Prime Minister Narendra <keyword id="6354642" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Modi">Modi</keyword> will address the students from 3:00 pm to 4:45 pm through satellite link and live telecast on <keyword id="6408304" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="doordarshan">Doordarshan</keyword> and the website of the <keyword id="6386485" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="60" keywordseo="Ministry-of-Human-Resource-Development">Ministry of Human Resource Development</keyword> (HRD). 
 
Nearly 1,000 students from various schools across Delhi will get the privilege of watching the speech at the Manekshaw Auditorium in New Delhi, which will be broadcast live by all Doordarshan channels to over 18 lakh government and private schools in the country, as well as on radio. Live streaming on the web would also be available. 
 Using the satellite link, the prime minister will also interact with students at National Information Centres in Leh, Port Blair, Silchar (Assam), Imphal, Bhuj (Gujarat), Dantewada (Chhattisgarh) and Thiruvannamalai (Tamil Nadu). However, students of <keyword id="17605" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="80" keywordseo="Jammu-and-kashmir">Jammu and Kashmir</keyword> will not be able to listen to Narendra Modi's address as the state government has ordered closure of all the schools in view of heavy rain and floods. 
 
Interestingly, Narendra Modi will also take questions from some students across the country through video-conferencing. Analysts believe the move will strengthen the bond between the Prime Minister and millions of students of the nation.

 Prime Minister <keyword id="6354477" type="PERSON" weightage="80" keywordseo="Narendra-Modi">Narendra Modi</keyword> today announced an immediate release of Rs.1,000 crore for relief and rehabilitation works in <keyword id="20154" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="80" keywordseo="tamil-nadu">Tamil Nadu</keyword>, after an aerial survey of the flood-hit areas. 
 
"A sum of Rs. 1,000 crore will be released immediately by the Government of India to carry out relief works. This will be in addition to Rs.940 crore which was released earlier (by the Centre)," he said in a brief statement at the naval base "INS Adyar" here. 
 
Flanked by Governor K Rosaiah and Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa, Modi began his brief statement with a sentence in Tamil telling people of Tamil Nadu, "I will be in support of you". 
 
Switching to English, Modi said he has seen the damage and misery caused by the monsoon fury. 
 
"People of India stay with people of Tamil Nadu in this hour of need," he said after the survey in which he was accompanied by Union Minister Pon Radhakrishnan, who hails from Tamil Nadu. 
 
Modi also tweeted later, "The Government of India stands shoulder to shoulder with the people of Tamil Nadu in this hour of need." 
 
"I have directed that Rs. 1000 crore be released immediately by the Govt of India to Tamil Nadu for immediate relief," he said in another tweet. 
 
"I have seen the damage and misery caused by the extremely heavy rainfall," said another of his tweet. 
 
The prime minister made the announcement after holding consultations with the Chief Minister at the naval base here. 
 Earlier, Modi arrived from Delhi at the naval working station 'INS Rajali' in Arakkonam, about 60 km from here, and made an aerial survey of the flood-hit areas of <keyword id="12864" type="COMPANY" weightage="80" keywordseo="Chennai">Chennai</keyword>, its suburbs and Kanchipuram and Tiruvallur districts. 
 
After an earlier spell of heavy rains and damage in November, the prime minister had announced release of Rs.940 crore to Tamil Nadu.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi announces Rs 1,000 crore relief for flood-hit Tamil Nadu

With this, the Indian space agency will now be able to send astronauts to explore deep dark web of outer space. 
 The 630-tonne rocket and human crew module of ISRO were lifted off from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota exactly at 9:30 am (IST). Few minutes after this, the crew module separated from the rocket at an altitude of 126 km and re-entered Earth's atmosphere (about 80 km from sea level). And then, it descended in a ballistic mode and splashed down into the <keyword id="55869" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="60" keywordseo="Bay-of-Bengal">Bay of Bengal</keyword>, some 180 km from Indira Point, which is the southern tip of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, reported PTI. 
 
"This was a very significant day in the history of Indian space programme for the development of the advanced launch vehicle that could carry a 4-tonne class of communication satellite into orbit," ISRO chairman K Radhakrishnan said soon after the successful test flight. 
 
This mission has also enhanced India’s capability to be a competitive player in the multi-million dollar commercial launch market. It would envisage multi-mission launch capability for GTO, LEO, Polar and intermediate circular orbits. 
 <keyword id="71" type="POSITION" weightage="80" keywordseo="Prime-Minister">Prime Minister</keyword> <keyword id="171378" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="80" keywordseo="Naredra-Modi">Naredra Modi</keyword> took to Twitter to congratulate all ISRO scientists, “Successful launch of GSLV Mk-III is yet another triumph of brilliance &amp; hardwork of our scientists. Congrats to them for the efforts.” 
 
The total budget of the experimental mission carried out by the Indian space agency was Rs 155 crore, and this includes the cost of crew module as well.

PM has congratulated the space scientists after the feat was achieved and said, “…history has been created by the Indian scientists reaching Mars in the first attempt.” He exhorted scientists to set even more challenging targets for themselves, and said he had confidence that they would be able to achieve even those targets. 
 
Modi wants the entire nation to celebrate the MOM success. He has said, “All Indians must celebrate the success of our space scientists today. Let India celebrate the achievements of its scientists. Let students in every school and college applaud their efforts.” 
 The President and Vice President of India have also extended their congratulations to the ISRO scientists. In a message to Dr. K. Modi Allocates Portfolios To Ministers

Addressing the Rajya Sabha, Modi said, “Our society should take up the responsibility of reforming itself and discarding incorrect practices of past.” 
 
He also reiterated his programme 'Ek Bharat Shreshtra Bharat', adding that there were many reasons to be divided, but Indians should look for reasons to be united. 
 
PM Modi also quoted Dr Radhakrishnan, Jawaharlal Nehru. 
 
“Pandit Nehru said to make our Constitution effective like any democracy there should be a mutual cooperation between both the Houses. People involved in drafting the Constitution were affiliated to the Congress, we should see this in a positive manner,” he said. 
 
Dr Radhakrishnan, said on August 14, from tomorrow we cannot blame Britishers, whatever we do we will be responsible, said Modi. 
 
“We have to introspect, look at the vision of our founding fathers and raise our level far more,” said Modi. 
 
The prime minister said Constitution should be a celebration and the message of the Constitution must reach the future generations.

 The Mars Atlas contains a compilation of images acquired by <keyword id="1927478" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="Mars-Colour-Camera">Mars Colour Camera</keyword> (MCC) and results obtained by other payload in a form of scientific atlas. 
 
ISRO will also unveil a, 'Fishing hamlto Mars', on November 5. 
 
India scripted space history when it successfully placed its <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=Mars+orbiter+mission">Mars</a> spacecraft in orbit around the Red Planet on its very first attempt. 
The space probe entered the Mars orbit on September 24, almost a year after its launch. 
 
Out of 51, only 21 missions sent to Mars by various countries have been successful before MOM. 
 
The Mars mission of the ISRO is aimed at establishing the country's capability to reach the red planet and focus on looking for the presence of methane, an indicator of <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/Nakhla-Martian-Meteorite-Suggests-Life-Once-Existed-On-Red-Planet/articleshow/42714688.cms">life in Mars</a>. 
 Prime Minister <keyword id="6354477" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Narendra-Modi">Narendra Modi</keyword> had termed it as “historic occasion”, saying the country has achieved the "near impossible". 
 
Recently, ISRO chairman AS Kiran Kumar had said that the life of the Mars Orbiter Spacecraft can last "many years". Earlier, the mission was intended for only six months and later extended for another six months in March this year. 
 
"Mars (mission) is expected to last for many years now, because it has gone through solar conjunction also; so we don't see much of a problem," ISRO Chairman AS Kiran Kumar had said, adding “we had planned it only for six months. Then we were not expecting so much fuel to remain after we completed our insertion activity.” 
 
According to Kumar, about 35 kg of fuel was still left and "all other subsystems are working fine and so far we have not had any failures". 
 
Meanwhile, former Chairman of ISRO Dr K Radhakrishnan, during whose tenure the mission was accomplished, has listed out the five contributing factors for the success of MOM. 
 
He said learning from others' failures, the team's preparedness for contingencies, rigorous execution, thorough feasibility study leading to a robust mission planning, and resolve to contribute might for national pride- have contributed for the success. 
 The Rs 450-crore <keyword id="1506013" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="mangalyaan">Mangalyaan</keyword> is the cheapest inter-planetary mission that, at just USD 74 million, costs less than the estimated USD 100 million budget of the sci-fi blockbuster ‘Gravity’. 
 ISRO had launched the <keyword id="6625456" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="Mars-Orbiter-Mission">Mars Orbiter Mission</keyword>'s spacecraft on its nine-month long odyssey on a homegrown <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=PSLV">PSLV</a> rocket from Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh on November 5, 2013, and it had escaped the earth's gravitational field on December 1, 2013.
