In October 2019, Priyanka Chopra and Salman Khan were searched 2.74 and 1.83 million times respectively. The most searches for Priyanka Chopra were made in December 2018. She was searched 13.6 million times that month. Searches for Salman Khan in a single month never exceeded 2.74 million; he was searched this many times in December 2018. <br /><br />Excitingly, Priyanka Chopra is leading the race with a monthly search volume of more than 4.2 million, however, Salman Khan has over 2 million monthly searches. The study has two segments bifurcated into Indian actors and actresses. Considering segments individually, the top three most popular actors are Salman Khan, Amrish Puri and Shahrukh Khan. The latter two were searched an average of 1.7 million times respectively. <br /><br />On the other hand, Priyanka Chopra, Sunny Leone, and Deepika Padukone are the leading ladies on the list. Another fascinating fact revealed in this case study is that Madhubala is the 6th most eminent actress with 1.3 million monthly global searches wherein Leone and Padukone have been searched over 3 million and 1.8 million times respectively.<br /><br />Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, Imran Khan, and Ranveer Singh are the other prominent names in the search list of international audiences. Priyanka Chopra Jonas says the key to bringing 'normalcy' to this year's holiday season involves pajamas and a drink

<ul class="summary-list"><li>In her new memoir, <keyword id="7099679" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="60" keywordseo="Priyanka-Chopra-Jonas">Priyanka Chopra Jonas</keyword> said a director once told her she needed to fix her body.</li><li>Chopra Jonas said that he suggested she get a boob job, fix her jaw, and get a butt lift.</li><li>"If I wanted to be an actress, he said, I'd need to have my proportions 'fixed,'" she recalled.</li></ul><p><a href="https://www.insider.com/category/priyanka-chopra">Priyanka Chopra Jonas</a> says that early in her career, a "very famous director/producer" told her she needed to alter her body if she wanted to be an actress.</p><p>In her new memoir titled "<a href="https://www.insider.com/category/unfinished">Unfinished</a>" (released on Tuesday), the 38-year-old actress said that she met with an unnamed filmmaker who, unbeknownst to her at the time, was "known as much for the giant movies he made as for his notorious philandering."</p><p>Chopra Jonas said that she knew him for being a successful director/producer, which is why she met with him at the onset of her career. But the meeting soured when the man asked her to "stand up and twirl for him" and criticized her body. </p><p>"He stared at me long and hard, assessing me, and then suggested that I get a boob job, fix my jaw, and add a little more cushioning to my butt," the "White Tiger" star wrote.</p><p>"If I wanted to be an actress, he said, I'd need to have my proportions 'fixed,' and he knew a great doctor in LA he could send me to," Chopra Jonas, who was previously crowned Miss India World and Miss World in 2000, continued. </p><div type="image" title="priyanka chopra miss world november 2000" height="1015" width="1354" msid="80773362" hostid="261"></div><p>To make matters worse, her then-manager agreed with the director/producer. Ocasio-Cortez and Bowman, ripped the premise of the show.</li></ul><p>CBS <a href="https://deadline.com/2021/09/usher-priyanka-chopra-julianne-hough-the-activist-cbs-1234829647/">will air a new competition show</a> in October dubbed "The Activist," with Usher, Julianne Hough, and Priyanka Chopra Jonas sitting as judges and activists vying for recognition and money for their causes, according to Deadline.</p><p>According to the report, the show pits activists who work on issues of health, education, and the environment against each other, and their success is gauged by, "online engagement, social metrics, and hosts' input."</p><p>The announcement of the show was roundly roasted on Twitter.</p><p>Twitter account Film Updates posted an announcement of the show, which was quote-tweeted, mostly in dismay, almost 18,000 times on Thursday.</p><p>Members of the "squad" in Congress, including Reps. <keyword id="11949072" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="60" keywordseo="alexandria-ocasio-cortez" source="Orion">Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez</keyword> and <keyword id="12004193" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="60" keywordseo="jamaal-bowman" source="Orion">Jamaal Bowman</keyword> joined in, poking fun of the premise of the show.</p><p>"I'm gonna activate the block button if I see any of y'all watching this mess," Bowman tweeted. "lmaooo I'm gonna submit one in your name," Rep. Ocasio-Cortez responded. </p><p>The three judges for the new show are Usher, Priyanka Chopra, and Julianne Hough.</p><p>Ultimately, the finalists will entertain world leaders at the G20 Summit in Rome, Italy, "in the hope of securing funding and awareness for their causes," according to Deadline.</p><p>The finale will also feature "musical performances by some of the world's most passionate artists," whoever that may entail.</p><p>The show is produced by advocacy group Global Citizen and will premiere Friday, Oct. 22 from 8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT on CBS Television Network, as well as on Paramount+.</p>

<ul class="summary-list"><li><keyword id="7099679" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="60" keywordseo="Priyanka-Chopra-Jonas">Priyanka Chopra Jonas</keyword> said she was dropped from two films after a doctor damaged her nose.</li><li>In her new memoir, the star said she had surgery after a polyp was found in her nasal cavity.</li><li>The doctor "accidentally shaved the bridge of my nose and the bridge collapsed," Chopra Jonas said.</li></ul><p><a href="https://www.insider.com/category/priyanka-chopra">Priyanka Chopra Jonas</a> said a botched surgery altered her nose and led her to get dropped from two movies at the start of her acting career.</p><p>"I felt devastated and hopeless," Chopra Jonas said of the surgical error in her new memoir, "<a href="https://www.insider.com/category/unfinished">Unfinished,</a>" released on Tuesday.</p><p>In the book, the actor detailed her rise to fame, which began when she was crowned Miss India World in January 2000 at 17 years old and won the title of Miss World later that year.</p><p>Following her pageant success, Chopra Jonas began her acting career in India with a series of movies. She first became aware of the issue when she developed a "lingering head cold" followed by breathing issues.</p><p>"Fortunately, a polypectomy sounded like a pretty routine procedure. Unfortunately, it wasn't," the actor wrote in her memoir.</p><p>Chopra Jonas said the doctor "accidentally shaved the bridge of my nose and the bridge collapsed." When the surgery ended and she looked at the result, she said, she and her family were "horrified."</p><p>"My original nose was gone," Chopra Jonas recalled. "My face looked completely different. I wasn't me."</p><p>"Every time I looked in the mirror, a stranger looked back at me, and I didn't think my sense of self or my self-esteem would ever recover from the blow," she added.</p><div type="image" title="priyanka chopra miss world november 2000" height="1015" width="1354" msid="80768845" hostid="261"></div><p>The "We Can Be Heroes" star said the situation was worsened by the public scrutiny and the rumors that spread.</p><p>At about the same time, Chopra Jonas wrote, her prospective acting career was put in jeopardy when she was dropped from two out of four movies that she signed on for after "the producers heard rumors that I looked different post-surgery."</p><p>"As if the physical and emotional pain of the original and subsequent corrective surgeries weren't enough, this was a terrible blow," Chopra Jonas wrote, explaining that these films were supposed to be her first.</p><p>"My career, a career based so much on physical appearance, seemed to be over before it had even really started," the actor said.</p><p>Chopra's role in the Hindi movie "The Hero: Love Story of a Spy" was also minimized to a supporting part. She made her film debut in the fourth project she initially signed on for, a Tamil movie titled "Thamizhan."</p><p>The actor said the experience on set was a positive one in which she regained some of her confidence.</p><p>As for her nose, Chopra Jonas said it normalized over time, after "several corrective surgeries."</p><p>"I've gotten accustomed to this face," she said. "Now when I look in the mirror, I am no longer surprised.
