The romantic number would be shot at the famous black sand and white surf location in <keyword id="55091" type="COUNTRY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Iceland">Iceland</keyword>, and we can’t wait to see India’s most loved on-screen jodi to sizzle in this song. 
 
However, director Rohit Shetty is not the first Indian director to have thought of shooting a song in a single go. In the past, there have been songs or sequences where the director didn’t call for a cut and shot it in one go.

SRK Kajol to shoot one take song in Dilwale, but it’s not Bollywood’s first

Home-grown auto major <keyword id="6357096" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Mahindra-Mahindra">Mahindra &amp; Mahindra</keyword> on Friday reported a standalone <keyword id="394539" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="profit-after-tax">profit-after-tax</keyword> (PAT) of ₹163 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2021, on the back of robust sales of passenger vehicles and tractors. The Mumbai-based company, along with its subsidiary in the automotive sector Mahindra Vehicular Manufacturers Ltd, had reported a net loss of ₹3,255 crore for the January-March quarter of 2019-20 fiscal. On a consolidated basis, its PAT from continuing operations for the January-March period of 2021 stood at ₹1,635 crore, against a net loss of ₹588 crore in the year-ago quarter. Its revenue on standalone basis rose to ₹13,338 crore during the period under review from ₹9,005 crore in the fourth quarter of FY20, <keyword id="46869" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="MM">M&amp;M</keyword> said in a statement. For the entire 2020-21 fiscal, the company posted a standalone PAT of ₹923 crore, up 25 per cent as compared with ₹740 crore in the 2019-20. Its standalone revenue during the last fiscal declined by 1 pc to ₹44,574 crore as against ₹44,866 crore in FY20. The consolidated revenue for January-March 2021 from operations stood at ₹21,456 crore as against ₹16,315 crore in the corresponding period of the last fiscal. For the entire 2020-21 fiscal, the company reported a consolidated PAT of ₹3,702 crore as compared with ₹2,713 crore in 2019-20. Its consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹74,278 crore for the financial year 2020-21, as against ₹75,382 crore in 2019-20. The Mumbai-based automaker said overall demand for the company's passenger vehicle models remained robust in the fourth quarter of FY21. However, the global shortage of semiconductors impacted the production and sales for the quarter, it added. The company sold 1,06,333 units during the fourth quarter, up 18 per cent from 90,481 units in the fourth quarter of FY20. Total sales of PVs during the last fiscal however dropped by 26 per cent to 3,48,621 units, against 4,71,141 units in 2019-20. The automotive sector continued its focus on cost optimisation and reduced its fixed expenses by over ₹900 crore over the last two years and hence keeping its margin resilience even under challenging times, M&amp;M noted. The company sold 93,044 tractors duing the fourth quarter of 2021, as compared with 58,817 units in January-March period of FY20. In the entire last financial year, the company sold 3,51,431 tractors, up 18 per cent from 2,98,927 units in 2019-20. "Our associates deserve all the credit for an outstanding performance in a tough year. Our primary focus has been "people first", keeping our associates and our communities safe. We have delivered our promise on capital allocation actions and have seen very positive results. The company's board recommended a dividend of ₹875 (175 per cent) per share of the face value of ₹5 each for FY21. The company noted that its operating cash generated for FY21 rose by 119 per cent to ₹10,022 crore driven by improved profitability and robust working capital management. We are delighted by the robust operating cash flow in a year which saw the impact of the pandemic as well as multiple supply-side challenges," M&amp;M CFO Manoj Bhat said. Mumbai, <keyword id="6357096" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Mahindra-Mahindra" source="Orion">Mahindra &amp; Mahindra</keyword> (M&amp;M) on Friday said its consolidated profit after tax grew 6 per cent to Rs 2,348 crore in September quarter 2023-24. The Mumbai-headquartered company had posted a PAT of Rs 2,209 crore in the July-September period of last fiscal, M&amp;M said in a statement. Revenue grew 15 per cent year-on-year to Rs 34,436 crore in the second quarter this fiscal, it added. The company said it witnessed robust performance across all businesses except Tech <keyword id="45224" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Mahindra" source="Orion">Mahindra</keyword> which was impacted by weak demand and exits from non core accounts. "During second quarter, operating performance across auto, farm and services was robust. Auto rapidly grew to double its operating profit. Farm continues to be resilient despite tough market conditions," M&amp;M Managing Director &amp; CEO Anish Shah said in a regulatory filing. Tech Mahindra had a tough quarter, the company is now initiating the transformation journey in the business, he added. In the automotive sector, the company said its revenue grew 20 per cent year-on-year to Rs 18,869 crore in the September quarter. "We delivered yet another robust performance in this quarter. We have maintained our SUV revenue market share at 19.9 per cent while further improving our auto standalone PBIT margins," M&amp;M Executive Director &amp; CEO (Auto and Farm Sector) Rajesh Jejurikar said. In the tractor business, the company increased its market share by 150 basis points on the back of new launches of Oja, Swaraj Target and Naya Swaraj, he added. In volume terms, the company said it sold 2,12,078 vehicles in the quarter under review, as compared to 1,79,673 vehicles in the year-ago period, a growth of 18 per cent. Tractor sales were at 89,101 units in the quarter under review, as compared with 92,590 units in the same period a year ago, down 4 per cent. On a standalone basis, the company said its PAT grew by 67 per cent to Rs 3,452 crore in the second quarter as compared with Rs 2,068 crore in the same period last year. Shares of the company were trading 1.84 per cent down at Rs 1,524.60 apiece on the BSE.

<keyword id="9301251" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Global-development-institution" source="Orion">Global development institution</keyword> IFC will invest Rs 600 crore in a new last-mile mobility (LMM) company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of <keyword id="6357096" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Mahindra-Mahindra" source="Orion">Mahindra &amp; Mahindra</keyword> that will be newly incorporated (NewCo), it announced on Wednesday. IFC's first investment in an EV manufacturer in the country, and the first in electric three-wheelers globally, will be in the form of compulsory convertible instruments at a valuation of up to Rs 6,020 crore. The Rs 600 crore investment will result in an ownership of between 9.97 per cent to 13.64 per cent for IFC in NewCo. NewCo will house the last mile mobility division, including three wheelers (Alfa, Treo, Zor) and four-wheeler SCV (Jeeto). "With the electrification of the last mile mobility business at scale, we will move a step further in our commitment to be aPlanet Positive' by 2040. This also presents a tremendous opportunity for growth for micro and women entrepreneurs," said Anish Shah, MD and CEO, Mahindra &amp; Mahindra. India has committed to reducing its emissions profile by 45 per cent by 2030, and simultaneously aims to achieve 80 per cent EV penetration for two-and three-wheelers, 70 per cent for commercial vehicles and 30 per cent for private cars in the same time-frame. "India is the largest three-wheeler market globally, and this investment marks a significant step towards scaled domestic production of electric vehicles catering to this segment, as well as small commercial vehicles," said Hector Gomez Ang, IFC's Regional Director for South Asia. According to Rajesh Jejurikar, Executive Director and CEO (auto and farm sector), Mahindra &amp; Mahindra, being the market leaders in this segment: "We have an opportunity to drive higher EV penetration in this segment and provide a more sustainable as well as profitable option to microentrepreneurs". IFC to invest Rs 600 cr in Mahindra & Mahindra's new last-mile EV firm

The programme, named "<keyword id="13699950" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Step-Ahead" source="Orion">Step-Ahead</keyword>" is aimed at giving an opportunity to those executives who want to move from their current flexible engagement with Swiggy to a dedicated, managerial role, the company said. "Swiggy has consistently maintained that our delivery executives are the backbone of our operations; and we are proud to enable an income opportunity for over 2.7 lakh women and men across the country," said Mihir Rajesh Shah, VP, Operations, Swiggy, in a statement.
