However, a good pair of headsets can minimize this problem to a great extent. The Voyager 4220 UC comes equipped with two-way noise cancellation. Over the course of the last few weeks, I noticed a considerable drop in external noise, both on the other end of the call as well on my end. I also checked with others on the call, who mention that the noise reduction was noticeable. Poly says that the Voyager 4220 UC offers 12 hours of talk time, and up to 15 hours of hearing time. Over the course of my usage, the real-world numbers were around 10-11 hours, enough for at least a week’s worth of usage. As far as charging time is concerned, Poly says it takes 1.5 hours for a full charge. <cmsannotation type="cmsannotation" annotationid="Ease of use and comfort" comment="subhead" text="Ease of use and comfort">Ease of use and comfort</cmsannotation> One of the important aspects of headsets is how comfortable they are to use – this is another area where the Voyager 4220 UC shines. The earpads are comfortable and the headset as a whole feels easy to use for hours at a stretch. The price, though, is slightly on the higher side. But if you are looking for a no-nonsense solution for your meetings and need excellent in-call performance, the Voyager 4220 UC does its job very well. The surplus, which the report termed as "politically created surplus", is already ending, driven by the ongoing recovery in the Chinese demand. "Chinese demand is recovering, yet we remain conservative on its further normalisation. The government's push for achieving robust growth this year, therefore leaves risk to our downgraded Chinese demand expectation as skewed to the upside," the report said. Going forward, it downgrades <keyword id="1334" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="china" source="Orion">China</keyword>'s demand expectations by 0.2-0.4 million barrels per day in the second half of 2022-23. "Given our already cautious demand expectations for China at the beginning of this year, this reflects the view that rolling lockdowns will remain a headwind to mobility (in the country) this year." Meanwhile, <keyword id="7573356" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Russian-crude-oil" source="Orion">Russian crude oil</keyword> production is expected to fall by a 0.5 million barrel per day following the European ban, the report said. "Oil's structural deficit therefore remains unresolved, with in fact an even tighter oil market through April than we had expected. Supply remains inelastic to higher prices with core-OPEC (higher) and exempt countries (lower) production shifts broadly offsetting." On the demand side, the report said that the negative global growth impulse remains insufficient to rebalance inventories at the current prices. While updating the supply and demand expectations, the report now forecasts that Brent prices will need to average $135 per barrel in the second half of 2022 and first half 2023 for inventories to finally normalise by late 2023. For those who want sleek and lightweight laptops, Asus has the ExpertBook, Vivobook and Zenbook lineup across different price points. Su pointed out that Asus has seen a drastic increase in the gaming laptop segment, which used to have a volume of around 40,000 units in 2016. Fast forward six years, this number surged to 3-4,00,000 units. In the past two years 2020 and 2021 we saw a very huge year-over-year growth – between 40-60% – that has now fallen to almost single digits,” Su said, stating that he is awaiting numbers from IDC. However, he maintained that he is positive and that the Indian market is still largely untouched by laptop companies, with around 90% of the Indian households not having a PC. <cmsannotation type="cmsannotation" annotationid="On dealing with the semiconductor shortage" comment="subhead" text="On dealing with the semiconductor shortage">On dealing with the semiconductor shortage</cmsannotation> Su underlined that the semiconductor shortage resulted in Asus – and other laptop makers – being unable to meet the full demand in 2020 and 2021. But with the demand now normalising, Su says that Asus is now able to manage the supplies. “At this stage, to be honest, we don't see the supply chain issue because we are ready to increase our production capacity to the level that we are able to meet the current requirements,” he told Business Insider. To the customer's mind they will not consider Asus [for its quality, but will only consider the price],” explained Su, while stating that Asus will continue to study their product strategy.
