Adding on how the revival period has brought cheer for the brand, Juneja said, “The numbers have been fluctuating since the lockdown, however its temporary owing to basic restrictions and apprehensions that the pandemic has brought about amongst individuals. The nation had come to a standstill with the lockdown. Now each one of us is getting accustomed to the new normal and adapting ourselves back to routine and regular lifestyle, the brand is witnessing a steady growth in sales. In the month of August, unlike the category and rest of the brands, we have seen 2% positive growth and spike in Market Share going up to approximately 32%.” Mankind Pharma’s Manforce Condoms is the largest seller in the category. The cumulative wealth of 1,319 individuals in the list increased by 8.5%. “The BSE Capital index achieved an all-time high, with a remarkable 40% return during the review year. This surge was primarily driven by heightened government spending on infrastructure projects, propelling the industrial products sector to outperform,” said Anas Rahman Junaid, MD and Chief Researcher, Hurun India. “The industrial products sector emerged as the top performer, welcoming 33 new entrepreneurs and witnessing a staggering 87% increase in cumulative wealth compared to the previous year,” he added. The initial share sale of drug maker <keyword id="146847" type="General" weightage="80" keywordseo="mankind-pharma" source="Orion">Mankind Pharma</keyword> will open for public subscription on April 25. The three-day initial public offering (IPO) will conclude on April 27, and the bidding for anchor investors will open on April 24, according to the <keyword id="12225712" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="red-herring-prospectus" source="Orion">red herring prospectus</keyword> (RHP). The company's IPO is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of 40,058,844 equity shares by promoters and other existing shareholders. Those selling shares in the OFS are promoters Ramesh Juneja, Rajeev Juneja and <keyword id="2803240" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="sheetal-arora" source="Orion">Sheetal Arora</keyword>. New Delhi, Jun 16 () Drug firm Mankind Pharma on Tuesday said it will donate a total of Rs 5 crore to the families of policemen who die fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. The company will donate Rs 3 lakh to each family of such warriors, Mankind Pharma said in a statement. The company has also donated ventilators, personal protective equipment (PPE) and medicines to the states, it added. "Our police warrior has shown great bravery in fighting the unprecedented crisis without caring about their life. Being the first line of defense for us after the health workers during COVID, they are getting highly exposed to this deadly disease. "Many have lost their life fighting the pandemic and protecting us. Their invaluable service to the nation and humanity will not be forgotten," Mankind Pharma CEO Rajeev Juneja said.
