The CBI is investigating the case from the second week of August on an order of the high court. <br /><br />The petitioner prayed in the PIL that the CBI be directed to investigate the <keyword id="22008077" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="cyber-offences" source="keywords">cyber offences</keyword> in connection with the "unfortunate and brutal incident." <br /><br />The court asked the Additional Solicitor General Asok Kumar Chakrabarti, representing the central agency, whether it could find a way to block these types of posts. <br /><br />The division bench, presided by Chief Justice T S Sivagnanam, directed the joint director, CBI, Kolkata, to look into the grievance expressed by the petitioner with regard to the issue of such abominable <keyword id="20074678" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="social-media-posts" source="keywords">social media posts</keyword>. <br /><br />The bench, also comprising Justice Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, directed the CBI joint director or any other competent officer to file a report in this regard by September 18, when the PIL will come up for hearing again along with other petitions relating to the August 9 rape-murder of the doctor. <br /><br />After the order was dictated, Chakrabarti submitted before the court that the CBI does not have any separate wing to investigate such cyber crimes. <br /><br />Maintaining that the state police has a special unit to monitor such matters, he prayed that the <keyword id="20054502" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="West-Bengal-government" source="keywords" meta.keywordsubtype="org" meta.entityname="West Bengal government" meta.hostid="153" meta.entityid="West Bengal government">West Bengal government</keyword>'s cyber crime branch be also directed to file a separate report. <br /><br />The court said that it would consider the prayer on the next date of hearing.

However, her date turns out to be Kang Tae-moo (Ahn Hyo-seop), the CEO of the food company where Ha-ri works — and even worse, he's determined to marry her to get his meddling grandfather out of his dating life.</p><p><strong>Why you'll like it: </strong>For a healthy dose of trope-y, K-drama goodness (this time with a cast of adults), this is your pick. "Business Proposal" is slightly more mature than "XO, Kitty," but it has the same goofy spirit — on top of, frankly, one of the hottest kisses (<a target="_blank" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hL59Hs7x5tI">spoilers</a>!) ever seen on television. Its 10 episodes are well-worth your time, if you're looking to while away a weekend with some delightful, soapy drama.</p><p>"Business Proposal" is streaming on Netflix.</p><h2>3. The stakes in "So Not Worth It" aren't particularly high, but if you're looking for a similarly diverse cast, school shenanigans, and laughs, it'd be a good one to check out.</p><p>"So Not Worth It" is streaming on Netflix.</p><h2>5. The twist? The host club members, by virtue of Haruhi's short hair and masculine clothing, assume she's a boy — and she begins working off her debt as a host before they realize she's not.</p><p><strong>Why you'll like it</strong>: The shenanigans on "XO, Kitty" are a delightful match for the rambunctious energy of 2000s anime comedy "Ouran High School Host Club." The show also features some thoughtful ruminations on gender and adolescent friendship — but at it's core, it's just a ton of fun.</p><p>"Ouran High School Host Club" is available to stream on Hulu and Crunchyroll.</p><h2>6. New Delhi, Mar 9 () Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd on Monday said it has bagged contracts worth Rs 661 crore for construction as well as electrical works in the national capital and Haryana.<p> In a regulatory filing, the company said it has secured new orders aggregating to Rs 129 crore for electrical works of medical college at Village Koriyawas distt Mohinder Garh (Haryana) from Haryana PWD, B&amp;R.</p><p> The company bagged another work order worth Rs 532 crore from Central Public Works Department (CPWD), New Delhi for construction related work on Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis at K G Marg and Africa Avenue, Near Sarojini Nagar Depot.</p><p> The total order inflow of Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd during FY20  stood at Rs 3,900.96 crore, the filing said.</p> Shares of the company were trading at Rs 323.10 a piece on BSE, down 1.30 per cent from the previous close.
