Mumbai, May 5 () Neetu Kapoor on Tuesday thanked business magnate Mukesh Ambani and his family for being the "guardian angels" in her late husband, veteran actor Rishi Kapoor's fight against cancer.Rishi Kapoor died at the age of 67 on April 30 at H N Reliance Hospital after a two-year-long battle with leukaemia. Sharing a picture of herself with Rishi Kapoor, Ambani and his wife Nita, Neetu Kapoor expressed her gratitude in a post on Instagram. "For us, as a family, the last two years have been a long journey. There were good days, there were a couple of bad days too.. needless to say it was full of high emotion. But it's a journey we would not have been able to complete without the immeasurable love and support of the Ambani family," she wrote.The actor said the Ambanis had gone above and beyond in every manner to care for her husband in the last seven months."From ensuring he was medically attended to, to making frequent, personal visits to the hospital to shower him with love and attention, to even holding our hand and comforting us when we were scared."You have been our guardian angels on this long and trying experience - what we feel for you can not be measured. Mumbai, Apr 30 () Rubbishing reports of hospitalisation, veteran actor <keyword id="6354338" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="naseeruddin-shah">Naseeruddin Shah</keyword> on Thursday said he was "fine" and at home observing the nationwide lockdown.Shah, 69, in a Facebook post, thanked people for their concern and reassured them about his health. "I thank all those enquiring after my health and reassure them I am fine," he said. "I'm at home and observing the lockdown. Please don't believe any rumours," he added. "A Wednesday" actor's younger son Vivaan Shah also dismissed rumours about his father's health. "He's alright. These are just rumours," Vivaan told . Reports about Shah's health started surfacing on social media as the industry was coming to terms with the deaths of Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor. Rishi Kapoor, aged 67, died on Thursday in a hospital here after a two year-long battle with lukaemia, while Irrfan, 54, passed away on Wednesday due to neuroendocrine tumour, a rare form of cancer.

<ul><li>Rishi Kapoor is the CEO of Investcorp, a Bahrain-based alternative investment firm with over $20 billion under management and a long-term investment outlook. </li><li>In US real estate, Kapoor likes warehouses and distribution centers in urban hubs that will support the massive shift to e-commerce. Kapoor also like multi-family residential in the US as the millennial population is much more mobile and not as focused on owning their first home. </li><li>From a private equity perspective, Kapoor says they have pivoted to the services sector. An area he says was unattractive for a long time because the companies have no hard assets. They are focused on business services that are least susceptible to disruption from technology. He says these opportunities can be found at one end with very high value add and on the opposite low end of the space.</li><li>When asked what investors should be worried about, Kapoor says that he is expecting valuation multiples to contract and normalize across the board. Anything they plan to sell in five years, they expect to sell at normalized multiples as opposed to the elevated optimistic levels of today.</li></ul>Investcorp is a Bahrain-based alternative investment firm with over $20 billion under management. That's what <a href="https://www.investcorp.com/people/person/rishi-kapoor1">Rishi Kapoor</a>, co-CEO of $28 billion <a href="https://www.investcorp.com/">Investcorp</a>, is doing when it comes to India."Our entire investment thesis in India is underpinned by the trend towards urbanization," he said in an exclusive interview with Business Insider. "All of the factors that you like to see are there."The factors that Kapoor is referencing relate to a large population of young professionals that's moving out of rural communities and entering the middle class. He says that over the course of the next 30 years, 350 million people will move to urban centers in India to join the 450 million that already live there."As they get more affluent, the discretionary spending component creates a naturally consumptive economy," he said. "It's naturally geared towards domestic consumption and services, and much less reliant on exports."Kapoor notes that the GDP-per-capita in India is only about $2,000, in contrast to $62,500 in the US. But that's all about to change. He says that figure is "at an inflection point." He sees these young, working class individuals clamoring for increased convenience as they adopt to their new, higher standard of living."We're looking at consumer tech businesses, which can provide access to these goods and services in a manner that's efficient, scalable, and priced at an affordable level - so it's not out of reach," he said. "These relatively young professionals are all looking to consume relatively good-quality goods and services at an affordable price point."He continued: "They want access to things like leisure, entertainment, apparel, and electronics, but at an affordable price point and in an efficient form."But that's not the only place Kapoor is seeing opportunity in India. He also sees swelling demand for healthcare coming down the pike."We're looking at healthcare, because as this population ages and gets more discretionary spending power, they're going to want access to quality healthcare that the rest of the world has come to expect and take for granted," he said. "It's not just general hospitals, but eye-care clinics, maternity and childcare clinics, and dialysis centers."To round out his investment thesis, Kapoor conveys an opportunity brewing in real estate from the projected influx of 350 million into urban centers. "As the young professionals get older, have a family, and want to own their own unit, there will be a big market for units that cost $50,000 to $100,000," he said. "That's going to mean we'll have to figure out new ways to provide affordable housing.""That's a very interesting space from a real estate perspective," he concluded.
