time. Of course, it could borrow money because ultimately any lending to FCI is seen as lending to the government and is based on the assumption that the government does not default on payments. Postponing payments to FCI is just one part of the trick. The right amount of fertiliser subsidies also don’t get paid on time. Over and above this, the borrowing carried out by Indian Railways for its expansion plans isn’t treated as government borrowing and in that sense, the interest paid on that debt as well as principal repayment, isn’t treated as government expenditure. The same thing is happening in the financing of power projects. In that sense, the Congress party’s plan to faithfully report the fiscal deficit can’t be argued against. The idea behind any set of accounts should be to present the right picture, which the current government accounts and consequently the fiscal deficit number, don’t present. 2) Just paying off FCI, is going to push the government fiscal deficit to around 4% of the GDP. Doing other things correctly will only push the fiscal deficit number up further. 3) Other than reporting the fiscal deficit number correctly, the Congress party if it comes to power, plans to waive off farm loans as well. As the manifesto points out: “Immediately after forming the governments in Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, as promised, the three Congress Governments waived the loans of farmers. Congress promises to waive the outstanding farm loans in other States as well.” The manifesto further points out: “We will not stop with just providing “Karz Maafi” or a loan waiver. Through a combination of remunerative prices, lower input costs, and assured access to institutional credit, we will set our Kisans on the path to “Karz Mukti,” or Freedom from Indebtedness.” If the farm loans are waived off, banks which made those loans to the farmers, will have to be compensated for by the government. And any compensation will need money. This will push up government expenditure and the fiscal deficit further up. 4) The manifesto states: “Congress promises to achieve the target of 3% of GDP by 2020-21 and remain under that limit. The revenue deficit will be contained, as far as possible, under 1 per cent of GDP.” Take a look at Figure 1, which plots the fiscal deficit as a percentage of GDP, over the years.

 The only year since 2004-5, in which the fiscal deficit as a percentage of the GDP has gone below 3%, was in 2007-08, when it was at 2.6% of the GDP. In the last few years, the fiscal deficit has been brought down by not paying fertiliser firms and FCI on time, along with moving capital expenditure outside the budget. The Congress wants to correct this. Along with this, it also wants to waive off loans given to farmers. Both these moves, will push up the fiscal deficit beyond 4% of the GDP. But at the same time, the party wants to get the fiscal deficit down to 3% of the GDP by 2020-21, if it comes to power. 2020-21 basically means the next financial year. How is this going to happen? The manifesto does not mention any new ways that the party has thought up, for raising revenue, other than selling non-core, non-strategic public sector enterprises, whatever that means. Hence, there is a paradox at the heart of the manifesto. The things that the party wants to do will cost money, and mean extra expenditure for the government; but at the same time, the party, if it forms the government, wants to control expenditure and hence, bring down the fiscal deficit as well. It wants to run a responsible fiscal policy. How will that be possible? We don’t know. Which is why I said at the beginning of this piece, that manifestos are meant to be about things that cannot be achieved. At the heart of the <keyword id="605976" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="CONGRESS-MANIFESTO">Congress manifesto</keyword> is one such thing which cannot be achieved.
